My fiance and I stopped by Tactical Fleet on Saturday, 7FEB to check out their 2015 GT-R Premium. First impression wasn’t great. No one greeted us when we pulled up, and parking is extremely limited. The showroom itself looks nice and they do have an impressive inventory, but the customer experience didn’t match the setting.
The GT-R was parked outside, so I walked around it for a bit before heading inside. After waiting around, we ended up speaking with a detailer who apologized and showed us some of the previous owner’s paperwork while we waited for a salesman. Going through the documents, my fiance saw the car had been purchased in 2024 for $82k. I understand the model being discontinued affects values and the dealership needs margin, but the OTD price they were asking felt very high considering the year, mileage, upgrades, accident history and seat interior rip.
When I finally spoke with Jack, I explained that I’d been shopping other cars and asked if they could work closer to 95
Amateur hour. Tried to negotiate a bit on a $147k Porsche. After a little back and forth
made a full price offer. They ghosted me. The next morning I got the text "another
buyer" put a depost down "last night".
After the weekend they sent me a text that that "buyer" had evaporated and asked if I still
wanted it. By that time I'd already bought another - a 2025 Carrera Cabrio for $162k.
So, so tiresome. Backed up every stereotype of used car salesmen of the 1980's.

Traded two excellent cars for another excellent car. The dealership was always courteous, very little back and forth, straightforward , helpful , and just made this deal effortless. Sent the transport trucks to pickup my cars and deliver the new one. José handled the paperwork, a low key professional to say the least. Great experience, would buy there again .

Mulinaro Motorcars owner said the Porsche damage noted on the CarFax report was thought to be a couple scratches on the rear bumper. I paid a Porsche mechanic and purchased an AutoCheck report which both noted severe damage requiring body and mechanical repair. When I asked the dealer for details of the severe damage he said he didn’t know, but he personally inspected the car and said it was in great shape. He’s been in the biz for 40 years and knows the car is good. I spent hard earned money and significant time to learn otherwise. An expensive high performance Porsche was severely damaged, but that damage was marketed as a few scratches on the rear bumper.

Without a doubt, this was the best auto buying experience I've ever had in my 77 year life. I traveled 2400 miles to view and test drive this amazing car. It well might be the best car I've ever owned. They arranged a quick enclosed transport to deliver this car to me, and from the bottom of my heart, I say THANK YOU!
It was a real pleasure working with Tyler to purchase my car. The only glitch to the whole process was the dealerships Finance Company raised the interest rate because the mileage was over a hundred thousand miles. This resulted in my going through my credit union to finance the car which delayed the process by a few hours. Other than that, it was a five-star experience
