Add says still available, went to dealership and was told it was in the shop under repairs the ladies were helpful but when the conversation started the manager spoke up and took over coldly and no answers and sent me away, will not return.

While we did not purchase, the trade offer was fair and transparent.

very nice truck, pristine condition. Sales person very personable. Model was a little small for my current needs and sales processing fee put it a little above my budget. Dealer promissed to watch for the models I was looking for. Later in the day I found exactly what I was looking for for the price I wanted to pay at another dealer. I texted this info to Sullivan Auto and he congratulated me on the find.

Turns out without any other options total comes out $32k best part is if you dont have your own financing option your screwed, dealer financing gave 12.6% apr what a joke

Vehicle price too high. Well over the bluebook value. Regardless of the modifications vehicle is not worth 37,000. I even said I have $30,000 to put down on it and they would still not budge on the price and all I was asking was for bluebook value. So I’m shopping somewhere else.

Would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially service members. If you come to this dealership with your own financing for a vehicle, you will be turned away. They asked in person and over the phone who I’d be financing through and I told them my bank Navy Federal, first women said that was fine. However, upon speaking with the financial manger they said they do not except outside lenders and I quote “we don’t know if Navy Federal is a reputable bank”. The owner also said that “we only except lenders that we recommend because that’s how we keep the lights on because we are not some hole in the wall dealership”. Super shady bait and switch tactics as they knew I was going through my own bank however was turned away as soon as it was time to purchase and was pressured to use their lenders. Would not recommend doing business with a bait and switch dealer that also adds their own unknown fees and lenders and try to market towards service members straight out of bootcamp.

I dont know how they treat people in person but if your an out of state buyer don't buy stay away. I have had nothing but problems at every step and this has been a stressful and unprofessional process from start to finish. Not once have they called me at the time that they scheduled or sent paper work or emails out when they said they would. I have consistently had to track people down just to find out any information including who I was wiring money too. Absolutely do not use they're recommended shipper! They have horrible reviews and scratched my car, refused to make a claim about it and ghosted me. The agent said he would reach out for me since the delivery guy was his friend and I have still heard nothing. I've had the car a week and revieve 0 paper work, only a blurry photo of my registration and to top it all off they put in the paper work that I financed the car when I payed cash so there's a chance the dmv will try to put a lean on the new car I payed cash for.

I really enjoyed my experience with them. They were very patient and caring. I drove 1.5 hrs to get to them and was supposed to be there at 6:30 but got there around 6:50 close to their closing (7p) and they still took the time out to work with me. They allowed me to test drive AND we finished the process that night to where I drove my beautiful car off the lot. They took the time to explain and answer any questions I had, washed my car, etc. All of this AFTER 7p. So thank you all again Sandra, Adam, and Kim! I’ll forever send whoever is looking for a car your way! If I’m ever in the market for a new car (a long long LONG time from now), I’ll still want to only do business with you all. Thank you!
