Steve the salesman was very helpful. Provided great customer service. Which aided in my decision on purchasing this vehicle. Just wish that the finance guy would have explained the extended warranty better. I could have paid for that separately.

It was nice experience of shopping online. They are very transparent and they respond in very fast way very courteous nice dealer to deal with. I will definitely buy my next car at Cranbury Buick GMC.

The entire experience was positive and I bought the car with a different finance company. There were a few
problems with the car, which I need to send to the dealer to fix. I expected the car to be free of those problems.
Also the price went up to over $23000 (total of about $29000) because they told me I did not meet the criteria
for the rebate. Wish I knew the terms and everything ahead of time.

I asked them to send or post a photo of the battery capacity screen, which really should be standard procedure for all used EVs. This is the only way to know how much of the original range remains. They ignored the request and instead kept asking for my phone number. I made it clear that I would only be interested in the talking to them once I had evidence that the battery is in good condition.
I also browsed the dealer's website and discovered that they charge $1,995 for "vehicle prep" and $699 for documentation on top of the advertised price. These fees are outrageous compared to most dealers. Don't be fooled by the low-ball prices they advertise.

2 people said the car was like new. It was covered in scratches in the paint and windows and the hood had at least 25 chips out of it. Soooo disappointing and they didn’t care. Said I could pay to repaint the car. Drove over 1 1/2 hrs each way. Stay clear of them!

Was awaiting arrival (to the dealership) of the vehicle I was
inquiring about...which was initially said to be 'in transit' at the time
(2010 F150 King Ranch SuperCrew). My questions about the
vehicle plus question about when arrival was expected were not
initially answered for whatever reason. Rather, I was referred to
one of the staff for further discussion...did not pursue discussion at
that time (I was unavailable on travel status for about a week) then
eventually found another F150 SuperCrew which I purchased.

Had a good experience. Felt a little pressure. Plus I think that your pre qualification it was good but at the dealer the number were total off. I know it was just a Estimate but felt like I was miss lead as far as pricing goes. But I still did buy the car.

The car was sold when i got there. At least they tried to reach me about it. Except, i was on the way, driving, and couldn’t check the email.
The salesman there was nice enough to let me use the restroom after 1.5hrs drive.

They were a waste of my time ! Don't bother to go unless
you know for a fact they have the car there. Drove 2
hours . Got out early from work , put a deposit down to
hold the car and when i get there the car wasn't
available and I couldn't even get an explanation of why it
wasn't available. Waste of my time again . And then
they couldn't give me my deposit back right away .

Highway dealership, they charge a $995 prep fee on used vehicles, have added costs, and low ball your trade. I told them everything about my car and sent video and pictures. Do not go to this dealership find another. Also the cars looked like the cars were never cleaned or sanitized after test drive.
I was horrified with my bad experience with this dealer. Firstly the car was a different color than shown in the
picture. Secondly they let me wait there all day to finish the deal, they just let me stand around there for many
hours for nothing. Thirdly I was overcharged, they charged me $1000 for some unexplained dealership fee and
another $500 for paperwork. They also lied to me telling me that I can pay the whole amount financed the next
day so I won't have to pay interest, and the next day when I wanted to pay up in full they told me that I can only
do it after 3 payments. Additionaly, a part of the car broke on the way home , it must have been broken before
and they didnt tell me.
They absolutely blew a deal with me by wanting to add a $1000. Delivery fee on top of the $500 Doc fee. All the other dealers I spoke with didn’t have any more than a Doc fee and that was usually $100 less. Although their advertised prices are good figured it to be $1000 more which I thought was deceiving.

My experience was horrible, sold me a vehicle for the wrong price listed for 12,990 wrote my deal for same car 16,000 . Rear light did not work, got home my passenger side mirror was taped on. I was not treated with respect at all, now they will not return my calls. If there is someone who could help me I would really appreciate it. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, times are hard enough, it's been three days no calls returned.

Totally undercut my trade in by offering $100 not saying my trade in was cream puff but thought $100 was slap in face. Then wasn’t sure why the manager needed to tell me how many cars he sells compared to last one. Will say sales person was very nice

Car was pristine. Dealer allowed unaccompanied test drive and under
vehicle examination on lift. There was dealer prep charge but end
price was fair. Overall experience was positive and recommend this
dealer based on my experience.

Was horrible experience! We were ready to purchase the Arcadia listed at $19,895, but they tried adding a $1,500 dealer prep fee. They were unwilling to work with us on this fee, bc Google it yourself this is a bogus fee for the dealer to try to increase their profit. Since then they lowered the car price $2,000, down to $17,895. So if they would of took our offer without the dealer prep fee they would of sold the car for an extra $500. Instead the car is still sitting on their lot at a lower price.

I went in to see the white 2016 Buick Cascada convertible. The salesman
approached me while I was still in my car, asked if I wanted coffee or
water then immediately told me he needed my registration and insurance
card. He was pushy and somewhat arrogant. Didn't even talk to me and
went out to the car and put the top down and heat on in 50 degree
weather. Asked him to put the top down and he did. Got in the car and
he didn't tell me anything about the car exceptabout putting the gear shift
in the correct place for drive. Drove up the street and back for a test drive
which, in my opionion, was not a long enough drive. I asked to drive up
and down the street again and he said yes. Went back to the office to
talk price and when I wouldn't agree to the final price he had to offer he
stood up at his desk, threw his pen onto the desk, and shook my hand
and said nice to meet you and we were done at that point. I went to the
ladies room and came out and he approached me. Said he had his
manager to talk to me at his desk. Manager offered me another figure
and got a little pushy and I got up and said sorry but I have to walk away.
Shook hands and I left. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I felt very
uncomfortable and intimated from the start with the salesman. His name
was Paul if I remember correctly. I would NOT recommended this dealer
to anybody and would tell them to stay as far away as possible!

The car at this dealership was very nice and the salesman was not pushy but was not interested in making a cash deal. They were asking 4,000 more then I was willing to pay..... What was upsetting to learn that they end up selling it for $4000 less to another customer. Very confusing I thought cash was always better than financing

One of a few dealers in new & used vehicles, at which I felt no pressure to conclude a sale.
Viewed an old Mazda pickup which was of relatively low cost and asked for a test-drive. Brian Schmittinger in sales, took time to out to accompany me and whilst we chatted about various subjects during the drive. He was most helpful and even put the vehicle up on the lift, so I could check the condition underneath.
I felt no pressure to progress the sale which, in this instance, did not happen because of my own reasons about the vehicle rather than anything the dealer did, or did not do.
I would have no hesitation in suggesting to other potential customers to consider this dealership when looking to buy either new or used cars & trucks.
