Good attention
If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! These people are liars and bullshit artists. We agreed on a car price then I have the paperwork sent over to me and the agreed on price was over $3000 more than what we had agreed on plus there was an additional aftermarket fee. I’m still trying to get my deposit back from these people. Run!!! Find somebody else to buy a car from.
They made me go 1 1/2 hour away to see the vehicle and the vehicle had already sold days prior them booking me an appointment.

Manager has Terrible customer service skills. Advertised neat looking car. Upon arrival the car appears to have been some sort of fender bender with scratches and dents all around the car specially at the front passenger door where the dent was deep enough to notice the paint was chipped off; and trunk glass had scratches in a circle like shape. Additionally, the mileage was 76000+ when I arrived approximately 3 days ago. Walked away with disappointment encountered in this experience.

Scam scam scam. No transparency, no honesty, no courtesy. Lady called me and said the vehicle was available but when I arrived sales people tell me it was sold but they had more in stock only to find out the price is over $10k. They'll collect your information, run your credit and do the famous bait and switch. When you get to the "finance" department across the street, theyll just ignore you. I checked the reviews on the better business bureau their grade is an F-. Please believe the reviews unless you're a dummy willing to give away your money. That's not how ypu do business. Very scammy. There's a lot of eye movements and sign language going on there. You have to stick to your guns when dealing with them

They made me drive 1.5h to be "First come first
serves" to put a deposit for MSRP price and
when I arrived there, they made up in my face
that there was another customer offering $4500
more. Pure fantasy.
This is a quite small dealership, does not look
very nice and testdriving a car in the Bronx is not
good to get a proper feel of the car. Do yourself a
favor and go to a different dealership.
I worked with Cheesily on the phone, then with
Corey in person who verified in front of me on
his computer that there was no deposit on the
car as she said, and then the sales manager
Sincere who made up this customer that
generously offered $4500.

I was out of state and called about the car and wanted to know what any additional charges would be to get it out the door. I was told by the girl answering the calls
that only registration and taxes, so I asked about any dealer fees and was advised they were included and "we are not like other dealerships". So we made the trip
to look at the car on that basis, took the test drive and then had a $1,295 destination fee and $595 prep fees before even thinking about taxes and registration.
When questioned about what I was told apparently the girls answering the phone "don't know what they're talking about", clearly they do and this was just a ploy to
get us there! An hour each way wasted and another hour waiting for the test drive. Plus the car really needed four new tires and had some pretty large dents in
strange places.

They misrepresented the vehicle. I asked specifically
if it was the trim level I was looking for. They insured
me it was. Drove an hour to see the vehicle and it
was a much lower trim level.

Salesperson REFUSED to answer any questions...was trying to force me make an appointment to see the car. I couldn't even get pictures of
it. All I wanted to do was see a few pictures to see if I even liked it....NEVER DO business with these scammers.

If the used car is missing something on the vehicle, this dealerships says, that is how it came in and how we sell it and will not add or replace anything...stay away from this dealership. Buyer be wear!!

These people don't have a clue as to fair price. They was $3,680. for the car with added baloney. Not the $2,800. advertised. Couldn't help with the moving the car to tx.

This place has some issues. Salesman said he would overnight the paperwork to be signed by my wife who couldnt travel. The next week the mgr says she has to sign in person. Wasted my time... Liars

They were extremely professional and responsive. Within 30 minutes of contacting them by email, they called me to chat and set up an appointment. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient, which made for an pleasing experience. I would highly recommend them.

The follow up was very good, almost too many follow ups. My
complaint is that the prices on the website and on the car is not
accurate. They show up as a great value, then they tack on
dealer fees of $1500. It is deceptive.

Terrible experience; they called 3 times to confirm that I was coming in for a test; when i got there they took over 30 minutes to bring a car across the street, salesman quoted a different price than the inernet price and the salesman werent interested in my business, which is pretty sad considering I had a check in hand ready to make a deal.
