Down syndrome’s genetic code is the 21st chromosome 3 times. This is important to us because one of our little girls has Down syndrome. We do things a little differently here. They told me they were going to be there till 7 PM then 5 PM. I was already on my way and wasn’t going to make that time so I turned around and come home.

Hey Michael all are calls are recorded. I listened to this one. You were coming over from central WA and had your wife call. She asked what time we close and another salesmen gave her each days ours and I think there was some confusion on which day you were coming. So you were didn't talk to your salesmen, your wife talked to another one about another day. I do not think this justifies a 3 star review although I understand getting different times can be frustrating but we are good people and the person on the phone gave you the correct times.

Phil. I strongly think you wrote this review on the wrong dealership. You reached out on Monday April 7th about trading in your kia soul. made a appt for 2 days later. You came in said you were in a rush and left very quickly. We got you to your exact monthly payment and said you wife said no. We not only gave you $1000 more for your trade in then anyone else but have records of 49 different interactions. Please re-consider a 2 star review for a dealership that did everything they could to earn your business and get exactly to your numbers. I worked for 6 hours on your deal after you left myse

This site worked very well to get exactly the truck I was looking for! When I used CarGurus to show my interest in the truck, I got an immediate response from the dealer, Three21 Auto in Spanaway, WA. The dealer and I easily made a connection and an appt for me to test drive the truck. I totally would point a friend to buying a car or truck from Aaron, Jerry and Favie at Three21 Auto. I am driving the best truck ever thanks to them.
Just recently purchased a 2018 Ford F150 XLT from Three21 Auto! It was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle. Aaron & Favi we’re awesome making it a smooth & stress free process along the way to now enjoying my new Truck! Thank you guys once again.
