They were concerned for my need to search and find the vehicle for which I was looking and
were available to answer all questions concerning the vehicle as well. Unfortunately the location
from my home was pretty far and the logistical challenges made it difficult to view the vehicle
before it had already sold. I'm certain someone bought themselves a nice truck.

They responded quickly and were willing to make a deal, however I found a truck closer to my home.
Will never ever go back to Superior Chevy in Siloam Springs and I recommend you don’t either until they get a new GM. Sales team is great but GM, is very disrespectful. Worked with sales team going back and forth on payments and pricing, and each time offer was presented by salesmen, you could hear GM laughing out loud at offer and low balling me. Went to another dealership and bought a newer truck, with same features,with the same negotiated offer. I will never go back to superior Chevy in Siloam Springs and will never refer anyone to go there as well.

Said that the car did not sell last week and it was on the properties. Very matter of factly after 2 contacts. Not sure if I will drive 50 miles to fund out it is not there. Never responded about several questions ( shape of tires etc.). Guess they have all the business they can handle.

The dealer was great. We communicated by e-mail and by phone. The only issue was they were 4 1/2 hours away.
