Was told that I didn’t get the truck cuz truck
had too many miles so I came up with
money down drive 5 hours up too look at it
then they tell me I got have $16,000 down to
get the truck so what a joke

Very disappointed in the sales person… I tried for a week with they lady , emailed and called and she said she was busy and would call back. I made an offer on the truck and she didn’t seem to be helpful at all!!!! Then she sent an email 2 days later said it was sold. Will not recommend anyone to that dealership!!!

We were able to speak with Hersha to apologize for not handling the situation properly while working together. Our company policy is never to leave a customer hanging for any length of time in regards to their offer to purchase, regardless if there are multiple deals pending on a vehicle. We have addressed the issue with the sales associate and will be much improved in this area. We greatly appreciate Hersha letting us know so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again. We value Hersha very much, and will continue to work for her if she will have us.

The dealer reached out to me often and keep me updated on the vehicle they were great and helpful
Originally I gave them a low score, Tracy was busy and when I contacted her she was not able to talk and did not contact
me until late. We talked the next day however and arranged to test drive the car.. no pressure, but they assurred me I
would leave happy. I did, in my new car. I got a great deal, they stayed after hours to finish the deal and to teach me
about my new MKS, They synced my phone and went over features. Great experience. Oh what a difference a day
makes. Thank you Swainsboro Ford Lincoln!

The salesman at Swainsboro Ford Lincoln Mercury responded quickly to my inquiry about the vehicle. We also spoke on the phone and I visited the dealer to see and test drive the vehicle. Very attentive to my questions and comments. I could not have been any happier with the way I was greeted and treat. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Finance Manager was horrible. Just because my credit score was poor he would not even consider trying to assist me to see what other possible options could have been available to me! Would not go back to them again or recommend them to anyone!
