Flat out dishonest. Representative told me “all our advertised prices are after an assumed 20% down payment”—which is not anywhere in the listing—so the prices just aren’t real.

They are trying to get one of their finance companies to get me a better rate, they were
successful but their down payment was more then we could do now. Other then that they
were very good and kept in constant contact for a couple of days, but I haven't heard
anything from them in at least 4 days, so I don't know if they are still working on it or not.

Canceled the sale.
Is holding my
$1,000 deposit
hostage until I
return paperwork
with my signature
on it and full credit

it. Iâm in the
process of
dealing with their
parent company. I
try to be nice and
friendly, so perhaps
they perceive that
as weakness. Iâm
giving 3 stars
because others
have had positive
experiences, so I
hope their
professionalism
can be addressed,
and this can be a
learning
experience.

Honest and helpful.
Ended up speaking with Ben Chen, test drive the truck purchased and picked up the next day. Something’s wrong with the torque in the transmission he was extremely rude telling me to call my extended warranty company although I had just picked truck up! He refused me a refund, they are paying to fix the problem but couldn’t get truck into Honda dealer as they’re the only ones who can handle the problem for almost 2 weeks! This is my 2nd vehicle from them and I promise my next one will NOTTTTTT come from this dealer!!!

Sales advisor was very helpful, did not pressure sale of vehicle. Discussed offer for purchase of
vehicle.
They responded by email as requested. However they did not answer my question of whether this vehicle's price was negotiable. The dealer is a 2 hour ride one way so I gave up. I asked the size engine 2.4 or 3.6 or 2.0 they were not sure. Sent window sticker but it did not say. Looking elsewhere.

Immediate fill up
It was a rushed experience when I was there I want to look at over the added on a list for me in the description in CarGurus it described what's this pension I gave the impression that it was a elite suspension package not in those exact words when I went to the dealer this thing was a rust bucket underneath had a headlight bulb out the front shock was blowing out their original OEM shocks and when I question about having them replaced I said we don't haggle either way this is going barber shop as is if I want to replace the shocks I do it myself according to them the shock issue that I was speaking of that was leaking they said that if they're mechanic determined it was bad they might do something well I'm a Master tech for Honda for over 25 years retired now just retired this vehicle was severely overpriced and severely misrepresented and the dealer was misleading and I can see where they screw people I do not think this dealer should have the right to be part of your group

After a return phone contact about my car inquiry I went to this dealership and took a test drive! My car adviser Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable! Upon looking at the financials with a trade in on my part we inked a deal! Megan had all the paperwork and car plate transfer taken care of when I arrived to pick up the car and explained the technology workings of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot! I appreciate her level of professionalism and it was a comfortable big ticket item purchase experience!!

Sales lady was rude. She thought she had me on
hold when she was making fun of me. Wouldn't
ever go there...ran my credit 6 times when i told
her i was preapproved threw my bank , ignored
my calls. Kept forwarding them to voicemail. I
had to call other lines to talk to someone. She
wasn't professional at all !!!
I did buy that 2018 Nissan Frontier , got a great deal and a great buying experience at Sun Chevrolet ,Chittenango NY

Dealer advertised a Prius C Four. We drove over 2 hours to go see and buy the car, we had the money in hand. We arrived there and the car is a Prius C, but not with the Four trim.
We feel it was a bait and switch deal. We totally wasted our time as we were looking for a car with the Four trim.
Don't waste your time with this dealer.

in regards to a
2017 chevy
colorado Z71 this
dealership has
listed. I first
contacted
3/24/19 and
talked to
saleswoman
sarah who said
she did not know
if the vehicle was
on the lot. She
placed me on
hold while
checking with the
manager. After 5
mins I heard the
phone hang up
on me, not by
machine but by
an actual person.
No phone call
attempted after
even though she
had taken my
info. I then tried
again on 3/28
and talked to
salesman Josh
who said the
truck was
available and he
would have it
ready for me if I
came out. I
called 45mins
later same day,
and talked to
salesman
Brandon to
confirm the
vehicle was
indeed there and
to say I was
coming to view
it. He informed
me the truck had
been sold earlier
that day and was
no longer
available. I write
this review on
3/30/19 the ad is
still posted as if
the truck is still
for sale. This
would have been
my first vehicle
purchase after
graduating
college. Very
disappointed will
not be doing any
future business
with them.

When I went in to the dealership the dealer spent about 3 minutes with me. He went outside and walked around my car but never told me how much it was worth. He told me what my payments would be and the car that I was interested in and that he would try to find something less expensive. He did not offer any lease programs nor did he recommend a less expensive car. Overall I was not satisfied with this dealership.

was busy. Expected to wait. Never greeted
me, never told me how long the wait would be
and didn't consider having someone else go
on a test drive with me. I left after looking at
the car inside and out and waiting around for a
bit. Emailed me later and addressed me by
two different names, neither of which was
mine. I didn't go back and don't plan to.

Dealer responded to my inquiry and demonstrated the truck, however I was not interested in the features for that vehicle.
The car they are representing as having an optional NAV package does NOT have it. The only NAV that is with the car is the standard offering of OnStar. Please note when comparing as this is not how other dealers represent the cars in the "optional" section of car gurus. Learned this the hard way.

Schedule an appointment to test drive a 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe.
Not only did I not get to test drive this car, I didn't even get to see
the car. Honestly, I think they lied to me and didn't even have the
car in their lot. This dealership is a joke.
