I drove over an hour to go and see this truck and it was sold the night before. Spoke to them the morning of and let them know I was running late for the appointment and they did not have the decency to tell me the truck was already sold the night before. Instead, they told me when I arrived that it was sold and they have other trucks for me to look at. Would never trust this dealership while buying a car/truck.

Had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Went all the way from a different state to buy a car. It was advertised as a clean car fax no accidents and mileage of 645 miles. Both of these were not accurate. The car had a minor damage report on the car fax and mileage was 1150 and not 645. Tried to negotiate the price. But talking to DOMINIK TOLSTYKH was a big mistake. He is the most unprofessional and disrespectful sales manager you can find. Even at the moment when you are about to agree on the offer he yells and screams at you making you feel under the pressure. That deal could be happening and everyone would be happy and satisfied with correct representative. Tried to attach pictures but there were no options for that on this app.

Read the other negative reviews and stay clear. I submitted a pre-qualified purchase request on Car Gurus where I provided trade-in/cash-down information and scheduled a phone appt to finalized the purchase and shipment.
After not receiving a phone call, I followed up several times and kept getting the run-around. One sales team member did admit that the vehicle wasn’t in immaculate/mint condition as described in the Vehicle Details section (in all capital letters), but that he’d get back to me with a video tour. That call never came back either. I finally had to give up and purchase elsewhere locally.
Consider yourselves warned!

This dealer advertises prices ONLY to get you in the door. Highly disappointed in the bait and switch tactics used. As a serious buyer with limited free time i did not appreciate driving almost an hour to discover the price is NOT the price. We made an “appointment” which is the only way to “see a car” first red flag, even with the made appointment the car was “tucked” in a corner, usually a dealer ensures the car you are appointed to see is easily accessible 2nd red flag. Next we ask to start the car and take a look inside (you should never have to ask that). Then we sit down to start the purchase, the “sales man” pulls out a calculator and starts jotting down figures at this point my husband asks explain what you’re doing. He proceeds to tell us the price advertised is without a 20% deposit …whattt!!!. I blatantly ask is the price advertised not price?. He gets his “finance” manager to come over to “explain” the obvious. It’s highly deceptive and sleezy. Be forewarned

The car is great and the salesperson was nice but the amount of extra hidden fees is very high. I guess this is a common practice in the industry but it doesnt seem transparent. They also tried to push for their financing even though I had my own one approved

Very bad experience..I travelled to the dealer location for almost 49 miles from my place.even though I had confirmation on the availability of the car from the dealer but ended up saying car sold in the night.they were not even ready to talk to me..almost waited for 2 hours..one more thing that I observed is that they are using some cheap tricks to sell their damaged cars by posting nice cars which they don’t even have at their place..shame on them..

Complete waste of time. The vehicle was listed at $14,450 sent over the paperwork and it was $16,445 also added another $2800 in dealership fee. Scam artist at its finest.

Tried calling about a 2022 chevy high country. Upon calling the man answered the phone and said 'hello' with an accent.. I was certain I called the wrong place..I asked him is the chevy dealer? He said, "oh right yes it is"... I asked if he could give me info on the truck and I truly couldn't understand one word he was saying, without sounding mean. Only thing I understood was they charge a 1900 down payment that isn't reflected on the actual asking internet price..so if price is 49k it's 50900.. makes no sense why not just list the cat at 50900 and stop with the other fees..the ratings of this place speaks for itself..unfortunate cause I like this truck..but the phone convo was beyond strange and kept me at bay

Dealer is not reputable! After my confirming g with them that they had the vehicle on site before going there, when I got there later that day they did not have the vehicle. Classic scam, get you in the door and sell you another vehicle. The person in front of me signing in was complaining about the exact same thing! Don’t waste your time! If you see a vehicle at a good price on this website, rest assured, when you get to the dealership, the car does not exist! Stay away!!

Completely untrustworthy. After multiple
emails back and forth and a phone call I was told
the
vehicle was ready to go and given a final price. I
arranged a time over the phone and also confirmed
my appointment later via email. After making a 2
hour drive to the dealership I met by a salesman
who
claimed the guy I talked to didn't know what he was
doing and that the truck was currently in the shop.
Asked why as it had been on their lot for over 3
months and he claimed he didn't know. I asked to
see a manager and was refused. He then offered to
have me purchase the truck unseen and they would
deliver it for a fee. I declined and he offered other
vehicles. I declined and asked why we couldn't go
into the shop and see the truck. He claimed the
dealership shop wasn't working on it and the shop
that had it was closed. It appears they lure you in
with a great vehicle that doesn't exist and try to sell
you something else.

Worst experience I ever had purchasing a car. This place is a nightmare and very unethical. They
added on all sort of fees and included wheel and tire insurance which I stated I didn't want. The
management was rude and pushy. They stated, they can add whatever fees and insurance
packages they liked to the purchase price.

Very unethical and deceptive management practices. Added more fees and unnecessary

Called three days straight with no response. The answering service was full so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. Finally I got through using a number that I saw on a review. First character was rude, so I told him to put someone more qualified on the phone. The next guy took my information and said that he’ll call me back in a few minutes. It took a few days for me to receive an automated text message. Finally I was told there can be no deal without me coming into the dealership. Don’t waste your time!

The single reason we didn't buy the vehicle is because the sales manager was disrespectful to me and my wife. I am active duty military member. The purchase was to celebrate my 20 years in the service. The sales manager ruined the experience for us. We appreciate all the support given by Dwayne, the salesman. We have never received this type of treatment in the US as a military family. The sales manager is disrespectful to his team and the people trying to buy a car. I see online that this has happened several times on your dealership. Hope this really makes the owner.

I dealt with a Jeffrey Brignol he wasted so much of my time trying to raise the
price by over 3k. Refused to honor the price, extremely unprofessional. I
spoke to 3 different ppl and I was given 3 different prices. These guys do
whatever they want with the prices in attempts to take advantage of the
customer. One of the worst experiences i've ever had. Would NEVER
recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

8 days of me calling for anyone to even get back to me about the numbers. Then i played phone tag for 3 days. Since purchasing its
been even worse. No one wants to return calls. The sales manager Adam is a joke and neglects to honor mechanical warranty for
damage to the vehicle that was purchased. He refused to even answer or return a phone call for more than 30 days. It took moving
things to where I can have it clearly documented to even get responses.
Very rude and not helpful. I called and
messaged several times without any return
answer. I had specific questions about doing
a lot via phone as I lived 100 miles away.
They had a statement that they would
deliver free up to 25 miles from them. When
I asked about delivery to me, I only received
info about a delivery company. I was
prepared and preapproved but could not
reach anyone that could discuss financing
with me. I purchased from another
dealership that accommodated all my
questions quickly.
William and JP were very nice, had appointment at 3pm and were still there at 7pm at closing. That didn't mean anything. Both stayed with us and gave us time to think about car we were looking at. We drove from Ct. And didnt feel pressured at all. Would definitely recommend dealership, now I hope we get the car!!!

put a deposit down for a car on Wednesday. Was told I would get a call back on Friday with details to pick up
car on Saturday. No call received on Friday called Saturday morning and unable to speak to salesperson.
Asked for call back at 11Am or return refund. Was told that car was taken out on Friday and involved in
accident and deposit would be returned. As of today Tuesday no deposit has been returned.
This experience may be due to their online sales. They're not timely on responses. More importantly, the internet price is not the sales price. They add on a couple costs. Most impactful was the addition of $2995 for the reconditioning they did to get the vehicle ready to list for sale. "How much are you giving us" was a question I heard a few times. I had a $0 down pre-qualified financing offer. When I said I didn't want to put anything down, it was crickets. Haven't heard from the dealership since.

Was there for 4 hours watching people run around then all of a sudden was called into office and was done in 5 minutes not impressed

After no response on this vehicle I called to see it’s availability. The salesperson rudely told me it was already sold then without asking if they could possibly assist me with another truck they quickly hung up on me.
I moved on to make a purchase at a different dealership

Excellent attention.
I was contacted by Nathaniel regarding this vehicle.All I asked was the final price including taxes and fees so I can get myself prepared for the purchase and I was told that the vehicle was sold earlier in the morning, but after one week I still see the vehicle posted on multiple car apps,social media and your own website???I don't know if you guys forgot to remove the posting but this looks weird to me.Also on both communications I had with Nathaniel I was asked to come for a test drive ignoring my initial question about the price, which is very important to know before you drive to the location sice I live 300 miles away from your dealership.I have bad experiences with dealers in your state in the past due to hidden fees, that's why I asked for price information.

They only want you as you enter the Dealership they want you to BUY the CAR. Not even asking for test drive but how much you have for down payment OR paying Cash.
Their only interest is to buy a BUY AND GO

We spoke at 8 am I a specific vehicle. I was told
by the internet department that they would call
back in 20 mins. 11am. I called since they didn't.
They still had no final price. But said I would get a
call back in 5 minutes. I made them aware I was
going there that day to purchase it and drive it
home, living in westchester I needed time for
travel. 1pm. A manager calls back. Leaves
message. I call right back he's out. 2pm. I
connect with the manager. States the truck was
sold. Just another scummer dealer.
