Salesman admitted they did nothing to the vehicle, oil change, top off fluids, said brakes work, car seems to operate fine. But he was friendly. Interior of the car was clean, (well kept by previous owner). But Salesman didn't seem concerned I drove off his lot in a dirty car. I was sold on the car, not the dealership. I would not recommend.

When you go to Auto Exchange and you read the sign Family Business, they are true to the Words, they made me feel family that drop by for the weekend I came with my son and daughter and t hff ey offered them Pizza, water that was such a sweet gesture. I got the a very nice car and they gave been very honest, I sure would tell more people to go there to buy a car. Thank you so very much, very happy customer for sure.

Good communication, smooth transaction. I drove an hour and half to buy this car. The listing was accurate and I have no complaint with the car. The whole transaction took less than 60 minutes. No shady fees. The only thing that's not 100% was the detailing of the car. I'd say it 80/100. But for the money I saved, I can clean that coffee spot off the cupholder myself. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I was terrified to buy a car, in the past two months I have been scammed lied too and even had cars sold on me that I’ve put deposits on... my experiences with car buying have been nightmares up until I walked through the doors of the auto exchange... they did everything to help me get a loan and finally get into my dream car... there is seriously no bull... they are totally honest, if they can’t make something happen, they tell you right on the spot, no empty promises... people get super frustrated when they can’t get what they want but these guys REALLY put the work in and made it happen.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. the car was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. the lots were organized and these guys really know what their talking about...thanks guys! I love my challenger!

The person that I spoke to, was totally unfamiliar with the car and the equipment and had no idea of the history; he wanted to terminate the conversation, since he informed me that he was going home for the day even though I called during regular hours! I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from him even if this was the car/model/color etc. that I had been searching for in the past.

The salesman was rude and had an I don't care attitude. He said if you buy you buy if you don't you don't. I guess he was under the impression that because I traveled from Philadelphia that I was gonna absolutely buy. I asked fir a carfax and he would not provide one but I was able to pull it up on your site which is where I saw that the miles on the dash were lower than the miles on the carfax and on the title.
