Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. After talking with our Sales team, it sounds like you had interest in a vehicle that was, in fact, being sent to auction given the vehicles condition. Unfortunately, the vehicle had duplicate listings and it appeared as though there were multiple of these units in-stock (which they were not). We certainly apologize for the technological glitch, but we did politely try to offer other suitable options in that price range. Our General Manager has personally reached out if you would like to discuss the matter further!

Terrible experience. They had the car, then didn't have the car because they loaned it out. Salesman told they were getting it back Monday and I could look at it and make a deal. Salesman messaged me they had the car back, and then messaged me 5 minutes later to tell me the car was sold at auction. Inexplicable. Wasted 7 days in my car search.

I inquired about some damage visible in the pictures, and was told that it was in the body shop being repaired and they would send me
pictures when it was done. I was then advised several days later that the repairs were completed but that someone else came in and put a
deposit down on the vehicle without me ever even getting to have that opportunity. Disappointing...

Andy was very professional in my engagement with him. He responded quickly to make me aware of all the details and followed up with me to see where things stood. I let him know that I loved this car and it’s definitely something I would want to own. However, I was not ready to move on his deal at the moment.

This was our first totally digital experience from finding the exact car we were looking for, financing and delivery. Our sales rep was responsive but never pushy. We live in a different state and we met halfway to pickup the car. While they would have brought it to our home as part of the deal, we were up for the road trip. All that said, looking for cars by specs versus what’s on the lot is a game changer. This dealership offered a good price upfront without all the pricing games. We would highly recommend this dealership.

The service rep that contacted me was polite and apologetic that they did not have more pictures online of the truck she told me that it was being detailed and they would post more pictures when they were done. Well a few days went by and then they posted more pictures and the truck was filthy so either they decided not to detail the truck before I chose to purchase it or they just did a really bad job
After looking and test driving vehicles for weeks, we finally decided on a Ford Explorer from this dealer. It was a descent deal, missing a few of the features I was hoping for push button start being one of those features, but decided I could live without it, because the Carfax listed all the features and the first feature listed was Remote Start which is another feature I was really set on. After signing the paper work, I asked our salesman how the remote start worked. He looked at me weird and said it doesn’t have remote start. I questioned why the Carfax said it did, he then says it’s a generic description That they put on Carfax....which is weird considering Carfax should be very specific according to the Vin number of the vehicle that it’s listing. Is all the other stuff listed on Carfax generic accidents, oil changes etc? They should have done the right thing and offered to install it for me, but they just dismissed it when I asked & sent me on my way. I won’t buy there again!

Very Good experience!..I had 2 weeks to find a new vehicle and new
exactly what I wanted but finding that vehicle for the price I could pay was't
happening. The Sales Manager at Superior was 5 hours away. He
emailed me detailed photos of every aspect of the car and offered to bring
the car closer. No back and forth haggling over the price. I would highly
recommend this dealership!
