Unfortunately, we cannot always sell a vehicle for the price a customer offers. We did lower our price to the best deal we could do, however it was not acceptable to this customer. And, he never even came in to look at the car! Our reviews speak for themselves. It reminds me of a child crying for not getting his way. Believe me, we make every deal that we can. That's how we pay the bills.

Straight up HONEST dealer.i traveled from NJ to make purchase. Told them to have all paperwork completed and provided vehicle passed road test Iwanted to be in and out.Arrived vehicle was clean and shining like newBoth Shawn and John in finance did agreatjob.If you want to buy a car at a great price and feel like theses people really care about your purchase rather than just trying to make a sale SEE SHAWN AT SUPERIOR their lot might be small BUT they are HUGE ON HONESTY AND ASSURING SATISFACTION!!!

Sold the car from under me and when i called to ask if it was available, he said "you don't wanna know" most rude, unprofessiinal experience I've ever had. And then he kept calling me and telling me other places sold the car i was interested in trying to get me to come back....just awful

Unfortunately, we cannot hold cars for people. They are sold first come, first served. My salesperson even tried to locate a similar vehicle. If we held cars for every customer that said they were coming in, we'd be out of business. I'm sorry you think that is unprofessional.

They were absolutely wonderful. Our salesman Steve Pumphrey & finance guy John. They responded quickly. Went the next day, tookthe car for a ride, beautiful car, did paperwork, took car home. Price was right, love the car. I give them an A++++ rating. 5 Stars.
