Staff was very attentive and helpful! Donaldo was upfront and honest. I was disappointed that I had made an appointment and was reminded of it SEVERAL times via text, email and calls but when I arrived the car had not been cleaned or prepared for my visit. Was not a good reflection on the overall attention to care of their cars and that impression on potential customers.

After having it shipped to Montana it arrived in pieces. It came with no fuel, no floor mats, parts of the engine in the back of the vehicle, check engine light on. An absolute nightmare to deal within. The said they would give me the inspection report to go over, never received it, just the vehicle, needing over $6,000 in repairs. I hope they go out of business. What a joke.

I did buy the car, but I have not received the car. I was told on Tues they would dispatch the car for delivery (Miami to Omaha NE). The car would be picked up Thur or Fri and delivery Mon. On Fri I received an email that car would be picked up on Mon and delivery on Thurs. As of today (Tues) it still has not been picked up per ship company. No communication. No return phone calls/emails/text We put 10k down and no communication since wire transfer went through. I should have received the car yesterday but it's still in Miami. Those I do reach at the dealership says they can't help but they'll get someone to call back. Not a single return call. At this point we wonder if we've been scammed. The Vin # is real and match the pictures sent. Carfax match that the dealership owns car. Finance comp reached out requesting ID's and other info that we provided dealership. But as of today (Tues, 3/17/26) we don't have a car that we have insured and zero communication for the past 5 days.

An overall decent experience. While the vehicle I reached out about was ultimately sold to another interested buyer, the staff were very helpful with answering my questions along the way. Where do I even begin? These people are shams. They have an F in the Better Business Bureau and they have a skating review reviews online. I have no idea how these people are even in business.. I called in about a car. They said it was getting reconditioned and fixed. They gave me the they gave me a bunch of paperwork to prove to me that it was fixed then a week later it comes out and they said that they’re not gonna fix it and I should sign papers cause they’re gonna sell it to me as is anyway I mean that’s a short story of it buyer beware that’s all I could say about this place buyer beware

Deceptive trade practices. This car was delivered a week after and came missing tags, owner’s manual, rugs, and had only one key. Don’t believe it when they say you can return the car if you did not like it! They will threaten you with more than 3000$ to return it. The sales managers would tell you and promise you anything to sell you the car. But, one done, at least one lady manager i had to deal with was hursh and rude. Please don’t buy from this dealer! Please see other consumers reviews! I made a huge mistake!

Sales person lied about all the damages. Pictures don’t show all damages I asked him specifically about damages that I couldn’t see and he only mentioned 3 but up on arrival car is damaged everywhere. I’m in California so i relied on him. Now he will not answer. I don’t want this car, this car is not worth that money. Don’t buy at this dealership

My overall experience was good. I spoke with an "online agent" which wasn't clear to me before I arrived to the dealer. I had a very detailed conversation about what my expectations were, with the understanding that I wouldn't make the drive unless the details we discussed would not change. As you guessed, that online agent was NOT at the dealer, so I had to start all over again. That part felt like a little bait and switch. It turns out there I got a close enough deal to what I expected before arriving. The other ding I'll give them was more annoying. I made it clear after test drive that I had a long drive home and the EV was at 20% SOC. I requested they plug it in right after the test drive to get me home. They DID NOT! I reminded them during the signing and that's when they plugged it i. After nearly two hours post the test drive, I only had ~35% charge to drive home. I ended up with an unnecessary adventure, worrying about making it home. We arrived home with an estimated 3 miles

I would tell anybody to rethink their purchase from this dealership, especially if you plan on getting a vehicle delivery. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my car but it came without any registration or temp tags. I purchased the car on 6-28, received it 7-23, and just got a temp tag emailed to me today 7-31. Additionally the real tags were not priority shipped so who knows when they'll show up or if they were even shipped out. At this point I don't believe anything this dealership tells me. Even though I think my salesman was really trying his best, Terrible customer service. All buyers BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Take your money to another dealership and save yourself a headache!

I read the reviews, and I truly wish I had listened. To give a single star is a stretch. When I first expressed concern, Leslie, my salesman, told me not to worry. He brushed off the bad reviews as nothing more than “disgruntled buyers” who had purchased cheap, older cars and got exactly what they paid for. He assured me I wasn’t one of those buyers. I’d be getting an excellent car, and I was putting down a significant amount. He made it clear I wouldn’t have a bad experience. Like any salesman, he knew how to convince me to move forward. Buying a car always has its ups and downs, and I did everything I could to make the process smooth. This sale should have been any competent salesman’s dream. It could and should have been simple. And still, here I am, two weeks after purchase, only now receiving my temporary plates and registration, not because of an outside delay, but because the dealership never sent them. I have seen the reviews about this dealership. Unfortunately, I did not see them prior to purchase. They ignore all calls and emails. Their customer service manager Barbie Quintana is horrible. It is understandable why she is able to hang up on customers without any repercussions because her above management allows her to have horrible customer service. Even her management team is non responsive and not once reached out when I made a formal complaint by email. Not one person in management or any other department returns your calls. I asked why so many times I paid for licensing, certification and smog in my loan but yet was charged all that again when I went to the DMV. Not one person reached out to explain that to me. They claim they don’t charge you for shipping to another state on their website but do not inform you they charge you in the loan. Do not purchase with them unless you want to hear crickets as they're not honest to what is actually wrong with the vehicle. 0 stars.

Our temporary tags did not arrive with the car. We were told they would send a tracking number, but they did not. The following week they said they would expedite the process, send the tags overnight, and have customer service call us. No tags arrived and no one called us. Two days later they told us the tags had been sent more than a week earlier and had been delivered to our address; we have never received them. I asked for a tracking number. They said they would email us the tracking number. They did not. I asked for it again the next day. They did not provide it. Extremely frustrating experience that remains unresolved after more than a week with no clear answer to simple questions (where are the tags? What is the tracking number?). Very poor communications, and now integrity questions (we are being told multiple stories; is one or more of these stories false?).

Why isnt it possible to rate ZERO STARS!? This is exactly what they deserve. Selling cars online to people and basically not even looking them over and not caring period is just what this place is. I received at least 6 emails from 5 different people at this Taverna dealership ... NOT even one of those emails has answered my initial question about their extra fees or about the car. They just want you to go "test drive" it. No, Thank You ... especially after reading all the other horror reviews that they have all over the internet. The extra fees are outrageous also. Not sure how places like this stay in business.

Salesman by the name of Sabastian contacted me. He was very friendly and polite, but I was very clear ln explained that I was only browsing and would not be making an actual purchase for another 2 months. He proceeded to call me back 2 days later to see if I had made a decision. I have since blocked his number from future attempts to reach me. This is what give sales peolpe a bad reputation. I understand being persistant, but the ability to listen to the customer and make a logical choice not call unnecesarily is only common sence.

I hope I can rate this company if not they will be the lowest possible rating available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My Sales Person is Danny Tcherfas They contacted me right away and were quick to get me financed and collect my down payment. That is the extent of my positive interactions with this company. My purchase was competed on March 8. It was a Saturday so i expected not to hear anything until Monday or Tuesday...I heard nothing, so I reached out to contact them. None of the multiple numbers my Salsman gave me connected me to him or anyone else, so I went online to get contact numbers. Even then had to call at least 3 numbers until I was able to get a person. The individual states they would give my salesperson a message and I later received a text stating I would receive a tracking number for my car regarding delivery date. After continued follow up on my part I was told the car would be delivered 3/24 and my trade would be picked up...3/31 still no delivery

I received a timely email. The next day or so the original sales rep was not at the car lot, but I was referred to another sales rep. I don’t think I heard from that person. I emailed again, and I got an email from a receptionist, I think, but not from a sales rep. I asked for an out the door price including shipping, but I did not hear back from the dealership.

These people are scam artists. I bought a Chevy Volt from them and it came to me in need of a new transaxle that would have cost me $18k to replace. Then the battery died on top of that. They then increased the price for me to return in from what was initially on the contract. Sales man Ryan had never even seen the car. Literal nightmare. Go look at their yelp reviews.

BUYER BEWARE! Please don't do business with these people, don't get fooled by the good reviews. they probably ask for great reviews from customers only after sales are completed before any issues arise! The Managers have zero care about customers! they Ran my credit and asked for a deposit for a car i wanted to buy. I agreed to put down the deposit to hold the car until the next day, i drove from Tampa to Jacksonville only to find out they SOLD the Car and all the had was empty excuses and did not let me know before i took the drive! They will also reply or NOT to this review with a BS apology.

So far so good process was quick for the vehicle coming from Florida across the states its in delivery process and on its way now just waitng for it to show up on my driveway the sales rep. Always had us updated so I would say it was great experince

I was delivered a car that reeked of cigarettes, had a missing part of the rear bumper and broken motor mounts that I have to scrounge up extra money to fix. Never a word about any of it. Don’t trust them

Jan Carlos did an excellent job selling me this vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered immediately after all docs were signed. The vehicle was delivered and looked great. I took the car to have it inspected, performed a needed recall and update any maintenance needed by a reputable Genesis dealership. They assured me I have a great running vehicle. Jan Carlos is eager to please his customers. He made this buying experience a rewarding one for me.

Sent my down payment on 10/19/24 & it is now 10/26/24 and the deal still isn’t done nor has my car been shipped. I have several text messages and phone calls saved where the sales associate said that everything was done on there end and the car had been shipped on 10/23/26 I even had a shipping confirmation that the car had been shipped but I received a call yesterday evening on 10/25/24 from the sales associate saying that now there is a issue in the finance department & the car hasn’t been shipped. I should have listened to my gut instinct when I was looking at all of the terrible reviews on this company but the sales associate seemed so genuine and sincere like a real trustworthy person, but then again he is a sales associate….. Do not fall for the same mistake I did, do your due diligence on this company before & do not commit to anything, now I have to fight to get my down payment back and lord know how long that will take!

This dealer is a scam artist. I was ready to purchase this Escalade, had my financing all in order and when I got the quote from them they not only lied to me about what they were willing to give me for my vehicle but they also had the audacity to raise the price of the vehicle by over $3,500 above what they had it listed for. Stay away from Taverna.

Please do yourself a favor and look up this dealership on the Better Business Bureau website first. I really hate myself for not doing that first. This dealership has terrible customer service and do not respond timely when it comes to complaints. They also do not give you the deposit back right away like they say. I had to contact multiple people to receive my deposit back.

It was very pleasant. However, we didn't strike a deal. Hopefully, in the future we can work something out. Those guys answered to all my requests for instance asking for a carfax and more details etc... They are truly black and white they have nothing to hide.

They called and asked what I wanted from them. I gave them a list and they never got back to me. However, I did get multiple emails asking what they could do to sell me the car. I responded to every one of them. I never got a response to any of them either.

Fake reviews, horrible management. Disgustingly dishonest salesman. My hood didn't even open on the car they shipped me so they definitely didn't do an inspection on it When I finally got the hood open there was parts missing. I feel like this place gets a kick out of seeing you squirm. It was torture dealing with this place. I do not recommend unless you're a glutton for pain.

I am very sorry to say the car did not match description. It was advertised as a manual transmission and wasn’t. There was a lot of damage to wheels and body. Drove 2 hours for this car and didn’t even finish test drive.

That car wasn’t available. However they got me in a different Tesla with roughly the same amount of miles pretty quickly. Had a small hiccup in paper work so the car wasn’t delivered as soon as I hoped but things happen.

Horrible. They got a 550 dollar down payment,told me they had to send the car back and I would get a refund. Two weeks later still no refund. They will not respond to call, texts, or emails. They only want you money.

Ordered a vehicle and received some automated replies. Contacted them back - no response, so I called them. Sorry, we sold your car to someone else. So arranged a replacement, signed the forms, and payed them. Then silence. Called them asking for an ETA. A few days later got an automated shipping schedule with contact info. Tried to reply - sorry, on vacation - will return three months ago. Contacted the shipping company - no reply. Then shipping co. called me - couldn't find my car. Contacted Taverna again - no reply. A week later delivery day arrived - contacted them. Manager called back - Sorry, your car was broken - we just didn't tell you. Arranged a second replacement, signed new forms, and was told by manager it will have priority. That was a week ago - no communication since then. Just want everyone to know we have been patient and polite this whole time, but this is just so frustrating.

Worst car buying experience, avoid them please. The sales person promised me a more pictures of the car, promised me a charging cable and also made a mistake and uploaded the wrong insurance information so I had to wait an extra 7 days to get the car shipped. Once I received the car the outside looked like it had a mud bath, the inside was ok. Worst of all it came only 5% charged so I couldn’t even take it to a charging station to charge it. Since he didn't send the cable I had to buy one from Amazon. The sales rep has been totally unresponsive. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Price for my Model 3 from Taverna included $4k government EV tax credit (which I did not know until I read a review of them here), car arrived with more than $2,600 in damage and missing parts, including damaged dash board panels, wheel damage, missing wheel caps, wiper arms bent, steering wheel damaged, missing floor mats, exterior window frames damaged. Not to mention the hours of wasted time fixing the car up. I expected some wear on a used vehicle but this was excessive. Taverna did not respond to my calls, texts or emails regarding the damage. Learn from my mistakes: take your time (market flooded with used Model 3s), look up BBB, get extensive videos if buying from out of state, ask for all damage to be disclosed and with photos etc. Recommend buying directly from Tesla as they now have extensive used inventory and incredible deals equal to or better than on here. Buyers beware.

I gave a 3 star rating because the dealership, while having low prices and good communication at first, became intrusive later on. I expressed interest in a vehicle and received contact. I thanked the sales person and told them I would call them if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. A couple of days later I was able to find another vehicle locally and purchased it. While they respected my wishes and didn't call, they kept sending me emails every other day. I responded to the emails and asked them to take me off of their mailing list. Even after I told them I found and purchased another vehicle, they kept sending emails for about 2 weeks after.

Ok the price listed for these cars reflects a $4,000 tax credit you may get from the Government. They don’t tell you this upfront but if you dig around for it you can find it. So the real price you will pay for this car is $27,099. You may or may not qualify for the tax credit. If they are willing to so freely deceive you on the front end how much will they deceive you on the back end. Don’t do business with shysters it only encourages them …

Very very sketchy. Will gladly take your money for a deposit to hold a car, but then turn around and sell the same car that you put the deposit down for, then try to sell you a way older car with higher miles .. super sketch. Told me the deal was 100% done (over like 10 times and many calls) and told me to drive the 4 hours one way there. What a waste of time and gas just for liars

Salesman Vlad was super responsive up until I paid my down payment & he then told me that they couldn’t move forward with me deal. When I requested a refund, he only returned $500 of my 2k and became unresponsive. Literally no other phone calls or text message responses. Whenever I call customer service, they say that they’ll be transferring me to him. Each time my calls are being forwarded to voicemail.

When I inquired about a car I was interested in, I never heard directly from this dealership, but they did run my credit without my permission for other companies when I was already pre approved through Car Gurus lenders like GLS and Westlake.

Not trustworthy. I put $500 down on vehicle using Cargurus. The second I did I got hit with a $1199 Doc fee. Even tho it was outrageous I still continued on with the deal, they were to line up shipping me the vehicle and get me paperwork, however they didn’t. They sold the vehicle to someone else after I put the $500 down on it. They didn’t even tell me, I had to text my salesperson and ask what was going on. Oh yeah, watch out for the $599 ‘digital paperwork’ fee too. In my state, dealers don’t play these types of games and our doc fees are $200 or under. I suggest shopping elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Prompt response by the dealership, then follow-up by salesperson. Also received a communication from the dealership GM. Great follow-up and willingness to provide information. I wanted to purchase the car but the numbers just didn't work out for me. I would definitely recommend them and will follow the in my pursue of a new vehicle.

Arturo was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to buying a used 2018 Jeep. He kept insisting I finance through them even tho I said I already had preapproval. Outrageous fees add up to close to 6,000 just for not financing with them. Stay clear if all possible.

This dealer was so helpful, they even contacted me about a car I was looking for in my price range. The two sales persons I spoke with was Alon & Murat. They were so knowledgeable about the particular make & model vehicle. The had the vehicle ready to ship to me. And unfortunately I had to back out of the deal due to family issues. I apologized & felt so bad about the ordeal but Murat was so kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend Taverna Collection.

Don’t trust this dealership ,It is very bad experience. So disappointed I contact them for Lincoln navigator and I give them my offer. They accept the offer then they ask for my license , I send it to send me the paperwork and I told him I’m ready to pay it right now then they told me there is a problem with the car which is lying make me wait for two days then they sold the car to someone else local.

Put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle the following morning they let me know the vehicle was unavailable and to pick something different and they would help me out. I did not find anything I liked. It has been over 2 1/2 weeks and I still haven’t got my $500 deposit back.

Rep was consistently in touch with me, very helpful and we arrived at mutually acceptable prices. They included shipping costs across the country, and offered a plane ticket to test drive the vehicle, or a 7-day test guarantee after delivery with free return if I was not satisfied.

They told me I was approved for financing but the finance company wanted me to look at cars with lower mileage around 80,000 miles. I did this then the dealer said they needed an additional $200 to the $200 I was putting down. They then tried to push me to use all the money I had for the down payment. Then they just stopped calling

The salesman called dgot info and made the deeal sound easy. And nevergheard back. So I waited a day and text ed a # he gave me. then the salesman told me car was a llle old and they want 6k down on 18k car so I went looking for a newr car. Founa few and cant get him on the hown the GM od the dealership email asking bout there performance 2 daya ago: and nothing from either... They both explained to me how great there were at cewative finance for credit or laxk of how many cara amonth thahip blah blah blah. Cant get a fone call now

While online process was relatively straight forward, their online advertising featured third row seating which differed from sticker list that was provided after purchase. Salesman even commented on how he liked that feature. Premium mats were replaced with inferior aftermarket mats. No second key was provided nor disclosed. Received car with damaged rear wiper motor/housing that was not disclosed which will cost me $1000 to fix. motor and housing that clearly should have been disclosed. I regret the decision to buy with Taverna and would NOT recommend them to anyone else.

I bought a 2105 Hyundai Sante Fe without needing financing within the same day. Made it as simple as possible for them. I used the shipping feature. After purchasing the vehicle it was like pulling teeth to get any info or communication. The vehicle showed up without temporary tags and couldn't be driven and nobody at the dealership knew what to do. They all had a different answer depending on who we spoke with. Also refused to let me speak with a manager. Never heard back from the person who we were supposed to be communicating with throughout the whole process (Curtis). The car also showed up with a crack in the windshield. I have yet to hear anything about what to do. I wouldn't purchase another vehicle through this dealership again and might end up having to return the vehicle. They do not communicate and the employees do not know what they are doing.

This car buying experience has been one of the worst I've ever had there is no customer feed back or service. They have the worst communication between departments. If I could back out if the deal right now I would. It's taken them almost a month to get around to me and have the car shipped because they are always waiting on another department. Sales, finance and transportation all did horribly. I would not recommend this to any online customer understand you are not a priority and neither is your business. If you can please find another dealership. Run dont walk

When I asked about the vehicle it was on the lot. I was told there were three BMW m4s and when I arrive it’s gone. Looked at another vehicle a Mercedes. Car is wrapped to cover imperfections. Car had lots of maintenance done to it. The maintenance done on it that looks like the parts came from your local hardware store. I drove an hour and half to look and had to still wait for sales rep to arrive. Never did meet him so another rep helped us out. I used to work on lots of cars so I know what to look for and the car lot had lots of cars and from what I could see they all had something quirky about them. I understand cars having cosmetic issue's and mechanical issues, but I can't understand sales reps lying about them. Tell people the truth. I wouldn't trust this place at all. Can’t wait for the day there are no more of these dealerships.

1,) Kudos for effective and appropriate contact experience from the dealership. 2.) 15 days to pick up my trade. 3,) 30 days to deliver the purchased vehicle. 4.) Purchased vehicle, when delivered, had 600 more miles than was posted on CarGurus. 5,) After delivery, vehicle had NO radio antenna. 6.) Vehicle's after-market radio could not be re-programmed for new time-change, Sirius, etc., requiring me to eventually have to purchase a NEW radio. Caveat Emptor!

Bought completely online from across the state. The financing and buying process were very smooth and easy. Staff was responsive and communicative. The delivery process was slow. 6 days to move the vehicle 120 miles and way less communication during the process. Then the vehicle arrived filthy inside and out. Carpets even needed shampooing. They did offer to pay for the cleaning. I would use them again.

They have the friendliest most engaging sales people. I mean, when they’re done…you’re ready to invite them to thanksgiving dinner….however, once the sale is made, they are the poster child for shoddy used car dealers! Their customer service is non-existent! With over 1000 reviews on google, many are positive, but for me…a guy who purchased two cars in one deal, I can not impress enough that this dealership is straight trash, completely dishonest, and about as useful and trustworthy as a screen-door on a rocket ship! They didn’t disclose, nor did the photos show the extensive hail damage. It’s not terribly bad, but definitely noticeable and under the right light, this white suv resembles a golf ball with almost as many dimples! The front parking sensor was bad and sounds a warning when you start car. Broken lights that they didn’t fix/disclose. They even hid a Fuel system safety error! Now a month later and still no paperwork! Don’t buy here no matter what the pics show.

I've had a real challenge receiving follow up and scheduling my delivery. The customer service number disconnects your call after over 20 minutes on hold. The process was flawless up until the scheduling, which nearly 10 days later still hasn't happened.

Very attentive and accommodating. He worked hard to get me into the Quest, but the vehicle wasn’t an SL like the ad said. He listened to what I was looking for and even offered to put a hitch on it. I just didn’t want to make a decision before I actually got to see the car.

Absolute worst experience of my life! I started the process on August 24th 2022 and signed a contract to buy a vehicle. It took them three weeks to even get the video to me of the vehicle but they were adamant about picking up my vehicle which I was trading in on it and worth 40,000 more than the car I was buying. They told me I would have 2 to 3 days without a vehicle but that they would reimburse me for Uber. It wasn't until October 17th 2022 that I received the vehicle I was buying-nearly 6 weeks later. There was absolutely no communication I had to reach out to them for everything including when my car is going to be picked up and where! It is now October 24th 2022 and I still have not been paid for the trade in. I was taken and I'm a very intelligent woman and I feel so stupid at this moment! Do not trust Taverna!!!!

I am currently feeling uneasy I tried to purchase this car but because of legal reasons and finance rate my trustee will not sign off on this deal so I am unable to purchase this car I put $2500 dollars down an am unable to get intouxh with the salesman Nick Anagno to return my money it's been 6 days and when I do finally get someone they say they give him a message this is totally unprofessional for when doing the deal I would vet him every time ...I'm feeling like I'm being taking for a ride .

I inquired about this vehicle true to dealer they informed me that the car was not in their possession yet and when it does they'll get back to me so I waited a few days contact them again still not in their possession yet the car had been listed for a couple weeks and they could not answer any questions so yeah I wouldn't do business with this company you're telling me to have a lot of cars and they can't get to all of them then they should not put them on the Internet for sale if they're not ready to be so bad business practice I will not do business with this company

Most horrible experience. they couldn’t determine the right price on the vehicle and when they did they try to overcharge me on taxes There was something wrong with the vehicle so they said its in the shop right now. And they expect me to drive four hours away and pay 31k for a vehicle that has problems smh

Everything was smooth ,but when I got the car it wasn't was described in there listing. They had remote start heated and cooled seats and sirius radio, it had none of those features. Have tried to contact with no response. The sell was quick and my car was bought Friday and I recieved it on Wednesday from Hollywood Florida to Kansas city. But overall disappointed with black leather in Kansas and the cold and the hot those seats are going to get uncomfortable

The team at Taverna are easy to work with and quite patient, especially Matt. This was a remote purchase across several states. Matt was very accommodating while I worked through several challenges from identity theft to staffing issues at my office to failed electronic signatures. Not to mention, Matt was a real trooper as we worked through a major time zone difference.

Called me once and commutation was very low. I only received one text from them and they checked my credit and well they never contacted me again. I was willing to put a down payment, I didn’t request a vehicle that would cost $100k. I inquired about a vehicle that they had worth $9K on their website. I would have left 0 starts but couldn’t submit unless I selected a star.

My overall experience with this company is my worst ever! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The customer service is rude and tell lies!My car was shipped from Fl to Sc and had way more cosmetic damages then described!The sales guy sent me a video but for some reason he never showed me the roof of the car that is dented and deep scratches beyond the surfaces that I’m being told I have to have repaired when I contacted them upon soon as the car arrived ! hello everyone am writing here so i can give heads up to the future people/customers who are welling to purchase from this dealer first of all the Service if there was below 1 i would gave them in minuses but the deal at the beginning looked promising and made everything easy then once you pay the down a completely different people your dealing with am talking from the misleading and dishonest and lies about their cars you will be deceived by their pictures they dont show you what exactly in the car i and a friend of mine purchased 2 cars they were mercedes one of them the paint was bad and the tires extremely worn out and the other one was AC "at the beginning then they said something about the timing chain and took them 3 weeks to figure it out and after all this they said the information screen not working and had to change it with aftermarket one which is useless cause all the steering wheel buttons are not working and even the radio part tires worn out and even different sizes.

Called Friday morning on 4/8, got approval same day, and working with Jillian was great. She took additional pictures and video of my vehicle. That was great customer service given that I was purchasing from Indiana. I'm grateful CarGurus allowed me to search many vehicles and to make the best choice for myself. I felt like I got a great ML 350 for a great price. I absolutely love my Mercedes. The only issue I had was delivery time frame. It took a week for them to find a delivery driver, however the delivery date was 2 days earlier than expected (I was still happy). I would likely buy from Taverna Collections again.

5-1 = 4 Buying a vehicle 2700 miles away is a test of one's patience and has a fair amount of anxiety about the purchase as it proceeds from enquiry to delivery. I give the dealership a 5 for Nick A's effort to make this a smooth and easy process as I could not touch,feel, or test drive this 80k purchase but my research rewarded me and I eventually put my trust completely into my conversations with Nick who responded and advised me along the way. I give them a -1 because of their transportation dept. The carrier had no communication skills about handling and keeping a customer informed about their purchase being delivered. We finally took delivery at 1130 at night...after 2 days of trying to figure out where exactly the driver was at. The A rated carrier got an F- from me, not that my 25+ plus years as a Truck Driver had anything to do with that. In summary if you are purchasing from this Dealer, Nick A is the one to handle your purchase. And Deliver on a Carrier that Cares

Dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry Listing was accurate On the customer service and overall impression: Not pleased. I was played !!!. After my credit was ran and the contract was completed. I received a call from the sales guy that there was an problem with the title even though CARFAX reported no title issues. The car was eventually sold to someine else and they would not refund my initial deposit even though I did not break the contract. No, I will not recommend the this dealer to my friends or enemies !!!!

The first thing I told my salesperson Heath was that I needed a car ASAP. I didn’t try haggling or making the process any longer than it needed to be. -price was $1K more than what is advertised online -shipping was not free as advertised on cargurus But I needed a car, so I let it go. He said they had a “truck on standby” waiting for me to finish docs so they could send it over. It never came. *2 weeks went by*.. the loan showed up on my credit report and I had already purchased insurance. They said they couldn’t send the car because they needed a $4000 deposit on file, and I immediately paid it. *another 2 days went by after the $4k deposit with no communication* When they finally got back to me, it was not to ship the car to me RATHER cancel the deal altogether because the “owner was not comfortable doing this outside finance deal”. This was 2 weeks after finalizing paperwork. The only reason I was asked for a $4K deposit was BECAUSE it was Outside financing. Ha. This was al

Tough to get hold of. Strange on/off on text responses. I hired an inspector who found the car to be of extremely poor quality with many obvious things that weren't working (for instance the trunk, the sun roof, corroded bottom of car). Wasted my time and money.

They contacted me, i put 500$ down to put the car on hold. Once the paperwork was up- they wanted to double the value of the car on the contract. When i canceled, i was promised a refund of 500$ that never came. Straight up scammers. Cons. All of them. I have asked repeatedly where my money was and they do not reply to me. I highly recommend NOT dealing with them.

Well everything was as smooth as can be when it came to me purchasing the vehicle, but the problem at this point is receiving the car. I purchased the car about a week from today and I had to call them to see when it would be delivered. The car has yet to be delivered. Then when I called to get specifics on it a lady in the shipping area thought it was funny and hung up on me. I have had to continually call them and had I known the delivery process was this bad I wouldn’t have purchased.

I Purchased a ML 350 the good it had few miles and looked promising. I was told that the vehicle would go through their service department and that I would get a video call to look over the vehicle before it shipped. None of that happened. I received the vehicle with a service due B5. 3 different tires one with a nail in it the front driver side fender with obvious damage cover up with a clear glue and a warning that says check front left passenger lamp. I called the salesman Dan and he didn’t call me back. I texted him with pictures and he blew me off by giving me the number to the shipping department. Very bad customer treatment after the sale.

Told the car's roof did not leak, it does. Told it did not leak oil, it does. The Stereo is frozen and will not work. Passenger seat does not move back. Materials on doors had come lose. engine light is on and tire sensor is on.

Responded very quickly sales rep wasn’t honest about the car. Asked him if it had anything wrong with it he stated no. Raheem never sent me the current pictures of the car. It shipped fast and when I received it. The front windshield the cracked. Passenger side window broken and driver side view mirror was taped on. Not to mention that it didn’t start so it had to get pushed off the truck and into my driveway. Reached out to the company numerous times and didn’t receive an answer. Explained to them that I was deployed and really felt they took advantage of that fact. Inside was clean but had more damage then dealership annotated or mentioned when I asked them.

Do not purchase from them. Took damn near 2 weeks to get my car. The dealership & their service department seems to not talk to each other. I was told car was in shop waiting for a part meanwhile the brakes clearly needed to be done, is out. I asked for pics never got interior pics … car interior all ripped up and such I'm absolutely irate. I want my brakes sent to me along with the other part Im expecting in the mail.

My wife and I had a bad experience. We tried to buy a vehicle from here last week but we could not do the deal and we did not get our $1k deposit back. We had an agreement but the manager called and backed out of the agreement.

This is the car I bought and Raheem was the sales associate . He was always quick to respond to my questions. Car is finally on its way after trying to find shipper for over a week. Thought the dealership could have worked a bit harder to get car sent sooner. But overall a good experience. I do recommend them

Terrible experience. The are only interested in your personal information!!! Thieves!!!! Once you fill the credit app they disappear. Salesperson Health very immature!!!! A manager called back aske the same question still couldn’t answer the one request. I asked for a picture of the car outside to see the color better instead Inside the garage under fluorescent lighting. Does the car not exists!!!! There out to steal your personal information!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!

Sale started out good and then went bad. Free delivery showed up as COD, along with a broken windshield they will not fix. Wouldn’t recommend. Paperwork was not completed by dealer so I wasn’t able to get a new plate for 3 weeks.

These guys were terrible!! Rent Strung me along waiting for better offer due to me having less than perfect credit. I had approval from westlake , papers in hand and while we were talking via text. They sold the car, i requested video call to see car, he replied in a few, didn't even have the courtesy to inform me I needed to send the money asap to hold the car that it was out on test drive. I was putting 3700 down but because he wouldn't make money off my sale. He did nothing but let something I had been actively ingaged and communicating back and forth to someone else with better credit. I received the paperwork I was requesting on Feb 1st however it was dated January 29th. Had he sent the paperwork instead of holding on to it waiting for higher bidder with better credit. I would have the car right now. This place or who knows maybe just Reny the sales associate discriminates against "girls in which he sympathizes with especially when they have alot of flowers in there credit" rude

CAR WAS SHIP TO ME IN ALABAMA. WITH THE PROMISE NO RED LIGHTS WAS ON.. WELL THE BRAKE LIGHT FLASHING. SAID CAR Was detail.ok outside yes inside No ...some pieces of something was in the car. Waiting on title almost 3 weeks cant register a 48.000 car.so b careful buying on line BECAUSE once they get that bank cashiers check or bank wire...u screwed. I also was told this car has no issues, says it's been inspected. Arturo told me he went out after I called and personally inspected car and it had no paint issues, tires were 85% new, and what started as "free" shipping to anywhere in Fl turned into $400. I drive 5 hours with a cashier's check based on the pictures and Arturo's assurances only to find a filthy unwashed car with multiple dents and scrapes on almost every panel. Then while sitting in car with it running to check cash and panel function there are earnings including tires (which were 50% at best) and the car goes into engine protection mode/see service center immediately! Never even drive car and Arturo, knowing I was coming, didn't even come in! Believe the bad reviews folks, they're for real!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. The description of the car was not what I got. They took my car and I did not get the car I bought for 4 days. The description said the car I was getting had navigation, heated seats, technology package. It has none of those. I asked for the car fax she only sent me what she wanted me to see. She was very responsive until she got my trade in and my check. It also said free shipping to me. I found out an hour before it got here that I had to pay them $400 in cash when they got here. She said it was because she paid for my trade in to be shipped to her.

The dealer kept in contact with me providing details of the agreement throughout the entire process. When I noticed minor and cosmetic indoor wear and tear, Taverna offered to have the wear and tear repaired. The vehicle arrived clean and smelling new. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is that the vehicle only came with one key fob. I would definitely recommend Taverna.

1. The dealer started off very nonchalant. There were even a few times that he completely ignored me. Three times, I had to remind him which car I wanted but he still forgot the 4th time. I made it clear to him that I was not going higher than $2500 down but he ignored my request. 2. The down payments were ridiculous. I offered $2500 for a 13-year-old car that cost only $8500. The dealer wanted $5800 and refused to go to a reasonable price. 3. A few of their cars is a little over market value. Overall, I felt that the dealer wasted my time. If they're this casual about taking my money, I can only image how little they care after buy from them.

Arturo Caracas was the salesman who contacted me in the morning of 09/8 and said that the car was available and started with the paperwork the same day. I was willing to put down half the amount of the car cost and trying to get back in touch with him only to find out the next day that the car was sold to someone else . He ran a credit inquiry that I am sure costed me some points for nothing. Bad experience and waste of my time.

Once I contacted them, they kept me informed and feed me the information need to understand where we were in the process, Considering traveling to see and drive vehicle. And negotiate a better price. Check out three possibilities and this one seem to be the one. More options and features. But a lot more equipment to verify or could go wrong. I like my chances with this one. Had return call and sent my info for a trade in or a swap and I have not heard back yet! The vehicle I was interested in had been placed in a deposit mode and I accepted that fact. I was informed by them they had another one. That is the last I heaRD FROM the company. They were responsive, information free, cooperative and anxious to sell. They called me after I did the review and stated they had one more but did not send the info!

Bought an audi r8 from taverna collection. 18 days into driving the car, there was engine failure. Upon inspection the authorized audi dealership diagnosed it to be a pre-existing condition that was patched up. The engine needs to be replaced fully at cost of 40k. Have tried to contact the dealership since, with no response from them.

Reny was AMAZING. I saw the car i wanted to buy on cargurus, liked it, then she sent me an email , i called her, we had a 10 minute conversation about the car, I told her how much I wanted to pay for the car and she made it work. zero haggle. Reny is transparent, honest and charming. When i got there I asked for some paint to be touched up and the gentleman got right to it. When I am done with the G wagon I bought from Taverna , I will go back to Reny to get another car. Thank you so much for making this process to easy.

The dealer is essentially a crook. The inside of this car is very worn with sticky buttons. He asked for a $500 to hold the car and when I found out the inside was worn, he refused to return the money. He claimed in he 2 days that I held the car for inspection he lost 2 prospective buyers. This person is a dishonest immoral used care salesman. And needless to say he deserves no stars.

What does it mean to lease sales rep was nice. Mercedes was misled I was led to believe that the vehicle was operational and it was not. Needs transmission work. Traveled all the way from Washington DC to Fort Lauderdale Florida to find out he needed a transmission. They will mislead you they do not check their cars.

Horrible. I contacted these people to ask about a Tesla. They responded with a yes the car is in stock come buy it and here is the financing link. No pictures of the car at that time at all. When I asked for pictures and to drive the car prior to making my decision all I heard were crickets...

Horrible. Buyer beware. I gave a 500 deposit on this car, and learned there were two accidents which were not disclosed. My insurance agent recommended against this, unless I got an outside repair shop to view. I respectfully declined to purchase, and they held my hold deposit and would not refund. The car was sold to another buyer, and I never got my hold deposit back. Terrible experience..

I wanted to say how helpful Reny was in getting to know the car I was interested in. A personal video of it was made and did a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection (PPI) (highly recommended if you are not able to see it on site). We closed the deal within a week after a successful 3rd party PPI. The Taverna sells good quality cars and the one I purchased turned to be a great example. Overall, the experience was a very positive one and hope to do business again in the near future. The cars.com, google, and reviews here all helped give me a sense of Reny and the reputation of the Taverna Collection with their satisfied buyers. Highly recommended dealer.

They got back to me, I wrote back, they wrote back.. but when I asked for things, they did not respond. They do not want to give more information in writing; they'd rather do it over the phone - any time a dealer does not want to give information in writing, watch out....

The dealer responded promptly and answered my questions. However, I'm undecided as to whether to commit to a purchase at this time.

Reny was terrific, honest and very helpful. I didn't purchase the car I went to test drive, but purely because it was a personal choice to select another SUV. She was refreshingly responsive and actually kept her word. I would very much like to purchase a car from her if we can find the right one.

Did not receive call via CarGurus inquiry....this also happened on other inquiries I made via Gurus...seems several days delay to get messages to dealer. But, I followed up directly with dealer. At first had sales rep who didn't seem to want to help much. When I made an offer, she came back with a counter $1,000 HIGHER than original list price. After several exchanges, became evident she was quoting wrong vehicle....even though I provided VIN. Asked for someone else and rcvd call from Owner of dealership.....much different experience. Pleasant conversation and reached agreement on call. Original sales rep then finished up details and was very pleasant and helpful from that point forward. While not a great First Impression, ended up a pleasant experience.

The dealer customer service is great: quick response after being contacted; offering alternative choice over the phone...for one who is in NY like me without meeting them. I recommend Taverna dealership.
