Best experience ever!!!! First time buying a car off a dealership and I couldn't ask for a better salesman. Very patient and understanding. He walk me through the process of buying the CRV and worked with my credit union since I was financing with TDECU. Overall, 10/10 and would highly recommend them!!!!

What can I say… I never have a Pleasant experience buying a high end luxury vehicle like this kind of dealership before. Not only they was honest and telling me about the history of the vehicle, they even open the door for me to inspect the vehicle on the day they’re close. Not only the sale price was easy to deal with, they also help me with the financials stage to get things done in 2 days. I will definitely buy from them again and again!! My wife and I are very happy camper! Thank you Team Autoplex and your helpful staff to make things so smooth and easy.

So easy to deal with. Mitch responded almost immediately over the weekend and we had a deal together by Monday. It was ready to go as soon as my husband arrived to pick it up that Wednesday! Previously thought Dealer's phone number was the one going to voicemail, but verified the numbers dialed did not belong to this dealer. Apologize for the confusion and damages this may have caused. I did not purchase from this dealer, but, they have been quite diligent in trying to resolve the dispute regarding the review. Hopefully, we can transact business some other time.

Purchased a 2014 BMW 328d from Team Autoplex. I dealt with Miss Kimberly Duke the entire time and it was a great experience. Kimberly was a pleasure to work with and was able to help me getting the vehicle shipped from their dealership in Houston, Texas directly to my front door in Tallahassee, Florida!! Absolutely in love with my BMW and appreciate all Kimberly did for me in helping me purchase this car! Even though I'm over 700 miles away, I would purchase another vehicle from Kimberly and Team Autoplex!!

The dealership responded at first and I thought we could work out a deal. They said they got a buyer who put a deposit on it but it I noticed the car still on your site. They had promised to come back to me but did not. So after a few days I contacted them. Again, slow to respond and now they told me a 2nd time that the car has been deposited. I live 270 miles from them so internet contact is how it needs to work until we can establish some kind of framework for a deal, but if they don't keep up the communications for more than 1 or 2 emails, they might as well stay local.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! The vehicle was just as advertised. Granted, I knew exactly what I wanted. However, I've never purchased an automobile in an hour and a half including taking it to my mechanic for inspection. Michael Roa and his staff are the best in the business.
