Drove three hours to look at a car. When I arrived car was badly scratched all over. Seat warmers and coolers were busted. Every issue I brought to their attention was being fixed “tomorrow”. Do not trust this shady company.

Car had been wrecked in my opinion, one side was totally different from the other. Jim was good and I believe honest, however the sales manager was completely unreasonable. No stars from me

The man (Harry I think) who called me was very nice, and had amazing follow-up. Unfortunately my schedule did not allow me to get there in time to buy the Escape :-(.

Sales manager confirmed he would approve a deal on a CPO. When we got to Ford Store and sales person confirmed original offer. Sales Manager accused me of lying, saying I never spoke with him. Sales person confirmed we did speak. Then Sales Manager said he never quoted a price. Don't care for bait and switch practice.
