We had a fantastic experience buying our daughter’s first car from T&C Motors in Cumming. We purchased a beautiful 2011 Acura MDX that was in wonderful condition. Kim was our primary contact and was great to work with. Professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. John also stepped in and worked with us to arrive at a price we were both happy with. They were completely supportive of us doing a pre-purchase inspection and were always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend T&C Motors if you’re looking for an honest, low-pressure, and pleasant car-buying experience.

I would not recomment this dealership to anyone I know. Worst experience ever! I unfortunately bought a car, put just over 25% down, financed the rest, had the car delivered, made a payment and then got harrassing calls and text messages from multiple numbers associated with dealership saying I had to return the car, that I didn't get approved for financing and they were planning to keep my down payment. This went on for weeks. The bank assured me I had an open account, but the dealership assured me I did not and that if I didn't return the vehicle they would reposess. The bank had to step in as mediator and finally got the harrassing texts to stop. Never will I recommend nor buy anything there ever again. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

The Sales Manager sent me a very rude email in all caps saying he had contacted me 3 times. The other emails were never received but that’s ok. Glad I didn’t end up buying anything from him. I would not recommend this place to any body I know. Very disrespectful
