I wasn’t happy that I wasn’t told that the previous owner had driven on gravel roads and that there were rock chips in the paint, it was very poorly detailed in the interior the previous owner had a dirty dusty dog that road in the front seat and there was scratches on the dash and in the seat that wasn’t even cleaned. One of the running boards light didn’t work. They wouldn’t work with me on reducing the price even after I brought up the issues!!

Jeremy and everyone who helped me with my process were super helpful and very nice. They all took the time to answer any and all questions, repeat answers if needed, break things down for me, and were happy to help as soon as I walked in the door.

It seemed like at first the salesperson was more interested in getting my contact info than answering my initial questions. A different salesperson later made contact with me and was able to get me the vehicle info after a couple attempts.

I asked for more info and pics of the car because there was only 1pic of the outside, all they did was email me and gave me their phone #.... And asked me to call them, didn't want to give them my #if I wasn't interested in the car, but don't know if I was interested with just 1 picture.... Not very helpful at all...
