Failed to provide a second fob, promised to cut me one, had a gmc dealer under the Tameron umbrella cut me one, and then charged me over 300 for it, ridiculous after the amount of money spent

Fantastic experience from start to Finish. Contact was made almost immediately after pushing send. Colton was awesome; quick with communication and getting questions answered. LT who helped with the paperwork and answering misc questions was also great. We made a good deal and I am super satisfied with the exceptional experience I received. It's not always easy buying any vehicle out of state, but these gentlemen made it stress free and quick. Highly recommend them and this dealership! A+ 5*

Absolutely the most helpful and involved car company. Answered all my questions, assisted with photos of the tow package in the truck bed that I
requested, helped with finance department and warranty information.
Even coordinated with LemonSquad who I had come out to do a remote inspection since I am 5 states away.

I phoned about 9am on 8-18-20 to inquire about the car that i was VERY interested in. Finally, about 6pm, Kiki called from Nissan....said the car was available and offered me a test drive. By 6pm i had already rented a car because my truck needed repairs and i had to go out of town the next morning. She was to call me back on the evening of 8-20-20 but she still hasnt called as agreed. So....now i have put over $1100 into my truck as i have to have a vehicle. It is rare to find exactly what you are looking for in a used vehicle but i thought i had done exactly that. It is most likely that Kiki and Nissan of Mobile missed a sale. I would have never called if i had not been extremely interested.

Had an appointment at 430 got a call at 115 asking if I was still coming drove 2 hours arrived and was told "sorry the car was sold at 130". Instead of calling me about the car being sould you wasted me and my wife's time, thanks alot.

The sales team was not focused on putting my friend into the car she wanted! Instead they tried to sell her a car that was not what she wanted and the payment terms were bad. We spoke with the GM and all the other so called managers but no sale. I am not a salesman but if some has 15000 dollars to put down on a 20000 car I could make that sale with all being satisfied!

The online price is lower than the lot
price but in order for you to receive
Internet price you have to contact the
dealer online. They tirelessly tried to get
me to finance the vehicle through them.
This caused my bank to close before I
could get the check to pay for the car.
They tried to sell the car to another
customer as I was doing the paperwork,
most likely at the higher lot price. The
only reason they even get 3 stars is
because my salesman did everything in
his power to make sure I left with the car
I came to buy.
