The dealer responded quickly. This vehicle was for an order but the salesman Eddie let me know they had a couple of alternative choices on hand. I saw one the next day and bought it. Eddie was straightforward with pricing and loan rates.

I live an hour away from Theodore Robins Ford, so worked with their internet specialist before I left home. The purchasing process was very efficient this way. I turned up, they checked out my trade in, I went into finance within 20 minutes and by the time I was done, the car was prepped and ready to go. Curtis, their internet specialist walked me through all the features of the vehicle and I was on my way home. Definitely would do business here again.

My husband and I are in our 60's and have bought several vehicles (mostly Fords). I can say this was the most painless purchase ever. Darren was professional and personable and truly created an awesome experience for us. Felt like we had known him for years when all was done. We will always look to Theodore Robins Ford in the future. 5 star rating for sure!

I had a great experience buying from out of state with Theodore Robbins Ford. Curtis Payne was my salesman, answered all of questions and very easy to work with. Completed the sale with just a couple of phone calls. Got great price on a CPO Ford Fusion. Pablo in the finance department was great as well and I was able to talk to both on their days off

I spoke with Curtis over the phone and ended up working the deal with Chris Alcocer. Loved the fact that he was a cool person. Felt like I was buying a car from a friend. 5 star rating for this dealership and I would recommend friends and family to come here.

Dealer was excellent. Although all dealers are similar when trying to make the sale Theodore Robins follow up makes the difference. I was missing my key code for the keyless entry and did not notice till a few days later. I am an out of town buyer. When I called to explain the issue, Theodore Robins quickly found the code and sent. Thanks

I phoned the Sales Representative "Baldwin Eneaji" regarding the 2017 Ford Explorer, Platinum Edition. Baldwin was a true professional. He listened to my concerns, and did everything possible to earn my business. Baldwin was never overbearing, but Kind, Respectful, and Courteous. He was a true professional. When we closed the deal, Baldwin understood my COVID concerns because of my very ill daughter. Baldwin arranged the sale to where he personally delivered the Platinum Explorer to my residence. Upon delivery, documents were signed and a tour of the vehicle was conducted. Baldwin was very knowledgeable on the Explorer and made the interaction pleasant. Of the numerous documents I signed, nearly all of them went back to the dealership for their Finance Department to process. Baldwin re-assured me that Dan Ryan would mail out my copies that day. When Dan failed to send me my copies, I contacted Baldwin and within 2 day later, I received the documents in the mail. Baldwin, your AWESOME!

Spoke with a sales rep, and after some talking, he was going to physically look at the vans I was interested in to verify they had the options I wanted, in stock. He didn't relay his phone, email or any information, making it difficult to contact him and I didn't hear back, so I moved on. I'm not going to track down a sales rep that not interested in making a sale. He said they were very busy recently, and must have been overwhelmed with buyers. I just wasn't high on his list for a callback. Oh well, his lost!

I actually bought this truck, but I would recommend caution dealing with them as they lack transparency. They listed the truck as new when in fact it was used, had a number of changing stories about the status of the warranty and slipped an add on security system into the price that I missed until it was too late. My fault, but I detest that sort of behavior

I made an offer at the original stated price of $23,210 and they raised the price to the current price of $26,320??? This truck has been for sale for over 110 days and they keep raising the price? If it didn’t sell at $23,000, what makes them think it is going to sell for $26,000!!!

They said rebates listed on their website where no longer valid. They kept changing how rebates would be applied even though Ford has set rebates. Tried to give me a rebate then subtract from trade in. They should have honored the price on website which I’m sure was accurate in the first place.

Got a reply saying the Expedition was available and was asked when I could go see it. I replied by saying that I was not available to come during the weekend but was still interested in buying it. I asked the sales manager what the approx lease figures would be, as I was also looking at a lease option. The sales manager never got back to me. Never dealt with this dealership before but not a good sign.

Called the dealership. Spoke to a salesman to confirm if the car was an actual Ford Responder since the only photo is Ford stock. Salesman said he would take a photo of interior and exterior and text me. Never heard back. Would not deal with this dealership if a telephone call is too hard to return.

The dealer responded pretty fast while we were at another dealership ready to purchase. Eddie at Theodore Robins Ford helped us and was very friendly. After our test drive , we decided to buy the van with the great price they advertised. The only set back was the length of time it took to get processed even after we explained that we were paying cash (3 hours from the time we got to the dealership to when we left with the van). It was on a Sunday evening with only 1 Finance Manager.

I had the worst experience with this dealership! They posted online that the vehicle price was at $19k. I contacted them through email, a internet manager contacted me back and said that the price was misposted($22,508). They pulled the old bait and shift!!! Do not go to this dealership. Horrible customer service!!

Hands down, Chris Alcocer is the best Internet Sales Manager I have ever worked with. After an extremely disappointing visit the first time I visited this place to purchase a Ford F150 XLT (the guy used the old "used cars are advertised to get people into dealerships in order to sell them new cars" line, Chris redeemed TRF by not only being honest and transparent upfront, but also being reasonable working within the limits of my budget. He did not trick me or try to use lame sales tactics to turn my interest onto another vehicle. Sales Manager Steve Smith was extremely professional, willing to work with my price with Chris, and best of all... pleasant to work with...he actually smiles! Finally, Finance Manager Dan Ryan was not pushy, did not try and snow me with a ton of "added" extras, he simply provided me with the facts and allowed me the time to make my decisions on my own. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle here and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Chris Alcocer was amazing to work with. I quickly found the desired van and everything was as represented. Likewise, Tim Kamotto is a gentlemen. Both were knowledgeable, confident, experienced, and pleasant to work with. No games. And a solid deal on the Ford Transit I was looking for, for my Self Storage facility fleet.

This dealer took great care of us. Chris from the internet team was able to answer all my questions, or find out the answers. We took delivery of this vehicle on Sunday and its rally nice. The only thing that's needs improvement at this dealer that o know of is the detail shop. They left wax in a couple of different spots.

Our salesmans Todd at Theodore Robins was great. He was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Jason the finance guy was easy to work with as well. Even though our financing wasn't through them. He was easy to work with in finalizing our deal and paperwork!

Beyond awful! The car shown on Carguru was not the car foe sale. The car was far from ready to sell, it was in the service department in need of work. Originally the salesman told me to come down and test drive the car. An hour after I left my house he called and said the car was not ready and he didn't have the keys. He asked that I come another day, but I had already driven 40 miles and was half way there. I drove 158 miles round trip to look at a piece of junk. I will never contact this dealer again!
