Contacted the dealership for 3 days straight, everytime they said someone would contact me about the smart for two the next day but no one ever did, I had to keep calling, they finally say I can come in to see the car since a woman I spoke too before stated that the car wouldn’t start without a crank and they were getting it looked at. The day I go to view the car, they tell me that the key won’t start the car, someone had test driven it Friday afternoon (it’s Tuesday at this point, Easter weekend) and when they brought it back, the car didn’t work, it’s funny that they didn’t call to inform me of this or tell me this when I had literally called them around 3pm friday, I lied and said I had called that morning just to see if they would lie to my face. This gentleman then proceeded to tell me they’ll have it fixed by tomorrow and had the audacity to take down my info just to NEVER call me to let me know the status of the vehicle, I guess they didn’t want to make a sale to me

Would not respond when they did changed story on vehicle several times then said they were selling it on consignment for an individual then raised the price then lastly said they vehicle was unavailable because of mechanical issues and was not for sale but is still now listed on the site for sale very poor business practices
