The truck was prepared and ready for me when I arrived to test drive the vehicle. I was able to drive the vehicle and check it as long as a I needed. The dealer was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions about the truck. There was no pressure to buy. The purchase was relatively quick and painless (except the enormous state sales tax).

Hello Lauren,
I am sorry you did not have time for us to change out the battery on our vehicle.
The previous customers children turned every light on in the cabin they could reach and the battery was totally drained.
Fortunately they returned and purchased the vehicle and they are totally satisfied with the transaction.
We take all responses and try to make our dealership as efficient as possible and we feel that is the reason we are a A+ BBB dealer and seldom have any negative reviews.

I knew from the first phone call that Stan was trustworthy. We purchased this vehicle and even after discovering a problem or two that neither Tilley knew about the helped resolve the matter. Simple, direct - I'd buy from them again,

Stan runs the best used car lots I have ever visited. I am 64 and have bought 20 used cars in my life and this is the best run most honest lot I have been too.

Tilley Motor Company contacted me by email and phone asking if they could answer any additional questions about their 2002 Buick Park Avenue. Do not remember the name of sales rep with whom I spoke, but generally a good effort.

Car did not meet our needs but the dealer was responsive and verified availability before we drove up to see it. SO many dealers do not do that -- apparently just to get someone in the door. But these guys were friendly and did not put on the 'hard sell'. would go back in the future.

Response from current dealership:
It takes a minimum of 24 hours to update current inventory.
Also there is a difference in a vehicle being "Sold" an being "Funded".
This also plays a part in a vehicles posting.
