Not bad, friendly, nice.
The salesman contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was available. When I arrived another customer arrived at the same time
interested in the same vehicle; he was dealing with another salesman. So, we both inspected the vehicle and noted some issues with 2 of the
rims. We jointly test drove the vehicle noting a problem with the alignment and while returning to the dealership, the oil light came on. We
checked under the hood and noticed an oil leak. So, the other customer decided to pass on the vehicle. The salesman had his mechanic
review the oil leak and he told me that the part had to be ordered and the problem should be correct by Monday, March 29. By that time, I
found another car. So, I passed on this vehicle.

Less than 1 star. Dealer did not do 1 thing they said. Increased price of jeep by $4,000 once I said I was interested then lied about when they said they did that.

Honest smaller dealership, most of their cars come from larger dealerships clearing lower priced inventory or auctions. They gave us a 3 month warranty on the vehicle's engine which was awesome. If they know the background of a vehicle they will tell you up front. I purchased this vehicle without any hassle, they worked with my wife and I without an all day struggle from a big dealership.
So ive been looking for this exact Tahoe. Found this dealer that had it and started the process. I ended up NOT buying this for 1 main
reason... the sales guy. He was very short with me, didn't send the info i asked for, didn't respond for days, didn't follow up with me and made
it seem that i "put him out" when asking questions. i was NOT being unreasonable. literally took them 4 days to reach out to me after i had told
them i was ready to buy. I had the financing approved through my bank and the drafting ready to go, but this guy Zach ruined it. Im in sales
as well and expected to receive what i give to customers in my line of work.... needless to say i was very disappointed and will not be
purchasing from Texas Best.

They made an initial contact & I had questions about the truck and financing options. They said they would get back with me. I called back twice over a two day period, but could not get anyone on the phone and they never returned my call. I had bought from them once before, and they were great, but not this time.

The dealer responded the following day. When I asked how did the car run? Dealer responded with everything is in the details in the ad. That information was not in ad. Dealer then stated that the car will start but cuts off. Dealer was very informative about vehicle history.

Horrible. I worked with this dealer for 3 or 4 days on the purchase
of a vehicle for my daughter. I spoke with him personally, email
and text. made an offer on the car. i work as well as my daughter
we could only go to see the vehicle on a wednesday. we had a
cash down payment. I got up and called the dealership that
morning and advised them we would be there by noon to purchase
the vehicle. we walked in to make the purchase and they had just
sold the vehicle out from underneath me then tried to sell me
another piece of crap vehicle they had on the lot. I was mad and
insulted. i had wasted 4 days trying to deal with this guy to have
him sell the car on my 30 minutes before i arrived, when i called
and confirmed i was coming. they had my phone number and did
not even bother to call to see if I was truly on the way to make the
purchase. It doesn't matter i found a better car for my daughter
and it is of much better quality than the piece of crap he was
selling. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this guy. if
he will do this before the sale how will he treat you after the sale
especially if he is financing the vehicle. horrible business
practices
