I bought a 2015 Volvo S60 T6 from Texas Car One. Their price was fair and on point. Al Heirani was my salesman. Communication was excellent, he was easy to talk to and I never felt pressured. He responded promptly, professionally, provided a video and answered my questions and concerns. I was buying from out of state, so it was not the most straightforward of deals. But he and his team went above and beyond to make the process quite smooth, including transport, financing, and all the paperwork, etc. They even replaced a computer module which cost several thousand dollars at their own expense (which they didn't have to do). After receiving and driving the car, there were a couple minor things I would have liked to have been informed about beforehand. Otherwise, it was as advertised. Bottom line... I absolutely love the car, would definitely do business with them again, and recommend them for anyone in the market for a high end used vehicle.

I would not buy anything from this dealer, drove 800 miles to see this truck and it had a bad motor they did not tell me about ahead of time. Sales was poor. They don’t care about customers just their money.

Got preapproved and was ready to purchase, but the dealer did not want to wait for
drafting from my bank, and said their banks would have better rates, that he would have
them compete against another. I told him I'd rather go with my preapproved offer and
my preferred bank. He said he would not do that because they didn't have the title yet.
I expressed that this should not be my issue, that this is their business, but he refused
to use my pre-approved offer because they wouldn't get the money fast enough. I
reluctantly went with his offer to finance through their preferred banks. He came back
with double digit interest rates worse than my bank. At the end of it all, I now had 3
hard credit pulls (2 from this dealer), and no truck.

Sold the car I wanted after signing paperwork. Told the finance manager I was waiting for my bank to draft up my purchase documents but they still sold the vehicle. Not a pleased customer.

Corvette valued at $24,000) but I'd have to bring it in for an appraisal. I live in Ohio? I offered a
3rd party independent appraisal and inspection. But, no bring it in.... ? Waste of my time!

Basically want me to donate my car so they could make about 2k to 3k of it, then mark up their car about 5k to 6k and also want another 5k to 7k down payment on a 17k van I'm amazed they're still in business
It needs to be lower than one star,
people like this gives all used car
salesmen a bad name. There was a
malfunction light on and their
mechanic said it was from the
battery from the car sitting a long
time. They knew that was a lie and it
was from the suspension/shocks
being bad. I drove 51/2 hours to get
the car and I even asked them
before I left if any check engine
lights were on or any warning lights
and they said no.
I have
never had a worse experience
buying a car. I would not have
bought it if I had not driven so far to
buy it

provided information that was accurate. It is a no nonsense, no haggling operation that I found
refreshing. I did buy a 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP from them. It performs as expected, looks great and

Contacted Texas Car One about a Camaro. It was priced right I felt and in fact they sold the vehicle fairly quickly. I was busy and couldn’t get there for 2 days and someone else came to buy. The sales person emailed me and advised me that it sold and offered other solutions. I am still shopping but they were very courteous, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Quite refreshing to say the least. I will contact them for any of my future vehicle needs.

The Dealership was very honest and gave me a quote on my trade and stood behind it. Austin and I test drove my trade and i informed him of an issue with my car, he called to check on cost of repair deducted it from offered price. Dennis and Austin worked with me to test drive my new car. I drove 6 hours one way to purchase my new car. The night before i was nervous driving that far based upon someone word especially today but they held up to their word. Best car purcahse i can remember, thanks Austin & Dennis. Go Texas Car One!

Called about a vehicle and spoke to Scot. He was nice at first but when I told him the vehicle was over priced he became rude. He changed his tune when I asked him why the vehicle was priced so high. Rude dealership and a waste of time.
Texas Car One is a great car dealership!!! JJ is the salesman you need
to ask for, Top notch salesman!!! The 2014 wrangler was stored inside
and was clean and ready for my wife and I to test drive when we arrived.
JJ, is a great guy very very informative. And if he didn't have a answer to
a question we asked he simply said. "I don't know, but I will find out right
now" and would quickly come right back to us with the answer. He never
once made us feel uncomfortable, actually it was quite the opposite! We
also had the pleasure of meeting and working with the owner, Austin.
Great guy as well!!!! VERY easy going and easy to get along with!!
Straight up Texas Hospitality!!!!!! Would definitely recommend this

Dealer contacted me stating theyd send photos once it was on their lot as it hadnt arrived yet. I called and left a
voicemail expressing I wanted to buy it. Then the vehicle showed sold a few days later with no further contact
or outreach from the dealer. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
The dealer responded quickly and let me know that the car was available. However, upon arrival, I was unable to test drive the vehicle
because the air conditioner was not working. I didn't care whether the AC was working or not but was still unable to test drive. I asked for
someone to contact me and let me know when to expect the repairs to be completed so that I could plan to return. I have yet to hear from
anyone.

Quick response but titled from east coast so wasn’t interested
We had the best buying experience working with Larry and Austin. We did not purchase
the Jaguar but did walk away with 2 great vehicles. We had an unusual request that
required a trade in on one vehicle to purchase 2. These guys were great. Larry was
patient with us test driving several options until we chose the 2 we wanted. They were
understanding and caring about us. Most dealers are after the bottom line but they
worked with us and our budget. When we are in the market to purchase another vehicle
we will definitely be returning to Texas Car One. I have told everyone how great they
were to work with and will continue to recommend them to my friends and relatives
I had a top notch experience with Texas Car One! I live in Maine and so it was a leap of faith for
me to purchase a car from Texas and then have it shipped. Rick in the Sales Dept. sent me live
video of the car so I could virtually inspect it. Jason in Finance worked with my local credit union
to help facilitate financing and then Austin managed the shipping. The car arrived in perfect
condition even with a recent oil change. I love my car and would recommend Texas Car One to

Our salesperson Mr Larry Lish was prompt in his contact with us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with him and Texas Car One.
I drove a Miata MX-5 thinking I may want one but had never driven one before. I am also
considering a Mini Cooper, which I have owned before. I decided that day after driving the
Miata that it was too small for me, but saw a Mini Cooper online with the salesperson that
he said wasn't there yet. He was supposed to contact me when it arrived but I never heard
from him.

Sean (my sales agent) was Extremely professional and courteous. He patiently answered all questions as this was my first online
purchase. The car arrived as described and shown in pictures. They shipped immediately (once funding cleared, more below). Will
recommend to others (caveat on funding) and seek them out for my next purchase.
Reason for 4 stars is they are very traditional in acceptable forms of payments. They accept Vehicle Buyers Check (VBC), so I would have
expected they accept electronic Vehicle Buyers Check (eVBC). To their credit, Sean made it clear that they will not accept auto-draft
instructions, so, I made arrangements for eVBC to save time in mailing. All docs were signed electronically and should have been proof of
payment, but they waited for a physical check to arrive before shipping. If I had mailed a physical VBC, they would have shipped as soon
as they got it.
5 stars, if not for the funding debacle, just be careful how you pay.

Dennis from Texas Car One reached out to me and answered all my questions. Went in for a test drive. All staff was very pleasant to work with. The facilities were nice and very clean. Financing options they offered were better than what I came in with. Overall great experience and walked away with a new Audi. I would highly recommend.
Gone there three times to purchase a model like this. Finally got one on my third visit. The customer service at this place was top-notch!
They listened to keywords, and had the car waiting for you by the front door to drive off when you walk out.

Poor service. Who ever I Delt with over the phone was not trying to get my business at all wouldn't answer questions or even come to pick me up from the train station and was rude in telling me to take a uber. The way he came across on the price of the vehicle was so disrespectful. I do not suggest this dealership to anyone horrible costumer service

I went to go see the Ford Model A, the car is falling apart. I took photos of my own of the car when I was there. And I had compared my photos with the ones on
the advertisement.
A couple of the problems I found, in and on the car
• the chassis's bent slightly.
•Gas valve is leaking
• the doors on the left side don’t close properly.
• The spark, throttle, and parking brake are all stiff and stuck. In that order.
• the engine clicks when it runs.
The staff was great, they seemed like they really cared for the car. i give the staff a 6 out of 5 stars they were great.

I don't like to shop for cars but my experience with Texas Car One changed that. I contacted the dealership and schedule a time to go see the car I was interested in. My sales person was Raque and he was very nice, no pressure to sell me a car. I drove several cars and at the last minute I changed my mind on the car I wanted and they did not mind at all. There were some details needed attention and they ALL were done when I picked up my car. I will definitely will recommend them to all my friends. My husband was very impressed with Texas Car One and he is not easily impressed.
