Super Car Auto Sales

This was the biggest waste of my time. I was interested in a vehicle that they had in their inventory. I called 3 days prior to check availability and they confirmed it was there(Gave them stock and VIN). We scheduled to go purchase it on a saturday. That Saturday i received a phone call confirming my appointment to purchase the car at 9am and they confirmed it was still available. It was a 2.5hr drive and we arrived at 3pm(they knew our arrival time). Upon arrival the car was nowhere to be found on their lot. The lady i spoke to literally hid behind the counter and never approached us. Instead, another salesman that had no idea why we were there began to ask us what we were interested in. We explained to him the car we wanted and he went back only to tell us that the car had been sold. Again, they never apologized for the waste of time, their processing fees are over 2.5k alone. The lady never came out and they instead tried to sell me a 2020 honda accord that had a flat tire. TERRIBL

Spoke to Melanie 3 times on the phone before driving 2 hours from NY. She confirmed every time that they have the car I want. When I arrived, I was given different explanations about where the car was - first that it was at another lot, then that it had just been sold. The story kept changing. They just use the listing to get you into the dealership. Very frustrating and unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

These guys are full of it. They keep vehicles on their website that they don't have, to lure you in to their dealership. I came there for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which they said they still had. Then when I got there, they told me it was at another lot, then another guy came out the back and told me that he sold it last night. This was the same exact line that they fed the other frustrated customer who left them a negative review. Their full of it. I won't go back.

This is a terrible scam dealership. They called me the night before and said they had the vehicle and for me to come test drive it. I rented a car and drove from New York City. When I got there they said the car was in another lot. Then when I asked for the address to go to the other lot they then said the vehicle was sold. Someone from the other lot called and said they still had the vehicle and for me to come to that lot. Then I spoke to them on the way over and they said the vehicle was at another lot and if I come to their lot they would bring it over. I told them their other location said the vehicle was sold. Then they said I have to come to their office so they can send me to the other lot. Then they said the original vehicle was sold but for me to see the other vehicles in the other lot I have to come to their office. I asked for the address for the other office and they refused to give it to me and kept telling me I have to come to their office first.
