bait and switch operation. they did not want to honor the listed price. They put all sorts of
conditions to get to that price and even when I did met all of them they greatly undercut
my trade, fudged the numbers to the point where a worksheet showed 41k price with 11k
for my trade and the out the door still being 40K. bait and switch

The difficult part about qualifying for maximum savings are the residency restrictions that come with them. Being an out-of-state buyer, this certainly played a part in not seeing eye to eye. Many rebates are regional and we apologize if that wasn't communicated clearly. They are so pushy that they lost the sale from me. I don’t enjoy being harassed and told that they will call and email me daily till I see the car. I took my business elsewhere and am happier buying a car from a less aggressive sales person. Seriously the dude was all up in my business just to make a sale

Jessica Springwater did an awesome job in servicing our needs.
Rob the service manager not only tried to sell me a car hundreds over the advertised price (his best deal) but also after coming to a deal, extended the length of the loan in the contract to soak me for an additional $3100! Very dishonest! Jessica the salesperson was very nice and professional.

I really wanted a auto they had, and sent 4 letters about it.
Always just received a automated reply saying they would call me.
No one called, but I FINALLY got a email from a person, telling me
it was now sold. But they would sell me a much worse deal. (My
wording, not theirs.) Now I am on their spam mail list. (MY
wording, not theirs.)
