Tenn Motors was one of the most thorough auto dealerships that I’ve ever dealt with! Constant communication from them letting me know the status of the vehicle that I was interested in! Unfortunately, the Tacoma had some mechanical issues that I was afraid would be too costly to repair! I would most definitely consider doing business with Tenn Motors!

Dylan was great to work with. He is very responsive and super helpful. I ended up not purchasing from them due to the distance, but would recommend to anyone to work with them.

We traded in a Subaru and bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership - 25 days later we had to get it towed out of the road. The transmission was completely out. To replace w a used trans it is just under $5k. After calling several times over the next few weeks, Martin, one of the owners only offer to pay $700 and some change of the repair. Told him that didnt seem fair and that i would let people know about our experience. He then said they wouldnt cover any of it then and hung up. Horrible experience. No one should have the transmission go out less than 30 days after buying a car.

Very pleasurable. Everyone there was helpful in making my purchase of the Mini Cooper go as easy as possible. They had no problem with me test driving the automobile. Everyone at the dealership was polite, respectful and eager to answer all my questions. The process in buying the car was quick and easy not to mention the car was as advertised. It was clean, fresh oil change, all fluids topped off, new tires and the funny part is the inspection the dealership had a mechanic shop perform was at my mechanic. I already knew I trust my mechanic shop because I’ve used them for years. Overall I will say this dealership far exceeded my initial expectations and I would recommend them to anyone as well as buy from them again. Then they did something no other dealership has done with me, they called to check up on me and see if I was enjoying the vehicle as well as offer any assistance with anything that may come up in the future. They said they would be glad to help. So that gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t just buy a car and leave the lot but I also have the dealership willing to stand behind the car I bought.

Was interested in a car was making plans to drive there with a trade in and down payment and was told the day before i planned to go that someone was test driving it for the weekend and I would be notified Monday if it sold. Kept getting emails saying it was still available. Waste of my time trying to buy a car when might not even be available. Purchased a car elsewhere
