The dealer was super nice and helpful when I got there but he couldn't show me the car that he was busy and he was the only one there and I could not take it for a test drive and I did not have time to wait. But they got a great selection of cars they're very helpful and the dealership is highly recommended
The entire online contacting is done by AI, so unless you call, you never speak to a human
being. When I went to see the vehicle, it looked nothing like the pictures so I assume the
pictures were retouched. Disappointing experience.

Went to see the van, The sales guy could not get the vehicle to start up for a test drive. He was going to try to jump start the van, but he could
not get the hood open either. The condition of the vehicle is fair. He said that the vehicle was not starting because of the cold weather. He
also he that the van was in great shape that he would regularly take the car home. Dealership is in Santa Ana, CA and he would drive it home
to Rancho Cucamonga. Thats a lot of miles. overall if the price was reduced, I would think about purchasing it but not as is.

I was approved for an auto loan to purchase this vehicle. I had applied knowing the principle was $7,995. When I was approved for the loan, the price was way off. I was planning to place a $5,000 down payment. More than 50%. Now my credit is terrible. I know that because of my credit, the APR will be high. I know there are other fees and taxes added on the purchase….what I don’t understand is why they said that with 5k as a down payment, my financing loan would be a little over 8k. When I asked to have a break down of the charges, as I am in another state, they said they can only give me the breakdown if I had signed for the vehicle.
No we’re have I heard of an extra 4 grand on the principle of a vehicle with an explanation that it’s “just fees” because of my bad credit. The APR would be the only thing that changes, not the principle.
When I kept asking for the break down, they finally stated that they would make one and would send it in an hour….I have yet to see this email.

We serve as a link between you and the lender if your credit doesn't allow you to qualify for a lower APR or Down payment. We try to negotiate with the bank on your behalf, but in the end, it's their decision. However, if your bank is willing to accept the risk on your deal, you always have the option of doing so and do not need to finance through dealership lenders. I hope the best for you.
Straightforward dealer good experience with Adam the sales person and the finance co. We bought the car for a good price and real good car . Will recommend this place .

the approval we got for you was included 2 years warranty and GAP, because the bank request it to approve old unit, every dealer has different bank. in addition please re calculate your number you provided here, as per your information your payment should be about: $245 a month with no GAP or Warranty!! so the difference is only about $50 because banks requires the GAP and warranty, it is always deal by deal about requirements. thank you

Worst dealership!! Watch out for ALL the shady things they do! Tried to add $1000 to sale price on paperwork & then tried to have me sign a stack of documents stating frame damage to vehicle (that they DID NOT inform me about) and it was NOT on car fax! Liars- Shady- Scamers- anything to make $$$$

Hi Amy, sorry for the inconvenience, the $1000 you mentioning is for Registration fee, sales tax and smog fee, it's not what you saying! for the disclosure form you talking about that's applies for all used vehicles and documentation process (paper work), and as you said the car doesn't have any damage history or accident as per the carfax report, we were genuine with you, so we still have to disclose everything because it's an older unit and carfax is a 3rd party provider might have misprint error for some reason.

Fast result friendly staff number 1 they deserve a 5 sta
The salesman was very nice. The looked like like no maintenance was performed. Transmission oil was so dirty, the engine oil looked better.

please if you can verify what car you talking about? because we do pre-inspect our cars prior to purchase and we do maintenance & inspection after purchase for each car we have in our lot before we post for sale. as you said the engine oil was clean, so we did service the vehicle and we check all fluids, oil, filters, brakes..etc to make sure the vehicle in good condition and drivable. please if you can contact us and send us an inspection report maybe we can resolve this matter and improve our process.

Worst experience I ever had in all my 65 years.
This is why used car salesman have a bad reputation. They advertised the vehicle for 24,950
but added several thousand more to the sales contract. I didn’t sign the papers and walked out.

Quick response however, the vehicle was not exactly what I wanted
He was friendly and low pressure but the vehicle had a check engine light, ABS light, stability control light, and a broken engine cover. He said that was all getting fixed the next day, but that doesn't help me much when I've already made the 3hr drive. He did, however, offer to give a one month warranty, so there's that.
