Unfortunately, we cannot always sell a vehicle for the price a customer offers.  We did lower our price to the best deal we could do, however it was not acceptable to this customer.  And, he never even came in to look at the car! Our reviews speak for themselves. It reminds me of a child crying for not getting his way. Believe me, we make every deal that we can. That's how we pay the bills.

The vehicle was as described Straight up HONEST dealer.i traveled from NJ to make purchase. Told them to have all paperwork completed and provided vehicle passed road test Iwanted to be in and out.Arrived vehicle was clean and shining like newBoth Shawn and John in finance did agreatjob.If you want to buy a car at a great price and feel like theses people really care about your purchase rather than just trying to make a sale SEE SHAWN AT SUPERIOR their lot might be small BUT they are HUGE ON HONESTY AND ASSURING SATISFACTION!!!

I definitely recommend them to anyone. They were very polite to me and my wife. I am from northeastern Pennsylvania so it was 3.45 hours but definitely worth it. I absolutely love my dodge ram. Thank u again shawn!!

Sold the car from under me and when i called to ask if it was available, he said "you don't wanna know" most rude, unprofessiinal experience I've ever had. And then he kept calling me and telling me other places sold the car i was interested in trying to get me to come back....just awful

Unfortunately, we cannot hold cars for people. They are sold first come, first served. My salesperson even tried to locate a similar vehicle. If we held cars for every customer that said they were coming in, we'd be out of business. I'm sorry you think that is unprofessional.

They were absolutely wonderful. Our salesman Steve Pumphrey & finance guy John. They responded quickly. Went the next day, tookthe car for a ride, beautiful car, did paperwork, took car home. Price was right, love the car. I give them an A++++ rating. 5 Stars.

The sales lady was nice and she went out of her way to answer all my question. She tried her best to help me to get my dream truck But at this time i just need a bigger payment.and she will look for another one .she will see me again .i found my new car dealer that i feel comfortable with her and the dealer.thank you

Great service and very accommodating to buyers schedule and time needs. Up front and fair when dealing. No pressure productive negotiating. Overall great experience with a small local dealer. Wound buying a different vehicle of higher price a quality as a result of going to the lot.
