I live 100 miles from the dealer. Completed all
negotiation and financing application with Matt
Ameral, Internet Sales Manager, via email and phone.
Truck and paperwork were ready when I arrived at the
dealership. Smooth, stress free purchase. Highly
recommend Thompsonâs.
Initially the indiviual was responsive. However, I submitted an application for this vehiclle and it was
never addressed. I followed-up and was told that the seat was being repaired and the price would
increase. I followed-up after that and no one responded and I see that the vehcile sold.

Great communication at first, but after setting an appointment to drive the 2 hours to buy, they replied and said they had “pre-sold” the vehicle and accidentally never knew or told me. They apologized, but this soured my experience. After seeing another vehicle there a few days later and reaching out, a salesperson never got in touch with me.
Like many other dealers they install thousands of dollars worth of useless add ons to the vehicles. Paint protection, etching, and 3m which all can be had on Amazon for literally pennies on the dollar for what the dealership charges. You can't buy a vehicle from them without agreeing to fleece. I'd rather walk than willfully get ripped off buying that garbage. Just google it. The oldest trick in the book. The people were polite as expected when you are ready to spend 50 grand but it's just unfortunate that they can't make a fair deal without pushing all the garbage just to try and make a few extra bucks.

Wonderful experience from first contact to driving off the lot with my new car. Matt took the time to go over every feature of this car. Wven made sure my phone was synched. Will definitely come back here for another car

Dealer had great prices but low balled the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value and was untruthful about it. I had a Kelley Blue Book trade-in offer from another dealer from the day before that was several thousand more. Typical reindeer games at car dealers play.

The car I wanted was not available but they emailed me later in the week another one became available and I got it
Scratched and dented rear bumper, unwilling to get fixed or replaced, 15k miles and yet the front tires are nearly worn out, tried to add hidden fees for rejuvenation and a tracking device, wasted a trip to drive up there…….went inside and out with the let me check with the manager, the runaround is live and well hered

I recieved my approval and went to test drive and check out the car on the 27th. Not all my questions got answered. I left frustrated. I stewed on that car for almost week. I called on the 2nd and was able to sprak with Matt, a different people. He answered my questions and responded the next day with all my answers and I went and got the car on Friday. Matt was awesome and took the time to show me all about the bell and whistles about my the car. Steve with finance made everything smooth and easy. Everyone was very nice and energetic.

We live 3 hours away from the dealer. Nicole sent a video of the inside and out of the truck and we did most of the pre finance paperwork remotely which made picking up the truck super easy. Would buy from Thompson’s again

This dealership could've had a slam dunk sale and a 5-star review. Instead, someone else got the sale. I called on a vehicle we wanted to
purchase. We were pre-approved through our credit union and ready to buy. I told the salesman that I wanted the vehicle and to give me
the out-the-door price with tax and reg and not to try to add anything or play games or I'd walk. He sent me the numbers and there was
about $2,500 in fluff. I replied and asked how he came to that number. Two days elapsed before he responded with, "those are the
numbers my manager gave me." That's it. No breakdown. It's a shame because the salesman was friendly and helpful to that point. I
called another dealership that was selling the same vehicle for the same price. I told them the same thing. Send me the numbers without
fluff. They did. No fluff. About $2,500 cheaper. Bought the car same day from them. I never did hear back from these guys. Seems like
management has the salespeople handcuffed.

Execellent customer service. George responded right away and answered all of my questions. I visited this dealership the next day. Matt was our guy who helped us, he was very patient, knowledgeable and very professional. Matt answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended up buying a 2019 Cherokee Limited 4x4. Im very happy and definitely can recommend this place and look for Matt great guy and customer service.

Was not to happy when the Guy figuring price price came back with a 5.99% on the loan!....841 Credit rating...........Then came back after...I got upset...and had it at 2.99.......The guy that helped us was GREAT!!!...They Sorta have you on your trade in....Don't get much for them...2011 Fusion was in Pretty good shape...Got 2000.00 for it ..low blue book is 3,4000...in worst shape!
But over all ...She got what she wanted....So all is Good!

Great response.
We had a good experience at Thompson’s. It’s a dealership,
which, for us, always brings anxiety. We were full of anxiety
driving to Thompson’s though because we had a traumatic (no
joke!) experience at a different dealership.. But Larry made us feel at
ease immediately! He helped us find the car for us and got us in
and out in a few hours. Everyone was super helpful and thorough.
My husband and I will be back the next time we need a new car.
Oh! And the best part.... the give you a bottle of wine before you
leave!

Helpful, prompt. They got me a monthly quote same day through texting me
since I couldn't talk due to being at work. When they don't recommend the
option you are seeking due to hurting you financially, they are honest and tell
you when it is not in your best interest.They do not try to push you into a
payment that will hurt you in the long run.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! The team was not pushy but very helpful and most important to me educational about the vehicle… In fact Jeremy my sales rep was a former mechanic and answered every possible question I had.
I drove two hours each way to see this vehicle. Of the 10 or 15 dealerships I had spoken to this was the only one I feel comfortable working with. I'm so happy with my new Jeep and likely will make the drive again when it's time to upgrade my wife's car.
