I told him I would be down on Saturday to look at the vehicle, and he said that would be perfectly fine, but when I arrived, the vehicle was not there I’m not disappointed because my fault for not calling head
Fabulous experience. Aaron answered all my questions. He provided a detailed video of the vehicle and pointed out scratches. We had a good discussion about the vehicle and price. The price was fair.
They held the vehicle until I could get there on Friday. They picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. The process was smooth. Shane made sure of that. Aaron and I reviewed the vehicle in detail. Then I signed the deal. The drive was awesome in this lovely vehicle.

They were prompt, friendly, and worked with me to get the car I bought. The salesman even picked me up at the car rental lot as I had to drive in from out of state. It made a stressful situation much less so.

Overall good experience - we discussed the vehicle I was interested, they gave me a fair offer on my trade and we were close to getting together to negotiate a deal. I found a vehicle closer to home with a great deal. They were very professional after I notified them I had purchased a car locally. I would recommend the to others looking for anew or used vehicle.

I was surprised that the vehicle I expressed interest in was not even on the lot. The dealer's manager/owner was driving it and it was in his garage. More frustratingly - When
your dealership provides a button for obtaining “today’s e-price” one could reasonably believe the price would be different than what was posted on the same website. It
was not. A BIG waste of time for everyone. The price was also $6,000 more than cargurus, kbb.com, edmunds, etc. said was even fair. This experience only served to
solidify what I have heard Symdon has become. I suspect their business model is not sustainable.

Did not appreciate how the dealer spoke to myself and my Husband. Kind of felt like he thought we were idiots and didn't listen to me when i told him I was already pre-approved at my local bank. He basically demanded to run my credit score anyways, causing my score to drop even lower preventing me from getting my loan.
Needless to say, we are not going to deal with this dealer ever again. It felt like he was playing me and my Husband against eachother as well.

Excellent experience. Worth the drive. The sales staff and finance manager expedited our purchase and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the
vehicle.
Julianna communicated very well, found answers to all my questions and took extra steps to create a good buying experience. I was able to take the vehicle home overnight to get a better feel for it. Best used car buying experience I have had. Hopefully I made the right choice on the vehicle and if I run into problems that Symdon takes care of me on the back end as they have on the front end.

I called on the car and found out all the details on it. Made arrangements to go look at it. I didn't arrive until 7:30 pm. They close at 8:00. We got the deal done. It was a 3 hour drive for me to get there but it was well worth it.

Great experience right up until the finance guy got cocky and condescending about my offer for less than the asking price this was after we showed him damage he was unaware of. Truck has been on the lot for 5 months, must not want to sell it too badly.

Salesperson was not reading or listening, I said my car had 65000 miles
and then I uncovered the car and told him the car had 68131 miles. He
sends An e mail congratulations your 16000 mile car will be worth xxx
dollars. I called him to remind that my car had 68131 miles and was a 98.
The sales person assured me of his years in the business and his honesty.

Thanks to Tim and the team at Symdon Motors for making a fantastic buying experience. They were prompt about answering my inquiries, but never pestered me with unnecessary voicemails, texts, or emails - they left me alone to decide whether or not I wanted to pursue the vehicle, and when I had questions, they answered them. That's my definition of a superb car buying experience. When I came in to test-drive the vehicle, all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and trusting. The car was in even better shape than the pictures showed, and I was allowed to test drive the vehicle without even being accompanied by a sales person. No pressure. No hassle. Just friendly, competent service. And a great price, too - they never tried to force me into buying any warranties or options I didn't need, while still making me aware of the options that were available. Thanks a lot Tim and Symdon Motors for making a pleasant and easy car buying experience! I'd recommend this dealer without hesitation - they are truly outstanding!
