The salesman Rod took good care of us. He ensured we had a full tank of gas and fresh car wash before we left the dealer with our Mustang.He did this while we were completing all the paperwork. All of this was started 15 minutes before they closed and completed 2 hours the dealership had closed.

Didn't buy that Ford Edge but we did buy another one with more features. Sales Rep. Johnathan was a great Rep to deal with no pressure, and He met every need we had. Will be purchasing our next vehecile there also. Great Dealership
Salesperson contacted me promptly but couldn't answer all my questions so passed me on to her sales manager. I
requested sales manager respond with a voice mail or email as I wasn't able to talk on the phone that day. Instead,
someone called me from Stoner but did not leave a vm nor did they reach out with the answers to my questions via email.
I don't have time to play phone tag. Moved on to another dealer more convenient to where I reside.
If dealerships want out of state business, they need to take a more accommodating tact.

Responded fairly quickly but car was sold before i could make a move. Overall they did a great job reaponding and being attentive to my concerns.
