The dealer is very responsive. There is a very showy show room stuff like that. Unfortunately, this vehicle is already sold before I actually made it out there. They did not open their inventory sheets in time to actually be able to alert me that the vehicle sold I’d only known because Caro had told me so The biggest problem with this dealership and I have bought a lot of cars here is they don’t honor their advertised price so expect to pay depending on the cost of the vehicle 5 to 10,000 more plus any service contracts and stuff like that they also don’t honor any deals. They make verbally so be aware of looking at all contracts. I made that mistake And ended up paying 10,000 more than I would have paid. Had I fully viewed the truth in lending if they do not offer you the truth and lending make sure that you were able to look at that before you sign your contract. That’s where I made my mistake

Contacted the dealer by email and requested a best price out the door l, to my email, with all fees, and said I did not want to haggle. Repeated emails and phone attempts wanting whatever best offer I had gotten else where. Needless to say I blocked any further correspondence and shopped elsewhere. This is why people hate car dealerships, they can't be honest and just sell a car. I was ready to drive 100 miles and purchase a truck, but they wanted to play games. I would never consider them again or reccomend them.

My experience was less than positive. I inquired as to the "VIP" price they offered on the CarGurus website. I contacted them through this site
as I did not want to give my phone number out allowing them to call me constantly. The sales rep, Taj, would only supply this "VIP" price if I
sent pictures of my current vehicle, VIN number, and phone number. I felt I was already being harassed just for asking one simple question.
Needless to say, I purchase an automobile for another dealer.

Dealer changed the base price by over $2000 after I stopped in to test drive the vehicle. On top of that, they added all of their dealer fees in addition to
the normal tax, registration, and title. Their total
price out the door was more than 30% higher than the price listed on CarGurus. Very deceptive.

First off, I was an out of state buyer trying to work a deal on a Toyota Sienna. I called and spoke to salesman who seemed helpful. We called on a Tuesday and the salesman said the vehicle was being serviced and that he would grab it as soon as it got done being serviced to put hands and eyes on it to check it out for me. I told him ai was extremely interested in the vehicle. He offered to take photos of the vehicle and do a walk around video of the vehicle for me since I would be buying from out of state. He assured me he would get them as soon as it came out of service. The end of day came and he had not returned our call or provide the information to us. I called Wednesday morning to continue working out a deal and he said he was getting me numbers together. In between our couple of messages back and forth he advised me that my vehicle had been sold. I was not happy. I would have gladly put a deposit down had he followed through from the previous day. Poor service.

Both the sales person and sales manager were beyond rude. I asked them about a bogus fee they tried to tack on. They called it their protection package. It was $2995 extra. They wanted over $50000 far a truck that they were selling for $42,997. Also a PTA fee??? A private tag agency fee for $399. Also their Doc fee is $1,298. That's the largest Doc fee I've ever heard of. When I told them they were running a scam. They said and I quote, We sell 1000 cars a month, likely do to our low prices. Just because 1 person doesn't agree isn't going to affect us one bit. I will never purchase a vehicle from them.

poor experience.
Had communicated VIN # and condition of my vehicle for trade. She checked with the manager and
emailed me a range of trade in value there. However after I drove over 2 hours to make a deal I was
offered 2K below the said reange even tho they admitted my car was emaculate.
The whole experience was hokey with them calling in second tier manager, then the head manager,
etc
Continued trying to sell me warrenty package even tho I told them up frnt NO
I told them a cash deal was there's if they but met the minimum trade in that was emailed to me but
they refused.Ickey feeling the whole time as if they were not above board.
on 5/5/2025, I contacted Sun Toyota based on a car I found
on Car Gurus: A 2022 Lexus ES350, VIN:
58ADZ1B18NU135072. The price on the Internet was
$35,235, minus a $750 VIP discount, for a total of $34,485.
Add to that the tax, title, and registration for $2990, the total
due should be $37,475. After driving out there to look at the
car, they started negotiations at $45,000 which was
ridiculous and clearly a bait and switch. I called them on that
and they finally got down to $41,000 and refused to remove
the "Optional Warranty" that costs $3,000. I feel that they
are dishonest, disingenuous, and negotiated in bad faith.
You should not be forced to buy a warranty that you do not
want. That forced upcharge really means they are selling
the car at an inflated price and they are just wasting the
consumer's time. Steer clear of these shysters.
Sticker price for vehicle was $6,000 more than advertised - If you don’t tell them the “online” price you saw, they will sell it at sticker price. Any online price you see will have ~$10,000 added onto it (taxes, dealer fees, and a $4,000 protection plan that they are not interested in negotiating) They tried to stick me with over 800/mo payment even though I worked them down to around $400. This dealership preys on the weak - its where they make all of their money. To get even relatively close to the price they advertise, it takes going through 2 high-level salesmen and hours of making you sit while they work and talk behind the scenes. If you get your vehicle appraised, they will essentially hold your keys hostage until you want to walk. They use every slimey sales trick in the book for none other than trying to get the most money out of you as possible. Don’t fall for the low advertised prices and their “lifetime warranty” everything about this dealer is a gimmick and shady.
Sales person WOULD NOT provide a “amount to be financed” after a $10,000 down amount, wanted us to drive three and a half hours one way just to test drive and “run the numbers” ridiculous! We just needed the amount to be financed for our credit union. If you can’t provide the out the door price I would never shop at that kind of dealership.

Multiple people tried to contact me multiple times by means I told them not to. Then they were rude when I said I wasn’t interested in the vehicle due to an after market feature it has. I won’t use this dealership.
I went to Sun Toyota and worked with Tyler & Perry. I walked in later in the evening only wanting to see this vehicle as I was sick of the dealership runaround I had everywhere else. Tyler worked with me and understood what I was looking for, no bs, the car was exactly what I needed and the staff and team couldn’t have been more reasonable and fair. Very happy to refer anyone to Sun Toyota.

Terrible dealership and practices the salesman and
management were not honest in their negotiations

The vehicle I inquired about was gone. I liked the one I test drove but wasn't given much
detail as I was looking to see what was out there. I also thought that what they told me they
would give me as a trade offer for my car was much to low as I have now been told that I
could get three times the amount by a different dealership. I like the fact that you offer the
bumper to bumper to the purchaser of the car for the whole time they own/finance it and
window tint also. If this is the case I would do business but would need to match the other
offer for my trade in

Laughably, misleading, advertised sales price. they say they are selling their 2020 Raptor for $53,000 and when I go in to the dealership, their base price before anything is $55,000. After taxes tag title and everything else they show me an offer with an out the door price tag of $65,000! We are talking 12 grand over their advertised price. They have a warranty that is almost $4000 and when I told them to remove it they would not, so it’s obviously built into their pricing so in reality they should be listing this truck at $57,000. The truck will sit for a long time because of this sales tactic. Good luck.

Had to go back several times because they didn't detail my vehicle and didn't fill fuel tank as promised. Did it on second visit which happened to be a 2 hour round trip
Dealer was negotiating with an internet buyer while I was actively discussing the financial details of purchasing the car! The internet buyer got the car which was unbelievable to me…I was sitting in the dealership and he sold the car online with no consideration to me! The salesman was as astonished as I was! I’ll never go back to that dealership again.

Shawn did an awesome job of helping me find the right vehicle. Tray did a great job of working with me on the pricing. They include a lot of things that others charge as extra.
Bait and switch with the added kicker of special service fee of approximately $1800 to be added to the advertised price, not including dealer fees, taxes, and title. This is typical of the large, unscrupulous dealerships, though.
I made an appointment and went to the dealership for a specific VIN. When I arrived I was told that it was undergoing certification, yet had been advertised on their web site and another web site for at least 15 days. The associate confirmed it was just to get individuals in the door. Then they asked to run some numbers for me to give me the "out-the-door" price, before negotiations. That's when all of the fees came out.

I believed that a 2021 Toyota Tacoma would be my next vehicle. I drove to Sun Toyota, and after checking the
Tacoma out, I decided the new Tacoma wasn't what I wanted. It had nothing to do with the dealership, but actually
the design of the truck. I decided on a 2021 RAV4 XLE premium instead. The sales associate Aiden McBride
showed me the "other" vehicle in which I was interested. We test drove the RAV4, I liked it, and I asked for the price
"Out the Door". He delivered a fair price considering the trade and everything included. I gave him a counter offer,
and he accepted, as did I. I was happy with the realistic price, Aiden's excellent attitude, and the time it took to
leave Sun Toyota's property with my new Toyota. Very happy.

There is a $995 dealer fee added to the price of every vehicle, plus an $1800 fee to cover
scratches and dents. Actual price will be much higher than advertised price and dealer is
reticent to remove the fee for scratches and dents, which is something I have no interest

Did not have to go into the dealership. As advertised, Sun toyota brought vehicle to my house for a test drive. Liked the car and agreed to price. All paperwork was handled by email, phone and salesman brought final paperwork to the house when delivering vehicle.Overall, satisfied with the purchase experience. Not happy with the constant pressure to purchase their Sun Protection package for almost additional $2K, most of which is useless (paint protection, rust proofing, etc.). Vehicle was sold at the advertised "CarGurus price".

They didn't care if we were there or not. Made an appointment to see car, waited 15 minutes before someone showed up. Not the person we had appointment with. Took car out, told young man we were interested but price was high. He said let me speak with my manager. We waited outside for 10 minutes before my husband went in looking for him. He told us car was priced aggressively, so no bargaining. Will buy a car elsewhere. Would not recommend. Poor service.

Very helpful and patient care from Mario Ruiz, Jason, Max in sales and finance. I have been looking for a replacement grand caravan for quite sometime and felt very comfortable purchasing a late model van from Sun Toyota. I highly recommend that someone looking for a vehicle, give them the opportunity to obtain your business.
They never contacted me about the car I flagged on line. They contacted me about
a different car, then would not stop peppering me with unwanted emails. Their
internet sales department just sucks! I repeatedly emailed them about the car I saw
in the ad - they always responded with info on a different car.
Based on my online experience I would never shop there in person.

The price was 14496 after I was approved for the loan and talked to them over emails and phone about the dealer fees and taxes this price was raised to 16496. And the new out the door price was 18 thousand and something out the door. I explained I am not willing to drive all the was there without a set price so I wouldn't have any surprise cost and I was hit with this. I never got to make to the dealership because of the price changes. I don't know if it was a pricing mistake or they were running game. Although I believe it was the ladder because everything that going on with this pandemic cars are not being sold like before.

i came in two days ago and i was dealing with john he was great but the guy above him i canT remember his name was terrible the car was listed at 12998 he told me the car was 16 plus then out the door it was 19700 not only did he insult me but he was also rude to my mother towards the end he told john show me three cars that would be 15k out the door then i went and looked at all 3 and Picked one but not one was 15k out the door it was 17500 18000 and 17000 he’s terrible and made my experience absolutely horrible

Spoke with 2 sales man who promised me that they would send me pictures of the truck. Neither Gage nor Leroy sent me the pictures I requested. I reached out to one of the Managers name John, and told him I would still like to do business with them, and if they did have a salesman that was a good Representative of Sun Toyota to have them contact me, and give him my phone number. I never received a call from the good Representative, so I guess they don't have one working there. Would not buy from Sun Toyota ever.

The salesmen was very helpful and pleasant. I was disappointed with the extra dealer and state fees, but I guess that how they do it in Florida. We bought a beautifully clean car to take back to NY.
I have been coordinating with them directly for a Lexus SC430. They told me it was in the shop recalled for an airbag service. Once notified to was ready. I drove to thier location within the hour of being notified the car was in the dealership. they sold it to another customer while I was enroute. Not ethical nor was it fair to me since they new o wanted the vehicle. Very poor on thier part. And thier agreed says it all. Very disappointed I how they managed this notification. Leading me down primrose path to have it sold within minutes before I arrived.

Wonderful experience. I changed my mind last minute and wanted a RAV4 instead. We worked out a deal via email and I drove in and closed the deal with no hassle. I went to purchase a specific car that was listed as CPO. When I got there the car had more miles than advertised. I made it all the way through financing and while the car was in detail it was discovered that there was an air pocket in the windshield. How can you certify a car as CPO and not see that problem. Someone had put a sticker over it so you could not see it. I did not want to take the car and have the windshield replaced, so the dealer found another car. By the time the purchase process was over on the second car I had spent 6.5 hours at the dealership. I tried to keep a good attitude, but after that long I had a migraine and just wanted to go home. I left items in the car in my rush to get out and had to go back to retrieve them.

Waited in excess of a week to obtain an on-line price after making a simple request for an add on. Found the dealer had a $995 fee added and didn't research the sales tax/tag fee for out of state and tried to puch FL fees into the sale. Ended up being over $3k more than advertised..... BAIT & SWITCH and ZERO customer service even after providing them with facts..stated "I'm not agreeing to your price" (?). My price? I didn't price the car, only the taxes and tag fees. I bought elsewhere today...sorry -> not sorry.

Called and spoke with sales person. He spoke nicely but when I asked about the vehicle he saud it was being inspected and the price was $1500 lower than now asvertised. It was advertised as $3500 when i called. He then told me he would take my name and he had a few people looking at it. I asked him how much was the dealership fee he told me $1,000 plus taxes and registration. I asked why so high. thats when his voice got louder to tell me rudely it's what we charge. I said other dealership don't charge that much. He began to tell me yes they do and became ruder. I then told him he didn't need to call me back especially because he couldn't explain what the $1,000 dealership fee consisted of. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of the salesman was rude, the price jumped up $1500 for the car in less than 2 weeks, and the dealership fee is outrageous.

Ended up going with a truck closer to home but the staff here were very professional and communicative.
A lot of communication was required, as the personnel at the dealership did not communicate with each other on a timely basis. Am happy with the car, although there was no manual with it. I contacted Nissan over a month ago, and am still awaiting the manual. It's hard to look things up in the online version, and Sun Toyota should have provided the manual.

Joe Talsky even spent 45 minutes after completion of the paperwork to give us a tutorial on
how to use many of the vehicles newer features. I have owned or leased 6 Toyota,s since
1989 in 3 states and this was the least stressful dealership I have ever dealt with. They

Funny thing about this dealer: It refuses to negotiate and then when you receive the final offer paperwork, they add a $~1,000 unadvertised dealer profit fee. Then the sales person will give a song and dance on how they must sell at the advertised price because if they don't they will lose money on the car. Basically, everything you've come to hate about dealing with this kind of business.

I called the dealer and told them I was interested in this vehicle. When I got there, it was sitting in front and waiting for me to look at it. We sat and talked, then went for a test drive and I liked the vehicle a lot. We then did the paperwork and I bought the vehicle with some financing. The overall experience was good but it takes too long. We were there five hours.

The salesperson was very nice and showed me a couple of vehicles. I was
surprised at how dirty the inside was of the first vehicle was including food
crumbs on the floor and seat. The audio screen was covered in some kind
of greasy film, probably cleaner not wiped properly. Even the salesperson
seemed surprised on the condition. I would have expected the dealer to
have checked the vehicle before showing it. The second vehicle I was
shown had part of the 2nd row seats not mounted on the rails but sitting in
the back of the vehicle. When I asked why the seats were not mounted, the
salesperson did not know. I was told that the vehicles are sold as is after
inspection. I asked the salesperson for the best price, and she just showed
me the price listed on the computer for the vehicle. After I left, I sent a text
to the salesperson and asked if they could provide the best OTD on the two
vehicles I saw and as of the writing of this review I still have not received a
response.

They was the only one out of 4 dealerships that had the actual car that was advertised. Everything was good with the making of the car deal and dealing with the salesman the only exception was financing took way to long. Should have been there about 2 1/2 hours was there for 4. But I would still recommend this dealer.

The e-lead sales team was very helpful from the beginning. While I never ended up going to test drive the car I was interested in (I moved forward with another purchase), Lee in the sales department answered every question I had (I had a ton of questions) in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely consider doing business with this dealer in the future.

HUGH bait & switch, offered a deal with great warranty then get song and dance after they signed the bank draft in their name. would have gone to dealer in Clermont and bought 2011 with less mileage but with warranty they offered I went to Sun...HUGH mistake.. This is a Morgan auto group company so may want to check this before you deal with one.

we had to drive 65 Miles to Sun toyota, we called to tell the sales person
we would be late , but we were on our way.He never though to check the
availabilty of the car, it had been sold the night before. round trip 130 miles
was a waist of time. I'll never go back again!

Salesman was nice on the phone. However, after indicating my interest in a vehicle, I was bombarded with multiple emails and phone calls everyday. I was very interested in a vehicle, but the pushy manner in which they operate completely turned me off to the deal.

The guy contacted me a few times via internet, so I went by there which was out of the way for me. He wasn't available to show me the car. Another salesman was assigned to show me the car. We couldn't find the car. I left. I bought a car that day 10 miles down the road

vehicle, explain its features, came with us on a test drive, and answered all of
our questions. We never felt pressured to buy. Everything seemed to be
done fairly and honestly. Great salesperson, and a great auto shopping

Dealer sales person was attentive & knowledgeable. However the dealership itself wants to charge about $900 above & beyond the advertised sale amount which was not competitive to begin with. I have already found other dealers that charge nothing for paperwork. Do they not see that is a great policy? Who likes to pay for paper work?

Pleasant salesman oversold the car on the phone, claimed price drop had
resulted in lots of interest. Upon my arrival, he couldn't find the car and had
apparently never driven it. Eventual test drive was good, we negotiated a
price, manager killed the deal with a pathetic (and false, since I did my
homework and had solid numbers) sob story about cost and loss, and
basically betrayed and humiliated the salesman. BIG waste of time. Found a
pre-certified SL with cruise and nav few days later for same price.

I had asked not to be contacted during my working hours of 8:30 till 5:30. I was repeatedly bothered with calls, and emails. It got to the point where I felt like I was being harassed. I had originally made an appointment to meet with a sales person, and after all the calls and bothersome email, I decided not to deal with this dealership....they were too pushy and that only evolves into a bad deal!
He responded the next day to invite me
to visit and take the car for a test drive. I
had a change of plans and am not in the
market for a car at this time.
