Horrible! Annoying! I asked a simple question and had Brandon giving me the run around. I told him exactly what car I wanted and what miles and the price I wanted to pay.
If you don't have it that's fine but don't lead me on. He kept texting and calling, if I want a certain car and only want to pay a certain price it shouldn't be that hard to say sorry

Very professional. Followed up promptly Felt no pressure.
We had made a dealer agreement online for a car and when we got there to finish the paperwork we were greeted by a not so very friendly person. They had no idea what the car was that we were coming to see. After we informed them they then sat us down and asked us a million different questions that really had nothing to do with the car we came for. The person says ok they will be right back and comes back with a completely different car then what we originally came for. When we stated that it wasn’t the car and the car they pulled wouldn’t even fit our family the person got very rude and said “well my manager told me to show this to you because your car sold” very rudely, would not go back

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I am usually not one to write a review, but I felt I needed too in this case. I visited Sutton which is
very far from me and spent a lot of time there. First off they want to run your credit before they
even show you the vehicles full price. The add at least $3500 on top of what they advertise the
price of the vehicle to be and would not remove them. They want to play the monthly payment
scheme to get you to sign and pay all the extras they are adding to the deal. Please do yourself a
favor and ask for the total price before they start running your credit and try to deceit you with a
monthly payment. I wish this dealer was upfront with their pricing and not resort to deceiving
practices.
While I believe this dealer has the potential to handle out-of-state inquiries well, I did not receive that experience. I requested total out-the-door pricing for the vehicle including shipping. I was told I would hear something back in a few hours. After 6hrs, I had to call for an update from them. They then gave me pricing that was $3500 higher than what was posted online which doesn't include the shipping, taxes, tags, or registration. The lady Anita on the phone was very dismissive and couldn't justify the unreasonable price increase. I decided that I needed to take my business elsewhere. Watch this dealer with the numbers! Ask for proof of the “additional” costs labeled as “value-added”.
I did purchase A vehicle from them, they were very helpful but I did not care for the hidden fee for their paint protection which was almost $1700, and they did take some off of it, It’s not included in the price online and seems like a Hidden fee that they try to add on when you get there.
After exchanging emails to verify price $33,500 for sale of this vehicle we drove 31 miles to
close the deal. After arriving during the sales pitch they started to tell us about the $4,300
dollars of dealer add on's that were to be added to the verified sales price of $33,500. Needless
to say we asked for these to be removed, and were told they could not. So the verified price as
listed on this add, and verified via email we the classic get them in the door, and we will close
them. That didn't happen. No Sale to these type of dishonest sales programs. Shame on you
FORD for supporting this type of sales.
Had super bad experience with Sutton Ford out of Matteson, IL. I came on my birthday to purchase f150. On car gurus it was posted for 43000$ on the phone Shannon confirmed the price When I came in price rose to 47xxx$ plus 1895$ some protection. In my opinion this protection worth 200$ max. In my opinion this dealer scams people. Is this is Ford policy? Why Tesla is not treating its buyers like this? Came home and ordered tesla pick up truck. I don't know when will I get it. I know 1 thing for sure- Tesla will not try to scam me. How do I know? Last June I had delivery of brand new model Y. It was amazing experience! Ford is million miles away!!!!
They were very nice there. I did buy a car from them, but I had to sell my trade elsewhere. They wouldnt give
me what it was worth. The car ended up costing more than I thought it would. But, I really liked it. They get a
star taken off for the inconvenience of selling my trade elsewhere.

Lots of random unnecessary and unwanted fees, beyond the normal taxes/title/docking fees, were added to the Internet advertised price. They also used Florida taxes (6%) in their estimate for final cost despite being told that it was the incorrect state. A ploy to keep the numbers looking low until you sign on the dotted line. Out the door would have been roughly $42,000. $4,000 in “accessory” fees and roughly $4,000 in taxes/title/docking fees.

Terrible service , totally took advantage of me as a single woman. They wanted me to add all these extra warranties for paint, windshield and theft protection . When I refused they tricked me and still added them in . I almost walked out without buying the car and that’s when they removed it . Bullying and intimidation tactics . I will also be reporting them to the BBB .
So disturbing and inappropriate to be treated that way .

My experience was horrible. I scheduled a visit. They’d were supposed to have this truck waiting for me and they didn’t. I had to find a salesperson to assist. After 5-10 minutes, he found it and brought it to the front door. They ran our credit before making the deal which deducted 6 points off of our excellent credit score. When they showed us the price, it was nearly $5,000 more than the advertised online price. Hidden fees were called “addendums” including ceramic paint protection, windshield protection and additional add-ons that they took upon themselves to include that weren’t reflected in the advertised price. I will advise others to avoid Sutton Ford. ZERO STARS!!!

I'm sorry for your experience Jeff. We happen to be having a large sale that weekend and sold many cars. Many customers got amazing deals, but unfortunately we didn't have enough staff. Going forward we'll be staffed properly. Concerning the addendum, we have it posted on our website that our vehicles have certain accessories. Our vehicles are priced so aggressively what even with these addendums our price is usually the best in the area!
I drove 2 hours to look at the truck and once I got there I was told it wouldn't be available for a couple of more hours. I overheard them trying to offer a 2013. Was going to pay cash for the truck but asked if I was willing to finance a small portion.

Received internet pricing as requested. I have some interest but I haven't decided yet between
Ford, Honda, and Toyota. Sutton Ford also sent me info on incentives and finance offers.They
seem willing to work with you. If I do decide to go with Ford, I may go with Sutton Ford if I don't
see a better deal somewhere else.

Very nice, professional. Even though I was not able to purchase a vehicle, I would definately go back in the future!
The car was and still is filthy inside.. I test drove it twice a month apart and it lacked a detailed clean. However, salesmen were thorough is communication with me in
negotiating and keeping me updated on the car status. The car was also promoted on CarGurus as being Certified PreOwned. The issue and red flag with this dealership is-
that once you arrive at their dealership they attach a price to certify the vehicle. That price is an approximate $1500 fee! They call it an "accessory fee".
When I inquired about the "accessory fee" it was a charge to certify the vehicle. Don't believe the promotion price Sutton Ford post...its only to get you into the dealership. If
you want your car Pre Owned Certified, they will ensure that you pay for it!!

Gaby was responsive to emails in a timely manner. Chris was excellent in describing the vehicle and showing us how to use everything. He was a great salesman. He was very polite and attentive. My rating is 3 stars because we had notified the dealership what time we would arrive and that we were going to purchase the car. However, we were there for 4 hours. Although Gaby was responsive in emails and Chris was wonderful, we feel that the process to complete the purchase of the car should not have taken 4 hours. The car still had to be cleaned, filled with gas, stickers removed, etc. That could have been done before we arrived since we had communicated with Mary Williams that we would be purchasing the car upon our arrival. Therefore, we will complete the review of Sutton Ford by awarding 3 stars.

Worst dealership experience in my life. Vehicle was not prepared for my visit and had mechanical problems. Very lazy dealership. Would never waste my time with them again. Predict they will close soon if business strategies are not changed.

would NEVER EVER BUY RROM THESE GUYS AND IM
TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO EITHER. I
found the car I wanted did the application and told them
I would be back tomorrow to buy. They called me a hour

I called the following Monday after they blew up my email with several sales pitch junk mail and still never received the info on vehicle. In the six day wait on the info they sold the vehicle I was looking at and then wanted to sell me something else. I told them if that how they run there dealership I don't want anything from them

I contacted them over the infinity g35 they
responded accordingly! I was initially very happy
with them. There were a few questions the
woman MaKayla didn't know and instead of
making something up I liked that she was honest
or so I thought. When I continued to discuss the
car with her I asked for the out the door price.
The car was on sale for 7,988 and the hour the
door price was 10,900???? When I asked why
this was so she only said this includes tax and the
other fees I explained that tax on the car would
only be 559.16 and asked her to break down the
other costs of 2352.84..... other dealers I talked
to had no problem breaking their fees down for
me and none of them had fees like this. She
never broke them down and was never clear to
me at all. I feel like she tried to take advantage at
the fact that I told her this was my first car I was
purchasing and I was very disappointed out of all
the dealers and private owners I have talked to
this has been the shadiest. Scammer school 101
if someone can't break their fees down there is
prolly a reason they won't. Shady mcshaders and
I would never do buisness with them. Thanks for
teaching me that lesson!

It was a bait and switch ACT!!! Emailing sales lady all week, got financing setup, trade in setup, and saturday appt setup. I made a 2 hour drive one-way. 5 min before i pulled in there lot I received an email asking if i was still coming. Walked inside and was told the sales lady stepped out for a minute. 10 minutes later someone tells me the vehicle is already sold. The sales lady never made an appearance, nor was the vehicle ever on the dealerships lot!!! Very shady business!

I love my car-Damien was excellent, very knowlegable about the MKX and showed me how to set up the entertainment and lincoln touch features. Latoya went above and beyond (without being asked to do so) which is amazing-I was offered a 5% intrest rate from an outside lender but Latoya took the time to CALL a different lender and get the lowest interest rate of 3.3% which saved me hundreds of dollars and lowered my monthly payments. Thank you to Latoya and Damien I appreciate your diligence-You all will be my first stop when car shopping and I will also reccomend you to my family and friends.

Great dealer to work with. A non pressure dealer. I despise dealers that hammer you until you buy on their terms. Gonzalo was a greatt guy to work with. I went one day JUST to test drive and that is what we did. I went back 2 days later to buy and Gonzalo was perfect. It didn't take 4 hours of haggling to leave with the vehiclven the vehicle. Even the Finance guy was easy to work with. He explained extended warranty options and I picked what I wanted and he was fine with my choices. Overall a GREAT dealership to work with I would recomend them to anyone and push them to see Gonzalo.
