They refused to give me an out the door price and it turns out that the car had many add ons thst I was not interested on and it raised the price significantly.

False advertising brought me in and though the sales rep was polite and extremely helpful a cosigner and large down was requested thus making my visit a complete waste of time even though I have both options now I will not give this dealer a sale, thank you

They listed a car on your website, but that car was not at the lot. They tried to get me interested in more expensive vehicles.

They were very friendly, answered all my questions and did what they could to work with me. The truck I was looking for was there and even verified for me that it was the right one especially since I had a long drive. What I especially liked was that they were not pushy at all with me. Overall I had a smooth experience buying from them.
When I contacted Diller, the price grow by more than 3000 compared to displayed on Car guru. They explain to
me its charge for some equipment that cant be removed. I ask engine is included in this price or is it an extra
charge too? Fake price and they try treak customers! Be careful!
Drove half an hour to visit the dealership. Liked the car. When I told them I wanted to buy it for the full advertised price, they raised the price by over 3,000.00, due to "add on" features, which I didnt want. They then lowered the add on price to about half of that. Bottom line, they shouldnt advertise for a price that they are unwilling to sell at. Very unethical, and wasted my time.
