Worst experience hands down. Sat the 5th I set to take my daughter after she got off work at 2 since their website said they are open till 6. We live about an hour away and get there right at 5 and they are closed. Call the # on the door for cell to find they closed early. I then told him I would get in touch with him thru week to set up appointment. My daughter has work and school so don't want to miss them. By this time they know the exact vehicle she wants to see. I call wed the 9th set up appointment for Friday the 11th. We pull up on Friday the truck is pulled out by door. I'm thinking cool deal he brought it out so she can look at it better. I go inside to talk to him and he informed me that the truck she wanted had just sold. Yes sold, he set up an appointment for my daughter to look at it and minutes before her arrival he sells the truck knowing we drive an hour there without traffic. Not even a simple phone call either of hey sorry someone bought the truck you were coming to look at. Then get this. He has another one that should be ready in a few days and she will like that one more it is only an extra $2k so call Monday and we can set up a time. Why so you can sell it before we make the commute. Yeah no thanks

I drove 4 hrs from My town to see a truck in Dallas. Texas United auto mentioned that the truck mechanically is healthy and they had inspected the engine transmission. I saved $1700 to buy my truck driving to Texas United auto about 1 week ago and so far ,everything is exactly as they explained and I expected. I am very grateful to the honesty of this dealer who they didn’t put me on pressure for sale at all.

I was very nervous about purchasing my very first car! I'm an international student at college, so I had to figure out how everything worked. I saw a 2011 Kia Soul on Car Guru by this dealer in my price range. I immediately called the dealer and they responded right away. I spoke to a really nice guy named Mike. I had to ship the car out of state and had no idea how much it would cost. Mike immediately asked me if I wanted to find a company to ship the car for me or he can do it. I told him he can. Within a few miniutes Mike was able to give me a total for the car, the shipping, and any other fees. It was still at my budget. Mike arranged everything for me and next thing I knew my car was sitting in my driveway with 4 tires in the trunk! Mike answered my calls and texts right away and truthfully. It was a great experience overall, especially for my first car!!!!!

Looked all over Texas Oklahoma and North Arkansas and no one had the quality of truck any where close to the price I got from Mike!!!! I drove from Fayettville Ar. just for this great truck at a outstanding price!!!!! Quality trucks at a working mans price. I will be buying another soon. Thanks Mike
