Appreciate them very much reaching out to me and I truly apologize for not getting back with them right away, and I really love this Car to the highest. But don't have the down payment right now. I just finished paying off my 2018 Dodge ram which was more than 30,000 dollars, and I need another vehicle to help with our daily schedule.
They were not honest. They strung me along for a week then sold the vehicle on the day I couldn't make it out there. They ignored my calls but sent text. Horrible experience

I went to this dealership to test drive a car, the car I came in to see, did not look like the picture on the website. I decide to test drive some others. I test drive 3 cars and all had major problems .i finally gave in to this Kia 2015 fortes ( on the website it said it had 124,000 miles) and after test driving it I notice it had 175,000 miles, I told the sales person Omar about it and we agreed on a price of 5,000( which I still think is to much ). At that time I had been there for 4 hrs, it is 8pm at night, I was ready to close the deal. I sign the deal, and left and made it down a couple of blocks and car went off on me. I called back the place but it was to late they were closed. I turn car off and had to wait 5 min before the car would start again. I was told to bring the car to there mechanical shop , and that was last Saturday. It is not Thursday and I have called them multiple time , no one has returned my call. I do not have a car and I do not have my 2,000 $ I gave them.

I went to the dealership to see this car. After being greeted I was told someone would be right with me. After waiting for approximately 45 min with no word I left. On my way out I saw staff helping several other customers, none of whom were there when I arrived.

Dealership has been great with their follow up in and giving me the information that I require for decision making. I am now waiting till Monday so that I may inquire on Dealership financing.
It took 2 emails to get a response, the dealer said car was in excellent condition. Then they emailed me to let me know driver's seat doesn't work and is all the way back. I let them know I was 5'9", that would be a problem. They said when it gets fixed they would contact me. That was a week ago. They were polite though.

I inquired about a 2013 optima and was responded to by Omar. Omar said that the car was available and documents I needed to bring. We agreed on 6pm but I got there at 6:20pm. When I arrived Omar was nowhere to be found and the car was somehow sold before I arrived. Then I was asked if I was interested in cars on the lot. It was just a bait to get me there to view the cars they do have. Mind you the 2013 optima is still available on cargurus. Bad place for business also doesn’t even look like a dealership more like a junkyard. If you live far dont bother making the trip waste of time.

I first inquired about a 2015 nissan altima that
was posted and Omar emailed right back but
ending up responding he had a Nissan maxima I
would love, well I'm not interested in a maxima.
Sounds to me as if it was a bait. Well I inquired
about a few more cars and nobody ever
responded.
Well I end up going up there and only saw like 2
of the cars that were actually posted on car
gurus,the rest of them were no where to be
found.
The place actually looks like a junk yard. They
dont really have a shop but all the cars are
parked in a yard of a house, and the house next
to it. Honestly looked like a bunch of junk cars.

Yeah, We ended up purchasing a vehicle here .I was somewhat hesitant when we arrived. The
premises is a little rough as far as vehicles being jammed in a small area. However, this is a
diamond in the rough. The folks that work there are friendly and quite helpful. The vehicles that
we looked at were a step above the used lots that we had looked at in Beaumont. I say give them
a chance if you need a used vehicle.

Terrible experience going there. Hummer I went to look at, they were pulling other cars out of mud with it. Had mud all over truck and on floor mats. And upon close inspection of Hummer, it would not past state inspection!

After reading reviews I was hesitant to come here but I took the chance and went. I'm very satisfied with all that I have recieved from them. Everyone is quite friendly. The lot is small but they are getting it situated better to meet the needs. It's my second time here and it's gotten better.

had a $11,000 pre-approved check from my bank for the
purchase. Because of there lack of service I went
somewhere else and bought a 2014 mustang. If I could
give Negative stars I would!

Went to look at a truck that was listed at 91,000 miles, got there and it had 106,000, the truck also smelt like cigarettes and had empty cups and McDonald’s bags inside of it

Dealer responded to my email within the first 12 hrs then contacted me right away. With my credit not being strong and having recent repoe history , Eddie was resilient enough to find a way to make it work with a reasonable down payment and low monthly payments to fit my budget. Submitting my application online b4 coming got me in and out under an hour. I'm truly satisfied with my experience and highly recommend them if you plan on buying new wheels !
