John our client advisor was very friendly and helpful. Julie in the finance department was very friendly and hopeful as well. I’ve bought 3 new vehicles from 3 different dealerships. This was by far the best experience I’ve had was at Suntrup Hyundai. Would recommend to anyone.

He is a wonderful man
They had the car I was interested in by luck. Apparently they don’t have any women sales staff, which I would have preferred. I was only allowed to take the car for a test drive around the literal block, no highway speeds, 5 mins tops. That’s not a test drive. While negotiating the car price, the salesman was overly pushy (no real surprise) & I had to step away for an hour. While negotiating my trade in value, he started whining that by demanding the median value of my car listed on KBB.com, I was cutting into his profits & he couldn’t have that. I provided multiple sources of value for my car, but he refuses to acknowledge I had proved anything as that again, would cut into his profit. (His words, not mine.) Just felt very bullish, which is exactly why I would have preferred working with a woman.
Then 3 hrs after leaving with the car, I blew a tire. The nail that had been removed had been in the tire for a long time. Dealership refused any help. Disappointed.

This dealership had two cars on their website that we went to see, and after driving 45 minutes to get there, we found out both were in the shop getting worked on. And, I had received an email before we left home stating that we could come look at one of the cars that evening. We ended up buying our car through a different dealership.

Too much virtual contact they even set up an appointment to look at a car that they didn’t even have on the lot I was over 120 miles from there location my wife and I were driving down to look at it because I couldn’t get an answer on what color of the interior was finally I talk to a real person not virtual and he apologize and said we don’t have any of those cars on the lot so don’t come down

I love how we were able to do the majority of the transaction over the phone. I knew what I wanted, they had it, I did not want to test drive and yet got all my issues & questions answered. When I went in to pick up the car, it took longer than I had hoped it would, but we got it done! They were very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. I was very pleased with experience.

I waited 3-4 hours inside for them to try and make me pay 580 per month for 6 years and that total price instead of 19,079 would have been 41,420. The service was horrible I will never try to get a car again with them they ran my credit with about 20 different banks

Gave them a 1 star because you can’t give them a 0. The saleswoman Veronica is probably the worst person you could ever be in contact with, doesn’t help at all, has the poorest attitude, and she tells you you’re wrong about the value of vehicles while you’re shopping. She however did inform me of how many cars she sells a month, and that my sale wasn’t needed. Such a shame to have bad employees nowadays!

We ended up buying another vehicle because the salesman from Suntrup Hyundai was pushy and rude, so he lost them a "CASH" sale.

While visiting the St. Louis area recently I found a Lexus ES350 on my mobile app that I was interested in at
Suntrup Hyundai. David Tranchilla and the Suntrup team were immediate in responding to me and helping.
Although I have not purchased the vehicle yet, the Suntrup follow up has been superb in making sure that all of my
concerns are addressed throughout the experience.
The Suntrup experience is excellent in my book.

very good, purchased the car. Ron
Chance was very nice. Great guy. However when Capital one would not finance the car, because it was over 10 years old the manager was rude. They asked me to put a down payment. I said I didn't have one with Capital, and asked if I would get it back since I didn't truly have a down payment. They said yes. When they found out I was getting the car they said we can't give you a down payment back. I explained that I was told I would get it back. They said they wouldn't give it back. Needless to say, I won't ever go back there. My family buy cars at least ever 3 years. They will never get our business. I told them that, and to have a great day. It was $200 and I'm definitely too blessed to be stressing over that. Oh, and also they basically called me a liar when Capital one suggested some cars to me. Basically questioning how fast I found other cars. I will never spend money there. There should be a zero rating for harassment. I'm just saying.

I called to ask their bottom line price on this vehicle, as I plan on buying it on Friday if the price was fair. The salesman stated that was the bottom line price. A second person contacted me stating the first person didn't have the authority to negotiate. After providing other sportages (same Car) with better deals and some sante fes and sorentos (which are higher end) with better prices because I felt this vehicle was over priced by about 2500.00 they still did not give me a better price. What they did was tell me why they should get that price for that vehicle. Finally a 3rd person contacted me. Again no offer for a better price just telling me why I should pay their price. This car was a want, not a need. so I wasn't going to over pay. The last contact they asked me to throw out a price. I never responded as I asked the bottom line price from the 1st salesman and still never got a price. They also stated it was CPO which is a warranty. Told them I didn't that.

dealer stood by that lower price. What a stand up dealership!! They do good

They were helpful and understood that I wanted everything to be straight to the point. I got a fair price with very little back and forth. The salesman Bobby was very nice and helpful with answering my questions even after the sale.

Sales people were great! Finance guy, Mike, took advantage of a 19 year old buying her first car. Pushed a warranty on her and did not fully explain the process. Had to go to dealership to make things right. Again the sales people very helpful, finance guy defensive and rude. Have bought turner cars from there before without a problem. Will NEVER go back. As a parent, very disheartening to know this is the business practice with young people getting started and being responsible.
The dealership responded immediately. I was not able to keep my first
appointment and they did not call back repeatedly to harass me about
rescheduling (which is a big plus in my book). Mark and I met only
because another salesman was already with a customer -- he was the
most enjoyable car salesman I've ever encountered. He is an authentic
human being and does not come across as pushy or coercive. I
recommend that you request an appointment with him when you call.
They may try to set you up with someone else, but accept no substitutes!!!
Mark is new to the business, but was willing to check on my questions
rather than make up an answer. The other sales person that I spoke with
(stepping in at the end because Mark is new) was your typical, fast talker,
hurry-up-and-buy, you're-getting-a-great-deal, please-sign-here, kind of
guy. He made several assurances that I later found out were not true. He
is the reason I gave only 4 stars. Also, the financing department was not
able to offer less than 6.5% on my loan, which I find unreasonable given
my excellent credit rating and history. Overall, the process was as long as
I thought it would be (over 6 hours), involved as many test drives as I
requested, the price for the vehicle was fair, and I felt as though I could
leave at any time without a lot of drama.

When my daughter & I arrived at this dealership to look at the 2012 Kia Sportage that I was interested in, I was even more excited when I noticed a new price on the
window of the car of $9450, marked down from $9999. After test driving the Sportage, my salesman drew up the paperwork at the sale price of $9450. After negotiating
for a little while about a payment that I was comfortable with, the finance manager came over & tried to get me to put an additional $300 down, on top of the $3,000 that
I was already going to put down. I told him that I couldn't do that, so he wrote a line on a piece of paper & had me sign it & said we had a deal. That deal was for the
sale price of $9450. I never agreed to the full price of $9999. But somewhere along the line, he changed the price back to the original asking price of $9999 because
when I went in to sign the final paperwork, I questioned the other finance man about why the price was wrong on the paperwork. He proceeded to tell me that the
vehicle was NEVER $9450. My daughter & I both saw the price & my salesman even wrote up the original paperwork reflecting the sale price. The finance man said
everyone was already gone for the evening so he couldn't verify it with anyone & I could tell he was anxious to leave so I ended up signing the paperwork anyway.
I was unhappy about it from the moment I drove the car home, but was even more aggravated after I received the final papers in the mail only to find that there were no
safety inspection or emissions papers included. I immediately contacted my salesman & told him that I had no way of licensing the car because I had no inspection
papers. He told me that they were in the glove box. Well, they weren't & obviously there NEVER was any inspection papers for this car because I decided to go to the
DVM to see if the car had even been inspected at all. And just as I thought, no current inspection had even been done on the car. The DMV also informed me that a
dealership should never have issued temporary tags for my vehicle without a current inspection. I have asked for the owner's direct number or email address so that I
can contact him personally because I feel that Suntrup Hyndai owes me the $500 difference between the original price & the sale price of the car that I agreed on. To
date, I cannot get anyone to furnish that information to me or address this matter, which I have been contacting them about since April 26th. No one gets back with me.
I will NEVER use this dealership again & I would advise anyone planning to use them, to absolutely make certain that they do not change the price of the vehicle & also
that the vehicle is safety inspected before you leave with it. Had I known that an inspection had not been done on this vehicle, I never would have taken possession of it.
I was deceived & lied to & I caution anyone who chooses to use this dealership.

I was very please with my sales man. Plus it was a different experience for me because I was use to an up tights sales man and . The individual trying to place in a vehicle I wasn't pleased with. But at this location the company is willing to work with you.

Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I never made it to the dealership. I texted Bobby (who originally reached out to me) at Hyundai Suntrup the night before I was to come in just to confirm the availability of the 02 Elantra. He did not return my text. Later that night I called Bobby and reached him. After I asked about the availability of the vehicle, he said he needed to check, and would then call me right back. He never called me back. Because of this, I will not attempt to do business with Suntrup Hyundai again and instead I have advised my friends and family of the bad experience.
I don't know if this demonstration of a lack of customer service is typical for this dealership, or just for this individual, but it was very disappointing.

Tommy "the legend" obviously sells too
many cars. The guy probably gets all
the house deals. Born on third base and
thinks he hit a triple. He has no time for
you if your not writing a check in 5
minutes. Place was clean. Be sure to
look your car over carefully.

Even though the car I was interested in wasn't a good fit for me, my visit to this dealership was exceptional. My sales contact was enthusiastic, informative, courteous, and definitely not "pushy" - It seemed to me that this dealership overall was more interested in helping me to make the right decision than they were in selling the car, and I really appreciate that. I would definitely go back there to buy a car~

as soon as i got there the salewsperson i had talked with thrree times on the phone, told me they just sold the car the day before. i asked why he did not call me he said they had more cars, even though i was only interesrted in the Mercedes, i left.
