They've been great and extremely helpful.
For someone like myself who has boughten vehicles out of state I do have to say that the staff at thorton chevrolet goes unmatched from previous dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Great staff , friendly and most importantly excellent communication from this dealership. Definitely one of the smoothest purchase ive made at a dealership in a long time ! If need be ask for devan! He's the one that made my long trip from MD to PA worth it! 5 stars in my opinion

I consider myself a pretty experienced car buyer since I purchase a new vehicle every other year or so. In all my years buying vehicles this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Will was excellent and everyone there was friendly and transparent, no up selling, and no unreasonable negotiating. Can’t say enough great things about this place!
Worst experience EVER! Thanks (WILL) for
pulling the cover over our eyes. We were
working on getting financed,they were waiting on
the bank to finish the deal. But they sold the
vehicle to another customer as we waited and
said sorry we just sold the vehicle the bank had
never got back to us.
WHY WOULD THEY NOT ASK ME WHO
WAS WILLING TO PUT MONEY DOWN UNTILL
THE BANK GOT BACK TO THEM!Not even a star

Friendly staff, our salesman Doug Freeze was 1st class, sales manager Chris was excellent, beautiful modern facility, and vehicle was exactly what we were looking for!

E-mailed me four times, only once from the appointed salesman. They tried to act friendly, but were more interested in pushing a vehicle on me, than answering my specific question. I am over 900 miles away from them, so it is not I could visit them easily. My brief experience with them tells me that I myself would not deal with them, but they might actually be a decent dealership for someone else.

My initial contact was through their website. I received a next day email
response followed up by a telephone call. Their representative was friendly
and help set up a visit. I met with a sales rep who had the car outside and
ready for a test drive. He was very helpful as was the sales manager. No high
pressure from either of them. Had some concerns about the car and am
following up with them. A very professional and friendly dealership.
