This was my first visit to the dealership. Matt was very knowledgeable and he made the visit very smooth and pleasant. He also presented a quick and fair quote. Overall, a good experience.

Amazed how easy and painless it was to work with this dealership. I little let down though, not to have worked with the initial person. All in all, just AWESOME to have worked with this dealership and with what they had to offer.

Had a deal in place an hr later they said they sold the car to another person.

Even though we said from the gate that we wanted a used vehicle, the guy insisted we see a bunch of new ones. He wasn't very knowledgeable about any other cars except Volkswagen. He was super nice though.

Alison Read was the sales rep that contacted me about my inquiry online. She was very timely and professional in her responses but the car sold before I could schedule a test drive. I had contact with another sales rep by phone because Alison was not available when I called. The dealership is located about 1.5 hours away from me. Based on the interactions I had, I would highly recommend this dealer and sales rep.

Fantastic to work with. I was not local, and they made it very easy to trade in my old car and purchase another. I highly recommend working with these guys.

I called inquiring about a g35 that only had 3 pictures on the ad. Asked about more pictures but was told the car is getting inspected and cleaned out, after that more pictures would be available. The man I spoke with said he would call me when the car is ready and send more pictures. No answer for a few days, I called after about 4 or 5 days only to be told the car been sold already.

They were very good at response and answering the questions I asked. I went to look at the car and came to a reasonable price quickly, however due to them being shortstaffed I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to do title work. Once they got to me Kevin kept the ball rolling. Biggest bummer was that I had to fight traffic getting out of Harrisburg that I wouldn't had if they could have gotten me on the road sooner

Great costumers service, Unfortunately the car that I was interested on had engine and transmission leaks , Other than that everything was great.

Sales contacted me right away, I let her know that I was not interested any more . Still receiving calls over a week later about my search and what I want. Would prefer not to be contacted that many times. But I think they are very good at follow up and trying to find what you are looking for .

I had a good feeling as soon as I walked through the doors at Sutliff. I was greeted immediately and was assigned a sales person, Mark, who was terrific. No feeling of pressure...only a perfectly appropriate mix of enthusiasm and helpfulness. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t exactly what I had in mind but I fully intend to buy my next Passat from this dealership even though it’s an hour away from my home. A great experience!

Price was too good to be true. They represented the wrong car said it is a Golf GTI Autobahn when its a GTI S. I would say its a mistake but they represent it that way on autotrader as well.

The sales associate was fantastic.

The car was described as an Autobahn but it was an S after I went there. Waste of my time. The internet manager who called me that morning confirmed that it was an Autobahn edition too.

Horrible dealership that uses games and ploys to sell cars. We confirmed our appointment at 10:00, drove two hours to see the car but miraculously the car just had a person put a deposit in it. The car obviously hadn't been moved in weeks??? Then they offered to sell us the car out from under the other person but we had to accept it as is with the damage and pay full price. It was a horrible and obvious bait and switch.

Dealer contacted me back about car but it had been sold. They told me they would contact me if a similiar vehicle came in.

Even though I did not get a vehicle through this dealership, they did reach out to me. Thank you I will keep you in mind for future investments.

Considering that they were 7 hours away from me I just wanted pricing...Their best pricing, also there was a question about a lien that showed up on the Auto Check that was never addressed. They shut me off after I said, that they were overpriced according to CarGurus.

I actually purchased the vehicle at Sutliff Cadillac. They move the used vehicles to different dealerships to hopefully sell the vehicle sooner. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership for the vehicle I was interested in. We ended up getting there a little before they closed and they stayed until the deal was completely finished. I was able to drive home my car that day. Everyone at the dealer was accommodating and friendly.
