I was very interested on purchase this vehicle, I had request a purchase order, so I can submit to my local bank. They asked me if I was interested on fill out an application with them they could find an institution to match the same interest rate. I agreed to do it. They pull out my credit, a sales person that I was dealing with me send me the percentage rate and monthly fee via text wish I agreed on it. He was supposed to send me the agreement via email and he never did. After several attempts they never responded. I stop insisting, if this is the way they conduct their business I would not trust them. Unfortunately pulling my credit report created an inquiry that my credit score decreased by 11 points. I’m very disappointed with this dealership.

They gave me all information requested
Had a chance to sell a car on multiple
occasions. When spending $250,000 on a
car you would think you would get a call
versus just an email back with price and
nothing else. The customer service level and
timely follow up what not what I would
expect from a dealer like this. I buy a lot of
cars each year and was made to feel like a
transaction versus a valued customer.

The car was beautiful but keep in mind that they do not offer leasing options at all unless you are considering purchasing an extremely high end vehicle. This was very surprising to me.

Even though I did not purchase the vehicle I initially inquired about, Chris was extremely courteous and professional. Tactical Fleet is an exotic car dealer, so they won’t have run of the mill vehicles, but don’t let that deter you from contacting them if they have a vehicle in which you’re interested. You will feel welcomed and respected; I do recommend them, and hope one day to buy many vehicles from them.
