I left 1 star because I was forced to. Darin texted me and asked if I was still interested in the Acadia, I said possibly and he replied possibly?? I said yeah. Never sent any pictures of the vehicle, I’m not going to say yes to anything site unseen, and it’s not like I can test drive it - I’m from Minnesota. Not impressed at all - maybe Darin needs to figure out how to read people he’s trying to sell to. I’ve been in sales for over 25 years and you give the customer what they’re looking for, in my case pictures of the vehicle, then find out how interested they are.

Daren was awesome. Having lost our jeep in a wreck just before Christmas we needed a quick but well-fit replacement. With Christmas and a wreck just past my finances were drained But Daren managed to get us the financing we needed, arranged shipping around the holidays, and was communicative throughout the entire process. The vehicle arrived in the expected condition, clean inside, and with no more bugs and road film than would be expected being on a car carrier for almost 900 miles. You could tell it was thoroughly cleaned pre-trip. I would definitely send any friend in need of a car their way.

The interaction started off great, but then when promised delivery upon a certain day it became 48 hrs later after having to call several times to track down my car. One would think the seller would follow up on a delivery daily until customer received, but they had no clue what was going on. When asking the rep if they’re were any blemishes on the car (bc car is white inside a white wall facility) I got a no this car is clean. Well upon delivery they’re was a decent size chip out of rear bumper, and big paint chipped area behind the front grill. Not to mention rear view mirror fell off after a week, which turns out was previous broken and someone did a crappy job trying to repair. Needless to say this would then cause me to file an insurance claim because windshield would have to be replaced valued at $2400. After all these complications nothing was offered to render my issues. If interested in a purchase from this dealership be sure to ask for thorough pictures of imperfections.

Asking way too much money for this SSR. Would not try to make a deal. I went to my lender and they told me on this over 10yr. truck, that I it worth around $22K, I offered
$29K, the max my lender would allow, I was told full ask $36K+, nothing off.

This vehicle is listed as a prestige model and it isn’t. It’s a premium at best as there is no digital display where the speedometer lies. If it’sa prestige, show the heads up display.

We are sorry you feel you didn't receive the best customer service which we always strive for. Unfourtantly the pre-approval through CarGurus is just that, it's a "pre-approval". In order to properly qualify our customers and provide them with the correct information up front, we have to do a full approval. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Being in the state of Michigan it is illegal to sell a car on Sundays, so we are closed on Sundays. This is why if the application was sent in on a Saturday, it is possible you didn't hear back till Monday.

Was reluctant to drive the 45 minutes out to dealership, but was pleasantly surprised at their selection of vehicles. We arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and checked out the Yukon XL. My wife loved it and Daren explained that he had an appointment, but would come in Sunday morning for a test drive. We did and purchased on Monday. Absolutely great experience and Daren is the best. Will be recommending to everyone who is looking to buy a quality used vehicle.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from an internet based seller. However, after finding an 2014 Acura MDX on Car Gurus listed by the
Motor Mall as a 'Great Deal', I had to make the 2 hour drive to test drive the vehicle. Daren greeted me and immediately offered I inspect the vehicle,
and offered a test drive with no pressure. The vehicle was in much better condition than the pictures eluded. Upon completion of a flawless test drive, I
noticed a small crack in the windshield and made mention to Daren. Without hesitation, Daren said if I purchase there vehicle he would replace the
windshield at no cost to me. To make a long story short, Daren rejected the first 3 windshields from his supplier due to compatibility concerns. At the
end of the day, Daren has the most integrity, honesty and customer minded satisfaction I have ever seen. I would definitely purchase another vehicle
from Daren again.No questions asked.!!! Most honest car dealer ever!

Wow! I had been looking for months for the right vehicle for me and finally found it locally. Daren, the sales manager and Steve, the owner were both there Saturday afternoon and available to answer any ?'s or concerns (of which I had none) I might have had. Daren was very responsive via email and as professional as it gets as far as knowledge and processing my transaction. I had the keys in my hand in no more than 15 minutes after getting everything squared away on my end and sent over to the dealership Monday morning.
I can't say enough or rate The Motor Mall highly enough! The gentlemen working there and the facility were TOP NOTCH!

Working with Steve and his team was great. He responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and every email after that. He was able to expedite the entire process and was willing to meet us outside his normal business hours since we are from out of the area. You can tell customer service is very important to The Motor Mall. The car was as described, was very clean and ready to roll. I'll recommend The Motor Mall to friends and family and will likely check there first when I'm purchasing my next car!

Steve and Jake were great. Vehicle was in better condition than I expected. They held the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and picked me up from the airport. All questions were answered in honesty, there was no pressure to buy if something was wrong. I have since put almost 1000 miles on my vehicle and have had no issues. Quality vehicle from a high quality dealer.

My experience with DiPiazza Autogroup was fantastic. Steve took the pain to
