Thomson dealership gave me the best used
truck buying
experience ever. Daniel , who showed me
the truck in the back lot,
gave me a tour thru the service bays which I
thought was cool. He
kept me informed by phone about the truck
since I drove a long
way to see it. I had jokingly asked if they
had delivery and they did
for a very fair price. Ultimately I received the
truck in my area. Daniel had all paperwork,
smog test,washed, gassed up and ready.
Nice. It was reassuring to hear how
well he said truck drove from a salesman
with a extensive
automotive background. Nothing better than
making a big
purchase and feeling good about it

Sales person was excellent! Everyone was friendly. Only issue that I had is with the detailing of the vehicle. The engine compartment was filthy dirty.
Great Service!! Very Genuine people! Would buy from there again in the future!! Dealer was quick to respond. The listing and pricing were very accurate. Car was clean and was ready to test drive. Customer service was amazing! Not pushy like most dealers!! Would most definitely recommend this dealer.

We found exactly the used Volt that we were looking for, with all the safety features I wanted, at Thorson (which is actually a Buick dealer). The response to my query was fast, and the description was well-detailed. It was worth the time to drive 80 miles to look at it. The day ended with a drive home in our new (used) car. Our salesman, Casey, took care of turning in our rental car and patiently waited for me to unlock a credit account. When I asked, they found me a slightly lower interest rate on the balance. The car was in a nearly pristine condition, super clean and not even a scratch, and still had all of its manuals. Most surprisingly, the finance guy offered but did not badger us to buy add-on insurances. Best experience ever with a car purchase.

Helpfull and honest people
Was contacted by Rep very quickly. Sent additional info requested and 3
additional vehicles to also look at. I could not visit until weekend and by that
time the vehicle was sold. The rep emailed me as soon as the vehicle was
sold to save me the drive and see if I was interested in any of the other three
vehicles. I was not but was grateful for the service provided by the Rep. in
keeping me aware of their changes in availability.

Absolutely the WORSE auto experience ever!
Perfect car in the picture had body damage on almost every surface including the interior.
Do NOT bother traveling to see them.
