I drove 2 hours(4 hour round trip) to look at a specific vehicle that I coordinated through Tray. When I got there, he told me to come to his desk to fill out paperwork. He began asking “what kind of payment I was looking for”, and other personal questions and hadn’t even let me see the truck yet. I told him that i drove 2 hours to look at the truck, had not seen a truck and his first order of business was to get into my pockets without even showing me a vehicle! He informs me, “ this is how we do things here”. He could see that I was getting annoyed with this approach to get my money before I had even seen a single vehicle, so he went to get the keys and pulled the vehicle around to the front for me to see. I immediately saw a huge wavy excuse for bodywork on the 32,000 mile truck. I asked him if the damage was on the Carfax, because it was listed as having zero accidents. He stated that it was “probably pdr(paintless dent repair) and would not be listed on the Carfax. I left…
Not a good experience in the beginning. Offered a fair price the first week the truck was advertised. Salesman said they could never sell for that low and began a bunch of small talk. Said there were no discounts available but he could replace the wheels with cheaper ones. Being truly offended, I stopped communication. 2 months later the truck is advertised for 1200 less than what I offered. Another salesman contacted me a week or so later and was much more professional. That’s where the 2 stars came from.

Very responsive just didn’t have what I wanted in my price range. Also, contacted me when I was out of state with no cell reception when they knew about it.

I negotiated the price down to 22,000 on a truck which was fine. My apr was way to high though at 11.55 percent. I went elsewhere and found a way better interest rate. When I contacted them again they said they wouldn’t beat it or match it. Then they said they wouldn’t sell it for 22,000 now that was only the deal for the day. Honestly I’d never shop there again if I had to. They lost a customer, but I highly doubt they care.
Ben fro Lowe Chevrolet worked with me on my trade and he made it happen.
Ben was great at explaining everything and made sure that we could make a
deal. I would refer anyone to Lowe Chevrolet. Ask for Ben.

Very prompt about replying to initial contact. And, they promised to call back when the Murano convertible top is repaired. Very few dealers seem to care enough to repair convertible tops before selling, majority just list the top as not working.

They were extremely helpful. I developed the flu, and I was unable to travel. They offered to bring the car to me. I’m going to wait and go back next week, but they offered extensive information about the vehicle, and offered to drive the car to me so I could look at it because of my illness that prevented me from driving to see the car.
There was no pressure and the whole process went quick. Dealing with a smaller dealership was nice as we even met the owner and he was very personable. Our salesman Bruce was the best!!!

I was up front and honest with what my trade in vehicle was. We agreed on a price and trade in price. When I arrived after driving 2.5 hours I test drove the vehicle and everything was as described. When the paperwork came out they said that they entered my vehicle information wrong and lowered the agreed upon trade in price by $2400. They would not honor the agreement and I left without a truck. I paid the price for their mistake.
Jodi the sales manager went above and beyond with our purchase. Evan was our sales person and he was very courteous and respectful of my time. I drove over 100 miles 1 way to drive and purchase our new jeep. We had our own financing already lined up that didn't matter to them. All the other dealers really acted like they didn't want to deal with us because that's how dealers make most of their money on finance and warranties. I've been a sales professional for over 20 years and I'd have both of those gentlemen on my sales force in a NY minute.

Car was scratched badly top to bottom all down the right side, back bumper even pulled loose. Pictures didnt match actual car. This was NOT disclosed before I made a 100 mile drive to see it. I am VERY unhappy. NEVER going back, I dont reccomend them.

Contact was made quickly. We were put in touch with Cory and
he worked with us to answer all of our questions and to come to
an agreement on price. He went above and beyond to take
extra pictures and measurements for us and find answers to
any questions that he did not know. Though we ended up not
purchasing this truck, it was only because of realizing it had a
longer bed. Otherwise, we would have happily purchased this
truck through them.

After I contacted them the first time, I got a call within thirty minutes and scheduled a test drive that same day. When I went up, I didn't like the vehicle I originally planned on looking into so I drove some other and they were flexible (but we're obviously trying to sell me on more expensive features I didn't need). Then the real problem came when negotiating cost. I knew I wasn't going to get anything that day but they kept pressuring me to make final decisions. I was still negotiating price and then brought up my trade in which they under valued $4,000! Then, after they wouldn't come down with their price, or up with my value I walked out. A few days later I sent a follow up email which has never been responded to, after 5 days. Terrible experience. Felt pressured the whole time and they were not willing to hear what I wanted in a vehicle. Never going back.

I believe that if I met the sales consultants and other dealer staff at some social function I would leave having had an enjoyable time.
I like the car that I purchased and feel that I paid a fair price for it.
However they dropped the ball on almost every play afterwards. In the end I got the car plated but it was quite the tedious task to do so.

response and I called the 3rd day made an offer over phone.
Salesman was to call me in two days after his day off an he talked to
his Boss, and that was 5 days ago and knew I was a cash buyer.
And the salesman said they did not deal with cargurus any longer
was the reason they did not contact me.

Doug was amazing! Everyone was pretty helpful, sometimes the wait

The dealer eventually responded, but he kept putting off answering my questions, and he got my name wrong in his email responses...confusing me with someone else I guess. After being put off a few times I told him I was no longer interested in his car.

Not pushy, listens to my needs, went out of their way to help me and
give me a break. My sales lady is awesome, and goes above and
beyond to help me get a truck I need. One of the best dealers I have
bought from. The other was Republic Chevy. My first Dulley bought
there.

We inquired about a vehicle this dealership had, Melissa was very helpful at first. Considering we had to drive 4 hours if we were going to purchase the vehicle, we did all our inqiries over the phone. We were going to make the trip over the weekend to Lowe's Chevrolet. During the week I was repeatedly asked to send a credit application, which was not a problem, but also asked to send a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was not comfortable with this. I was also told that 2 other people were interested in the vehicle. OK. well, go ahead and sell it to them I don't play the high pressure game. We were told that Melissa would have her finance guy "stall" while we could get a deposit to them. I again would not send it. I told her to sell it to them and if something happened and the vehicle did'nt sell to call me. Well, lo and behold, 3 hours later Melissa called me and told me the vehicle was still available. No thanks.
