Supreme Motors (formerly CarMart OC) is a family-owned and operated used vehicle retailer, licensed by the state of California and fully bonded and insured. We have a nearly 8,000 square feet showroom in the heart of Westside Costa Mesa and most of our inventory is stored INDOORS. Our stock-in-trade are gently-enjoyed, low mileage vehicles from manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. Wasn’t willing to deal on the vehicle never had a follow up call with sales person but she was very nice and helpful but lacked aggression of selling the vehicle.
Should have had the manager or owner call to work out a cash deal.

Good place to buy car, the energy was good everyone was friendly and welcoming. Great prices for cars I highly recommended going here. Definitely ask for Patty she is the best and very thorough and knowledgeable of all vehicle’s and pricing. The paperwork and very thing went smoothly I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
My wife has always wanted a red Mercedes convertible.
Her old vehicle had finally reached the point of no return and I went looking for its replacement. I had used Car Gurus in the past and
stumbled on a magma red 2005 slk 350. Exact color my wife was looking for, including the interior! We contacted Jamie immediately and
he held the vehicle for 7 days with a non refundable deposit. Jamie conducted a virtual walk around of the vehicle and it looked great. We
made the drive from San Jose to Costa Mesa, and test drove the car (awesome!!). The purchase was quick and painless. Jamie also gave
us a great deal on our trade in. I absolutely would recommend CarMart to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a gently used luxury /
performance vehicle. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Jamie!!

Jamie, CarMart owner, promptly contacted be by phone and email. Since I reside in Arizona, he
offered to take a totally refundable $1,000 credit card deposit to hold the vehicle for me for 7
days. He also arranged to pick me up at nearby John Wayne airport, after which it was a simple
and efficient process to complete the purchase paperwork. I was as impressed with Jamie and
CarMart, as I was with the Benz roadster itself. If CarMart has a vehicle of interest, I am certain
the customer will be accorded VIP treatment, including excellent purchase prices. Gary L.

Dealer answered all my questions and provided a full price breakdown upfront. Plenty of time to inspect the vehicle in place. Started the engine. No test drive allowed, until a commitment to purchase. $600 mandatory to buy the dealer installed GPS inventory control module. This is not a theft alarm. Mechanical inspection recommended by the dealer but limited to an offsite mechanic within a 5 mile radius. Dealer would charge $250 to permit a 3 day window, after purchase, for mechanical inspection by my mechanic 15 miles away. Another $500 restocking fee, if the deal was cancelled as a result of the inspection. Assuming perfect mechanical condition, the exterior and interior appearance cannot justify the price. I’ve owned Beemers, since 1983. And I’ve driven and looked at these roadsters many times. Repairs at this mileage can be pricey.
Based on the other reviews, the dealer will respond to 3 stars and either impugn my integrity or denigrate my intelligence.

On 03/27/19-Such a horrible experience in terms of customer service. The owner here was super nasty, very defensive attitude and not accommodating to say the least. He was extremely rude and ended up lecturing Us about how he doesn't need so sell cars because is not his profession of trade. Did not even let us do the drive test after we travel 125 miles one way to see the car. Would not trust this dealer.
On 03/28/19 The owner himself call me after reading a review my partner left for him on yelp promising to bring the car to Palm Springs with a full tank of gas for me to remove the review. I sent a picture of my DL and credit card because, personal info. Jaime asked me to, I sent it by texts, to do the transaction, to get the car. Jaime assume I was going to remove the review on the spot! He change his mind and Jaime did not go through with the transaction.

He walked in our showroom after not showing up before appointments, for an aged inventory pristine CLK 350 Convertible, which price was lowered to our cost due to huge sale week we were having for aged inventory items. He is absolutely not disclosing everything happened in our house, especially how he was disrespectful to Patty and myself by mocking us every explanation we gave him. Everything went smoothly during the sale. I had my own financing. A
problem occurred when I took possession of the car. The latches that
secure the left and right sides of the convertible top were broken. The
convertible top will not seat and close securely. The dealer has looked
into the problem and has said that parts are being ordered to fix the
problem. Once that is done, I will be completely satisfied. I am happy with
the car itself. It runs like new and I don't foresee any mechanical
problems. The salesperson was cordial and patient and I would
reccommend Carmart to anyone seeking a quality auto at a reasonable
price.

Well, they responded quickly by letting you know it was sold and they got many other models I could choose from but not a diesel, but days later that ad was still up wasting other people's time searching for that vehicle so I honestly don't know if it's a bait-and-switch tactic or they're just neglectful of their website.

Our system takes down all the sold vehicles in stock when we remove after the sale which is 24 hrs. We never leave cars longer than 24-48 hrs online after they are sold. The only time we experience a car online stayed longer is with Craigslist not CarGurus or any other providers. There is no bait switch with CarMart indeed.
