This was the total definition of “Bait and Switch” that is prevalent in auto dealerships. I arrived, did the test drive and wanted the car. Went to sit down with sales and the price listed on Car Gurus was 22, 500. The sales person then presented their Deal. The car was now $27,100 dollars! Then they offered me their “Discounts”, another way the car dealers try to get your money. They would give me 4000 in discounts. 1000 if I traded in my car, 1000 if I used their financing (at 9.9 percent) offered me 2000 dollars for my car with a carmax report on the desk, noting my car was worth 1800. I then did a carmax on their car and it came back at 18,700.00, 9000.00 less than what they wanted. It was at this time that I decided I wanted the car. I wanted the reports on their inspection and warranty. They were hesitant “It’s late in the day and the guy who can print the report is gone (sic)” and crap like that. The next day, the acting GM was a total dbag. I walked away. Do not use this seller
Before I could finish the paperwork for the vehicle I was suddenly sold and then I was sent a GMC and told that this other car would be a better fit . Yet the car that I was interested in that had been on the site for 16plus days was suddenly gone . Even after the dealer sent me a video of the car and everything and the option of delivery does seem like they do there due to them requesting me to come by the lot so I doubt they actually deliver cars

Great experience!
Price was totally misleading. Price shown online factors in $2,500 worth of offers that might not apply. The out the door price I received didn’t have any of those offers, then added a $2,100 “protection plan”, $699 bed liner, $336 doc fee, plus other taxes and fees. Bottom line price was almost $6,000 more than online price.
Was not impressed with the sales man. Had no answer to any of my questions. All he wanted to do was run my credit. New I was looking to finance for 60 or more months. Couldn’t do it cause the truck had to many miles on it. Tried to get more money for the down payment. Then tried to get me to look at a smaller truck. This place was miss leading and a big waste of time.

While working on the paperwork to buy the finance manager let his girlfriend & 2 kids take the vehicle for a “ joy ride “ at that point i cancelled my contract as I had not even test driven it yet bc they couldn’t get it out of the showroom floor as it was blocked by a customer vehicle . The kids were standing in The seats with shoes in seats . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke to my salesman & voiced my irritation. He agreed it was not a good thing to happen but said he had no control over it.

Purchased truck. All employees we're helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable by being interested in my needs without pushing me to buy. Pricing was fair at the start. They offered rebates and a fair discount off MSRP and NO DEALER FEES. Honest small town dealer. I traveled about 40 miles to dealer but trip was worth it. Even owner greeted me and thanked me for my business.

They went above their regular duties of selling cars, we were in contact several times per week trying to put a deal to gather, I expect to pick up the car on Tuesday Feb. 27th.... I hope all the numbers match what we talked about via emails......

Emailed right away - the car was a 4 cyl not a 6 cyl - Sales man was great
They responded the next business day. I will definitely be doing business with them soon.

They are nice but they don't seem too motivated to sell cars here. I didn't feel like they wanted to help me buy a car. Car we test drive was not even cleaned on the inside, it wasnt really appealing especially when your going to spend a lot of money, we ended up buying the identical car at another dealership because we weren't very interested in doing business here.
