Great dealership &Kimberly was great with her efforts with negotiations. I just didn’t appreciate that they had an exact model with 11k miles higher for the same price and didn’t want to come down. Really wish I could have gave Kimberly that commission for the 10k sale

They seem pretty nice. I just would check for pricing. The car said 10,998 online and was 13,998 in person. That didn't include dealership fees and taxes. And I wasn't paying that for that type of wear on the vehicle.

Very personable individual and almost convinced me to drive all the way to Queens. The color of the car and salesmanship won me over, but the drive was just to far for me. Sorry!

The sales manager Chloe is very good. We came from Rochester NY and she picked us up at the airport. She saw us through the whole purchase price and we are pleased with the car. They offered an extended warranty but ultimately declined as many of these companies have poor reviews.

I paid too muchf out that vehicle,I found out the vehicle was in an accident, check engine light came on and they told me it's my fault.I had to take the truck to the dealer to get it diagnose, it cost me 315 dollars and when I showed the paper works he offered to fix it but Im losing a lot of days off work because of this truck. they ran my credit score and d have me a lower credit score so now I have to pay more money every month. with $10000 down I shouldn't be paying $407 every month.I feel that I got ripped off, plus the truck don't have navigation , back up camera, power trunk, window blinds like all the rest of the premium bmw have. I'm not happy with what I got for my money
