It was terrible I drove an hour away to look at a car that was filthy and the navigation system didn't even work and didn't even act like they wanted to sell it

Rude wasn’t acknowledged or greeted when I walked into dealership the gentleman had no clue who I was even after texting me he didn't even look at the info i sent them didn’t they even try negotiating with me just told me how much negative equity I would have, They never even pulled the car up for me to view nor test drive

Not happy. Scheduled a day and time to view the vehicle and the day prior they take it to auction without telling me. I arrive at the dealership and that is when i am informed.

Just amazing people all around. They even offered to meet me half way to let me test drive a vehicle when that would have been a hundred mile drive for them and no guarantee I would buy. The sales manager kept me informed and worked with me each step of the way!! High quality people and great vehicles.

This dealer was very easy to work with. We worked out a deal on the phone, they held the car for mr for a couple of days until I could fly down and pick it up.

Inquired online and was promptly contacted. Looked at a F-150 and test drive it, but during smelled oil burning and saw whispers of smoke. Dealership said they had no clue of oil leak and would contact me when fixed. Never heard from them after that.

TERRIBLE! Agreed on price over the phone and then drove 2 hours next day. Van was beautiful EXCEPT the panoramic sunroof has a crack over 12”. Nobody told us of this damage and they refused to fix it. Said van had already been discounted and they could not afford to fix. Body shop gave price of $1,122.00 to replace! What reputable dealership would not disclose this type damage before allowing us to drive 2 hours? Why would anyone buy a van at Gargurus’ suggested price and then spend over $1,100 to repair? Even first written quote was for $441 more than we had agreed. Said it was just a “mistake.” No way to get insured without getting fixed first. Would be a safety hazard plus could leak causing more damage. The GM never came over to where we were. Just sent word back and forth thru salesman. Strongly recommend everyone to AVOID this dealership!!!

I contacted the dealer on Saturday. I asked if the car was still on the lot. I was told that it was. A few hours later, I contacted the dealer again to ask what time they closed. I was told 7pm. Interested in buying the car, I drove 75 miles from New Orleans to Visit. I arrived at 6:30. No one was there. And to make matters worse, the car wasn't even on the lot! Very disappointed.

Stayed in contact with dealer up to Friday with intention of visiting dealership on Saturday, Friday night received comment looking forward to our visit, drove 85 miles on Saturday, to learn that car had been sold two days earilier!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wanted to stop by to look at this car, online it said they were in gulfport and when I first contacted them I got an email from pat peck nissan. So when I went to the nissan store they had no clue what I was talking about, several hours later the kia store called and I found out they are in diberville. Never made the drive to go look at the vehicle. Although, they did follow up a few days later to see if I was still interested.
