Salesman Dennis responded to my inquiry with enthusiasm. I requested some extra pictures of the undercarriage because the dealer was 5 hours away and they offered delivery if i purchased it online. After a week i called again because i never received anything. Again they said they would get right on that. I still never received anything so i bought a different truck somewhere else.

Great dealership Matt Helped with everything amazing salesman
Derrick and I had been communicating via emails. I advised him that I had a transport already lined up to pick up the vehicle once I purchased it. The last email from Derrick asked if I was financing it? I advised him that I was paying cash!! No additional emails from Derrick! I even sent a text message to a live agent advising her that I needed to hear back from salesperson Derrick! No response back from anyone from that dealership! I was ready to make the immediate purchase! They blew an instant sale, and a potential repeat customer!! Their loss, not going to beg anyone to take my hard earned money!!♀️♀️♀️♀️
