Spoke to a salesman questioned the fact that there's a $2,000 add-on not in the list price for all vehicles. A girl from customer service got back to me and after a bit of back and forth agreed to remove that $2,000 package and sell it for the listed price. Then I questioned the warranty it clearly says in their ad and in the pictures of the car that all vehicles come with a 6 months 6,000 MI powertrain warranty amongst other things but there's little asterisks there and when you look it up it says excludes vehicles 10 or more years old and with more than 120,000 miles what I'm looking at has low miles is 11 years old. Don't know how you can put an ad up saying all vehicles and then exclude over half of what you have in stock with an asterix. She said she'd speak to her manager and get back to me couple days later I got a message from Bob woods asking if he could help I told him everything that's going on and I'm interested in the vehicle still and he has yet to get back to me.

Dealer didn't disclose the awful damage done to this vehicle on the carfax in their listing. Common practice to leave major things like that out so you have to contact them. Ugh! Buyer beware, prices are not negotiable.

Although our salesman was fine, we felt manipulated price-wise. The price was increased from the listed price due to a dent that was being repaired (not our fault). The vehicle then had a major issue the day after purchase that should have been addressed while at the dealership at initial intake.

They are nice but not personable. They wanted to get me $500 less on my trade compared to other dealers. Not pushy. I would have purchased the car from them of the numbers were right.

The dealer is excellent to work with and their cars are very good. They do an excellent 40 point check on vehicle to make sure they are in great shape for the customer. The sales and financial staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good used vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase.

We scheduled a test drive with the salesman and when we got to the dealership, the car was on another lot, so we had to drive 3 minutes to get to the car. Salesman was helpful though.

Car was shown to me by Bob, said take it for a spin, liked the car, tried to negotiate, but he said car was already a good price, that the car was in good condition. And would not lower price. Took car to a mechanic to get inspected and found several problems with car, hydraulic leak, mounts on front needed to be. Changed, mechanic said to fix everything it will be about 1580.00 dollars, gave info to Bob and asked if we can negotiate, but just said he couldn't to take car as is or don't take. (Said it kinda rude.) Not a good experience with Bob, will never go back to SuperStore.

Ended up buying another car. Price was right and the trade in value they gave for my old car was very fair. Closing signatures lady tried to get us into gap insurance and a dealers warranty, but took no for an answer. Happy with my experience even if closing the deal took a long while (but most care dealerships do).

Most of the transaction was done over the phone & via email as I live about 50 miles away (one way) I went down to pick up the car; I was a little nervous about it, but the information was accurate; we came to a fair deal. no call!! had a approval letter forme my bank for 15.000 the dealer would not take my financing , BUT his financing was @ 17 to 20 % my bank 5.59% . The dealer would not seal me the car. WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!

Car made loud noise. Salesman pulled car up for us acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. It was obvious.

I did buy the car but there were some issues. They say the car goes threw a very good inspection. WRONG!!!! The air ilter was not just bad it looked like it was dipped in oil it was by far the worst condition ive ever seen an air filter. The oil filter was jammed on so hard it must have been impacted on or a body builder did it. The oil was blacknot even brown but straight black. They should have given me a better deal. The gentleman i bought the car from was polite and on point. The ones i started with not so much. The lady was rude and the guy kept giving answers for things he didnt know. I would have givin more stars until i spent $100 the day after i bought the car for maintenance.

This dealer was great. After I saw the bellow market price on CarGurus after weeks of research, I finally came in and was immediately attended by a friendly salesperson named Julie. The vehicle was in excellent shape and ran great. I quickly decided I wanted to take it home. Financing was a breeze due to my good credit so I was out within a few hours. Proceeded to drive the vehicle about a thousand miles downstate over the course of a couple days and it ran flawlessly truly proving that the vehicle was serviced before it was offered for sale. Really appreciate the good business practices and friendly, attentive service I received from Used Car Superstore of Lisle.

Took forever to get back to me, would not even hint at any deals or extra fees that may be tacked on once I drive the 85 minutes there which I wanted some idea of before I drove there, got frustrated with me for not wanting to come there for nothing, told me it was sold so too bad for me, then proceeded to harass me with emails asking when I would come look at it after it was already "sold".

They worked with the price and the used car was clean like a new vehicle. Even though we were paying cash it took quite awhile to complete the paperwork. Overall a nice group of people.

I asked about the car and they have replied with the same info they have on the add. Did call dealer car was sold and the add still showing the car for sale.

Took 4 attempts to get them to answer a question I had. Kept getting the "auto" emails.

Wonderful! Mani is great! First vehicle was not available to see when we got there and then sold before we could come again. Mani evaluated what we said about what we wanted and has kept in touch regarding other vans that have come in. Hoping they can get something in that will be "right" so I can by from Mani!

Drove two and a half hours to get there. Got all the paperwork,and necessary insurance taken care of , they even washed it and vacuumedu it out and gave the keys to my wife and put the plates on. But as we got aready to finalized with signatures they said they couldn't do the deal because my license was invalid . The truck was for my wife and we were just using my income, even though I wasn't valid she was!! Have never had that happen out of the 6 previous automobiles I have been a co-owner of with her over the last 12 years. the sales guy and areally nice facility were the only good thing about this whole experience

Car had obviously been in an accident, even though the "Car Fax" said no such thing. Salesman was great until he started lying. We inspected under the car & saw an oil leak - we were told, "that is normal seepage". No it isn't.

OK, this is really an odd complaint, but these people wouldn't leave me alone! When they finally did email me, I told them I'd read this cars Carfax report and was no longer interested. Black and white. They emailed me again, asking if I had any more questions. I said no and nearly asked them not to email me anymore. I wish I had because they contacted me AGAIN! I've never felt so "vultured"! Yeah, I would never contact this company by email again if I can help it!

I talked to the sales staff about a specific car several times on the phone before driving over 200 miles each way to look at it. They all failed to mention that the car had major problems with the engine management system, as well as warped brake rotors, and a bad axle shaft, ball joint, and rear differential seal. The car, and thus the day, were a complete waste of time.
