i spoke with sarah very nice and very very helpful. whole deal was so smooth my first financed vehicle and it was a great process. went with my own credit union and they didn’t care which was good because i heard the horrors of dealers pushing to finance with them not the case here. overall great experience would buy from here again in the future

A salesman emailed me, and I responded, telling him I wanted to see their invoice. As Florida is a full disclosure state, dealers are required to show the invoice when asked. I've had no response since.

We will be more than happy to show you your out the door price, your Purchase Order, Bill of Sale, whatever you need to know your total price, we are very transparent with our prices. However in this situation when you email us asking how much we paid for our car we decided not to do business with you, Sorry for the inconvenience and best of luck in your vehicle search!

Didn’t buy but contacted me.
I must admit that this is the place everyone should go to buy a car. Neil was a great help, answered all my questions and I felt comfortable in their space. The location is not in the mainstream, it’s like an oasis in the desert. The price? They sold me a vehicle for a great price and it’s like new! Very clean, great place to buy your next vehicle. Thank you Neil I will be telling all my family and friends to Tampa Auto Showroom!!!

Ended up buying the car and I love it. But, they lied about previous accidents. They said one never occurred when all it took was a quick google search to see the accident photos. Very nice staff and garage though.

the dealer charges a $499.00 document prep fee which represents dealer costs for
cleaning,inspecting and adjusting. First, the outside of the car was dirty. There was no
spare tire or tire repair kit in the trunk. Either that area was not inspected or the dealer
tried to sell a car with no spare. The sales man,Neil, was very helpful though.

Terrence, Many of the newer cars don't come with spare tires anymore such as kia, hyundai, bmw, mazda just to list a few... instead, they come with either a pump or run flat tires. Please give us a call and let us know which car you looked at, and we can educate you on which cars still carry spare tires.

I spoke with him about the purchase of a 2013 Dodge Dart. As I was 3 miles away he called and told me the car had been put on reserve from someone else. I drove an hour to be told the car I wanted to look at was no longer available.

Dealer was friendly. Was very responsive via phone/text. Was greeted as I walked up. Didn’t realize that there was only water in the coolant reservoir which can cause issues in the car. Also might have had a leak in the coolant system. The car had way to much air fresheners applied to it. They let me take the vehicle for an extended test drive.

dealer was fine, very upset that i drove all the way down to buy the truck i
wanted put money down and got all financed and ready to walk out the door
with a loan. when i talk to the dealership and find out they now wont sell the
truck because they dont have a clear title!? the auction gives clear title
before they list if for sale so whats the deal!!
