I asked to see how long they had the car in the lot and they didn’t want to show it to me I asked for the price of the vehicle I practically almost had to wrestle the salesman I asked them to price my trade in he wouldn’t do it unless I was ready to make a deal practically they won’t do or disclose anything if you’re not going to make a deal right there and then you’re shopping blindfolded they should have somebody at the door handing blind folds as soon as you walk in the door.not an enjoyable experience

Great experience even though the Jeep I cane for wasn’t there still was able to purchase a Jeep. Sales guy Diaz was wonderful!

I have had my eye the Durango for a while, the crew at Teterboror Dodge treated my wife and I wonderfully. The Durango was clean as a whistle, the oil and filter were changed along with the air filter. It was worth the 50 minute ride over The Tappan Zee Bridge.....

Internet contact got in touch with me very quickly, people were friendly, but salesman has not returned my emails & I am suppose to pick up car in a few days, other then that so far everything else was good.... Update.. Picked up car today, above review remains the same, just gonna add that salesman said he replied last night to email, but as of now I still haven't received reply. Also when I informed salesman that he entered wrong info about my trade in , he refused to admitt it but did get manager & me manager agreed on a different amount( still lower then what computer said valued at, but what do u expect from car dealers

Took a while to respond when they did they asked if I had a questions on vehicle. I did and sent them with no response back .emailed them again and no response . Turns out they sold the car

Overall a very minimal response effort by this dealer. I got several prompt email contacts and initially calls that actually told me nothing more about the vehicle. I continued to ask more questions, and for photos, and details about the vehicle. All I ever got was two outside cell phone pics of the partially snow covered vehicle -- no further follow-up calls or info. I spent a lot of time contacting this seller, and it was actually my number one prospect to buy based on limited online info, but I got no further specific info which I requested several times. I gave up on them and called three other sellers over the next 10 days, from whom I got a lot of pics, personal inspections by the salesmen to answer my questions while actually looking at the vehicle (with me by cell phone) to discuss details. I made offers on all three of these and bought one of these three very similar same make/model vehicles. Why this dealer bothers to "sell on the internet" is questionable as they show precious little interest to such inquiries. Apparently they really only sell to walk-up lookers, thus missing out on modern vast potential sales to online shoppers. They made virtually no effort to answer my questions or to discuss the vehicle, or ever post a full array of pics which I initially sought from the first contact.
